Reviews
I don't understand the principle of having a communicating room when you come alone as a couple. You can hear everything that's going on next door, even when your neighbor is talking on the phone at 1 and 5 o'clock (at night).
We reported it but no one offered to change our room or to make a gesture the next day.
The pool, on the other hand, is very pleasant.
I don’t normally write reviews so please if you are considering this hotel for travel to Tel Aviv I highly suggest one closer to Rothschild ( The Dan Panorama/65 hotel) the Fabric) and save your vacation!!!
As soon as you go in you see the luxury of the place.
The reception is right there with immediate help.
You go up the elevator to clean and modern room with a good wardrobe fitted with a fridge and other amenities.
In short it’s a good hotel to stay if you are looking for comfort and peace. I will certainly go back there.
Families with children will find that it’s position in a secluded area even though it’s only half an hour walk to the city centre Yigal Alon Avenue
That said the hotel has a swimming pool on the roof top which is open in the summer
Very bad experience!
Why??
- Myself and my fiancée stayed here, paid about 900 shekel per night, have taken their highest room, as they call it the executive room. So I did expect to get money for value, but definitely it’s not money for value. Way over priced for the standard here, however regardless of the price, below are list of other disappointments.
- When I checked, the lady at the front was nice, but customer service was 2 from a 10. Simply did not care and not paid any attention. There was 3 girls and all talking to each other and not paying attention to the customer.
- Then floor staff, asked for a coffee, extremity rude.
- Then gone to the room, the room is box room, very small.
- The shower smell. And overflows with water, the door handle broken from the inside.
- The internet slaw in the rooms, the AC is too big for the room size and simply unable to use it as it gets too cold and facing the bed.
- Worse of all, from 6am, there is outside working area, the windows are very bad and I hear everything. The time I am writing this is 6:21 am and I am unable to sleep.
The positive points
- Breakfast was simply great
- The tall man, boldly, was very friendly and made the breakfast to be best part of this stay.
Overall, I have taken the time to write this because I care, and hope they fix all of the above things for the future.
Thank You 🙏
It’s loud (thin walls, clubs in the area), a party hotel (pool had empty glass bottles, cigarettes everywhere, trash), and the hotel doesn’t seem to enforce its own rules about guests, smoking, etc. I woke up one morning to my room filled with cigarette smoke, probably from a neighbor. The shower was poorly constructed and constantly leaked into the room whenever I turned the shower on. The first day, one of the towels had a giant yellow stain right in the middle of it.
The shower had mold on the ceiling (I forgot to get a photo of it), the walls were dirty, and the staff were rude- from the woman telling everyone to leave the pool area before the posted hours to the front desk staff. The head of their staff (or owner? Idk) sits outside right next to the door every day smoking, so you’re forced to walk through his plumes of smoke to enter the building to get to your hotel room.
My coworker was so aghast about her experience she tried to leave early and the hotel tried to hold her hostage by withholding a refund on her remaining nights at the hotel in exchange for not posting a review about her experience.
I truly hope people see this review and think twice about staying here. To put the cherry on top, a friend came to pick me up one morning and noted that it appeared that the building right next door was a food distribution center for homeless people. Buyer beware.. of everything about this hotel.
