Have stayed many times, and always a lovely experience. A high end hotel. Rooms have great views and are very clean, breakfasts are really spectacular. Great location, walking distance to all key tourist areas, amazing food, and on the train line to the Airport.

I stayed at Primalink PT for business a few times all the time staff is so friendly and nice ,special thanks to Niv. Rooms are quite comfy and spacious and the view is amazing it reminds me the USA. Swimming on the 20th floor was an excellent experience. Very good service, especially from Arnel! If you’re ever near you should definitely pay a visit. Food is amazing as well. I went to the hotel solo and stayed there for one night The reception is awesome, Jordane & Negin welcome me warmly. My friends and I went to the bar at night and Kostas, Ellen, and Catalin provided excellent service. I would surely come here again.

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are so fresh and clean! The shower is like a strong delicious massage! They were so nice and gave us a few extra hours to checkout. The hotel restaurant had a big selection of breakfast food, and everything was so tasteful and delicious!

Great hotel close to Azrieli & the train station. Was in Israel for work, and the centrality of Play Midtown made my commute really easy. Staff was nice, and the hotel is surrounded by multiple restaurants and cafes. Also, great location for lots of kosher food options.

Such a lovely experience at Play Midtown. The hotel is located in a 4-5 building complex of office towers, condos, restaurants & Play Hotel units surrounded by a beautiful courtyard. Staff was very friendly & accommodating (especially Maria & Bilal). Restaurants in the complex had a huge variety of food options. And the complex is located less than 5 minutes from Azrieli Centre & HaShalom Train Station...

The hotel is good and the location is great. Everything is close and walking distance. Sharon is a good person helpfull and very happy. She tries to get us advice to go places close to the hotel. I would love to came back

Great hotel, great price, and great location This is a very nice and convenient hotel in Tel Aviv, but outside the super busy center. Lots of great food options, convenient to buses, and also to the airport. The only thing is that there is only one place for services if you're looking for a synagogue and it's in the medical center.

Let's start with the one and only con thing. Israelis need to pay vat unlike tourists from other place, mentioning that, the rest is positive, care for the small details as shoe brush, knitting kit, in the room, huge tv channel list, very comfy bed, nice view, gym, meeting room with refreshments, office facilities, , tv, couches. Location is suburb of Tel aviv. Parking is 80 for the duration...

I was allowed to stay in my room a few more hours after check out time. The stuff were very kind and cooperative.

delicious varied breakfast, new bottles of water were placed in the room every day, there is underground parking, although for an additional fee, but very convenient.

Quiet hotel with a gym, open lounge and very friendly staff. Great breakfast, superb coffee!

Room was filthy. Carpets were not vacuumed. Rubber floor felt tacky. Dirty slippers left in the room. At check in they had given my room to someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes till they. Straightened that out. Parking is outrageously expensive. My reservation confirmed the price included all taxes yet they added tax to my bill. Not a good experience.

The hotel is located in the Ramat Gan district outside Tel Aviv, very close to the train station. The room is not big, but the bathroom is quite big. I booked a sunset view room and was given the wrong room. There was no view at all and the windows were very small.

The is small but well equiped. Good location. The staff at the reception is usually not trainned to provide VIP services to ******* members (it happened to me 4 times during 2024-2025. They never understand what I'm talking about... :-)

Everything was excellent except for the cleaning which was a bit problematic.
