We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying two. We found the room to be quiet and comfortable. The view is spectacular and while we didn’t use the pool it was available and we sunned ourselves near it. Breakfast is satisfying with lots of choices including American coffee. We ate one lunch and two dinners here and enjoyed all three. The service is amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. We found this hotel to be an oasis and quite peaceful.

Good location but terrible service and the food is so bad. I ate a normal pasta on the first night and it was probably the worst thing I have ever eaten.
Service is shocking, if your happy waiting an hour for a sandwich at the bar maybe you'll be happy

Beautiful hotel with absolutely terrible staff.
While paying 190 e per night I expect privacy and respect. Staff entered room without permission, receptionist are so unprofessional that I am surprised how they even work.
Hospitality is not about reception staff at all.To spoil my experience completely receptionist told that I am not allowed to stay by pool 2 hours after check out and “if I don’t have place to go I only can wait in hall”.
Sorry, what?!
Ridiculous.
I stayed there more than 7 times and I think it was last, very sad.

Rooms were very good service good but if you have tea don't expect to be asked if you want a drink after all 4.5 stars

The reason why I give only 4 stars is the (lack of) wellness and spa facilities. The heated pool outside and the wellness and spa center was unavailable, unfortunately 🥺 The sun terrace was closed too, even though the weather was great.
Also the menu in the restaurant was quite limited and it was the same for lunch and dinner so if you don't want to eat the same twice, go to a different restaurant.
I have to highlight that the staff was super friendly and professional, huge kudos to them! Also our room had a great view and it was spacious and comfy.

Experience overall was sub par at best. TV in room was "buzzing" when turned on. Shower would fluctuate from ice cold to scolding hot during use. Private beach access was closed. Spa services were sub par, in addition to limited offerings. And when needing to check out a few days early, front desk staff was initially going to charge the full duration of stay. After speaking with management he offered to only charge two additional day. Ridiculous!

I booked a stay through Weekendesk to celebrate 10 years of relationship with my girlfriend. Be careful: the hotel is advertising free access to hammam, sauna and jacuzzi to attract people but this is fake! We were told that these installations are out of service for several years now, but the hotel is deliberately not updating its content to keep attracting people, and is not offering any compensation for these missing services. Breakfast is uninteresting. The prices at the bar and restaurant are very expensive compared to the surrounding areas. Don't let yourself be seduced by the location of this hotel, everything else is not up to par!

I needed an clothes iron so I asked reception and they don’t have one in the room or don’t provide one upon request.
The walls and door are paper thin and I was woken up every day by the sound of doors being slammed and people walking and talking in the hallway. The sink and shower were barely functional.
The room was was clean and the view of the pool is beautiful.
I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Don’t recommend staying here. Room was fine. Clean and comfortable bed. Service was terrible. I was only staying for one night and upgraded to a slightly better room which was meant to have sea view (which it is reality had none. View of the pool bar and a bit tree). At 6am I was woken up due to work they were doing to the pool bar right outside and thus couldn’t sleep. Not ok. Breakfast was a disaster and the wine selection terrible at the pool bar. Slow service and poor. Plastic chairs and lounge beds. Zero charm.

love it ! The room was so comfy, neat and at perfect temperature and the view , a muat. staff were amazing, receptionist, lifeguards, waiters - thank you for this perfect little holiday
