Prima Link in Petah Tiqwa

Amazing hotel. We came to visit family here so not for business, and they were so adapting to all our requests, always checking what they can do to help and improve!
The rooms are big, its very clean, location is great on top of the mall. The breakfast is great (although deserts can use some changing since jt was the same cakes everyday). The business launch is classy and has nice food and drinks in the evening (for who paid for the entrance). We stayed here for 6 days and we loved every second!!! Best hotel jn the center.

I stayed several nights at the PrimaLink in Petah Tikva with my family, as we wanted to be close to my brother who was hospitalized nearby. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Anne and Niv at the reception – and I want to mention their names because they truly made our stay unforgettable.

Their kindness, special attention, comforting words, and professionalism really stood out. During a difficult time for us, they supported us with genuine humanity and warmth. It is rare nowadays to meet people in hospitality who are so dedicated and caring.

The hotel itself is also excellent: comfortable rooms, a very pleasant business lounge, a great and varied breakfast, and flawless service overall.

Our family stay at Prima Link Petah Tikva was excellent overall. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our entire family feel welcome from check-in to departure. The service quality was top-notch - prompt room service, efficient front desk, and attentive housekeeping.
The hotel's amenities were impressive and well-maintained. What stood out most was the staff's genuine willingness to help with any request. The only improvement we'd suggest is expanding their vegan food options - while they did have some plant-based choices, a greater variety would definitely enhance the dining experience for vegan guests.

My wife and I had a fantastic two-week stay at this hotel. Everything—from the welcoming staff to the comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and exceptional cleanliness—exceeded our expectations. The hotel was impeccably maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The location was perfect for us, and even for tourists, it’s incredibly convenient. The R1 line, Belinson station, was just a two-minute walk away, making it effortless to reach Tel Aviv or Jaffa in just 15–20 minutes. We took advantage of the R1 several times in the evenings, and it was a smooth and convenient way to get around.

We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Israel!

Five stars for the stay (four for the hotel itself) thanks to the excellent staff at the Prima Link. Tamar at the front desk was super helpful, going above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The hotel cleaning staff was also attentive and respectful of privacy. The hotel is well located, adjacent to the mall and an easy walk to restaurants and other commercial sites. If you have a car, it's easy to get to the main highway. Rooms were clean and had a nice view (but had a musty smell that the hotel tried to address). There's a small rooftop pool that provides a nice sitting area to relax. Parking was sometimes frustrating because the hotel relies on the mall parking lot, which closes at night. Overall, a good business hotel outside of the main tourist cities with superior service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Prima Link in Petah Tikva and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, everything was exceptional.

The customer service is truly outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always greeted me with a warm smile. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Doron at the front desk for making the check-in process a breeze and providing excellent recommendations for activities.

We stayed in this hotel three times already and we were extremely satisfied. The rooms are gorgeous! They are modern and spacious with everything you hope for and some more! The city views area amazing! We loved the rich and delicious breakfast and the light dinner in the lounge. It is also in an excellent location and has tons of restaurants and shops near by. Lastly and most importantly, the team is unbelievable! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. We absolutely love Prima Link and for sure we’ll stay in it again!
