Good location …center. . Easy to take expressway. Parking underground. Room 1917 are quiet. Bed and pillows are very confortable. air conditioning working well . Laundry service are good. Nice stay
We spent ten days at this hotel. It has a convenient location and friendly staff. From the airport, the easiest way to get to the hotel is to take the rail for about 18 shekels. It's located right at the station about two stops away from the airport station. Taxi fare varies from 150 to 220 depending on which day you travel. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. There's a gym on the 1...
A great hotel to stay in Tel Aviv with easy access to transportation and shopping centre right at the front door. Room was amazingly large, clean and comfortable. They also provide a shuttle bus to and from the beach which is a free service. I will definitely be staying again! Thanks
Great hotel, convenient location. Would absolutely stay here again. Sophie in the dining was extremely attentive and such a warm personality- I really looked forward to going to breakfast each morning because of her service.
Great business lounge, located over a big shopping mall. Well equipped gym. A 15-minute walk from downtown Tel Aviv and a 15-minute drive to Tel Aviv Beach
The BEST hotel in TelAviv.....unfortunately not in a great area. But there is a shuttle to the beach area...to the Criwn Plaza on the beach. Rooms are of a high standard, comparable to Europe. VERY clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Prima Link in Petah Tikva and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, everything was exceptional. The customer service is truly outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always greeted me with a warm smile. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and...
Five stars for the stay (four for the hotel itself) thanks to the excellent staff at the Prima Link. Tamar at the front desk was super helpful, going above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The hotel cleaning staff was also attentive and respectful of privacy. The hotel is well located, adjacent to the mall and an easy walk to restaurants and other commercial sites. If you have a car, it's easy...
The service at the Hotel Prima Link was exceptional. Excellent hotel with really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the friendly staff. People are very nice, especially the manager, Mr. Doron Tal, who was very helpful and generous with his time and advice. He helped us find good tours for Jerusalem and connections with the bus lines for public transportation...
I stayed at Primalink PT for business a few times all the time staff is so friendly and nice ,special thanks to Niv. Rooms are quite comfy and spacious and the view is amazing it reminds me the USA. Swimming on the 20th floor was an excellent experience. U should never skip the gym at ur staying it’s a real full-equipped sport saloon u can spend quality time don’t forget ur trainer shoes and swim suits...
We stayed in this hotel three times already and we were extremely satisfied. The rooms are gorgeous! They are modern and spacious with everything you hope for and some more! The city views area amazing! We loved the rich and delicious breakfast and the light dinner in the lounge. It is also in an excellent location and has tons of restaurants and shops near by. Lastly and most importantly, the team...
Great central location, next to a big shopping mall, central bus/taxi, outdoor restaurants and Bars. We love this hotel!! From the cleaning ladies to the top manager everyone is super nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean, morning breakfast is deliciously satisfying. It's a joy to stay in!

Very good service, especially from Arnel! If you’re ever near you should definitely pay a visit. Food is amazing as well. We have tried a lot of restaurants and places around the city and we will definitely come back here. We ordered burgers and they were amazing! Again, ask for Arnel! His the best.
I went to the hotel solo and stayed there for one night The reception is awesome, Jordane & Negin welcome me warmly. My friends and I went to the bar at night and Kostas, Ellen, and Catalin provided excellent service. I would surely come here again.
Amazing service at the bar! Our server Arnel went above and beyond. He was super friendly, made pleasant conversation and gave us some great dish/drink recommendations to try! My partner and I hugely recommend visiting Leonardo and asking for Arnel. Thank you so much!
Convenient transportation, rich breakfast
The stuff where very helpful. The room was very nice and lots of space The food was amazing
I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are so fresh and clean! The shower is like a strong delicious massage! They were so nice and gave us a few extra hours to checkout. The hotel restaurant had a big selection of breakfast food, and everything was so tasteful and delicious!

Good location, Nice room, and lots of variety good breakfast
The service is too slow but other than that everything is good
Great location and the hotel provided us with the use of their business center, with light snacks and drinks daily. Hotel staffs are friendly and concierge service was superb in advising places to visit. Would love to stay there again if I ever go back to Tel-Aviv. Missing the city already!
good location, easy to access the transportation, helpful staff
Very nice and clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Good service, very recommended for business visitors. Gym 24/7. Restaurant in general building.
Nice business hotel - good location, well designed and clean rooms. Nothing too spectacular, but nice for a business trip. The location of the hotel is also OK.

I was 2 nights in this hotel. It’s about 25min with taxi from the airport. The front desk-staff was friendly and gives all information you needed. I get a high floor room with city view. The room was clean and comfortable, the look was great, the bed was also comfortable! The bad was also good with amenity’s and a good size shower. In the room was also a little fridge and a coffee machine. The hotel...
Not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are ok but no minibar of fridge to keep water cold. It seems as the hotel has known better times. No atmosphere at rooftop bar with the small swimming pool. Great breakfast at small tables.
The staff is very kind, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying. The rooms are a bit tiny (the classic ones) but it’s totally fine and no complaints about that. Unfortunately, I couldn’t rate the swimming pool because it was rainy, but even without that it was great and I’ll definitely visit here again in the future.
Great location. Dropped off our laundry around the corner and got breakfast at the best bakery too. Skip breakfast at the hotel and eat at the bakery. Train station is a short walk away. Staff were friendly and the gym was good too. Good mattress.
Stayed here in August of 2017. Nice updated hotel in a quiet and easily accessible part of Tel Aviv. The rooms are very modern and clean and for a few nights stay in the city this place was perfect. The walls are a bit thin and other guests were a bit loud in the hallway late in the evening during my stay so I would recommend bringing earplugs just in case seeing as they do not provide any. The service...

Great hotel, great price, and great location This is a very nice and convenient hotel in Tel Aviv, but outside the super busy center. Lots of great food options, convenient to buses, and also to the airport. The only thing is that there is only one place for services if you're looking for a synagogue and it's in the medical center.
Let's start with the one and only con thing. Israelis need to pay vat unlike tourists from other place, mentioning that, the rest is positive, care for the small details as shoe brush, knitting kit, in the room, huge tv channel list, very comfy bed, nice view, gym, meeting room with refreshments, office facilities, , tv, couches. Location is suburb of Tel aviv. Parking is 80 for the duration...
I was allowed to stay in my room a few more hours after check out time. The stuff were very kind and cooperative.
Nice hotel, polite staff and very tasty breakfast
The hotel itself is very nice and the reception staff are pleasant. The breakfast is good. But the housekeeping is shocking. My room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon/early evening every day, and then only after I complained that it hadn’t been cleaned and asked for someone to come. When they did come, the cleaning was totally unacceptable. I won’t list all the things that were not done....
delicious varied breakfast, new bottles of water were placed in the room every day, there is underground parking, although for an additional fee, but very convenient.
Room was filthy. Carpets were not vacuumed. Rubber floor felt tacky. Dirty slippers left in the room. At check in they had given my room to someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes till they. Straightened that out. Parking is outrageously expensive. My reservation confirmed the price included all taxes yet they added tax to my bill. Not a good experience.

My stay at Star Apartments with my family was pleasant and we felt safe. I would suggest that the availability of information like ( brochures ) about things to do in the area would be ideal and the Internet service should be more reliable instead of being dropped all the time.
