The best hotel in Catania. The position is great, rigth in front of the sea. Near the hotel you can find everything: bar, restaurant, supermarket, atm, Tabasco’s all in 200 meters from the hotel.
I really felt at home here.
My room was number 210 and I had the luck to meet signora Serafina, she is fantastic and gave me lots of advices.
Every time I’ll be in Catania I’ll come back in this hotel

Having traveled the entire island, I can say that among city hotels this is the best with its small beach where herons roam!!! With Turkish requests, it’s better not to come here; they won’t court you, but the opportunity to walk to the center and the fishing port with a cafe and the freshest seafood is worth it!!! The combination of price, location and private beach tunnel directly from the hotel, with a swimming pool is super!!!

In the period from July 27 to August 10, 2020 we were guests at hotel Nettuno. My wife and I found the hotel's hospitality to be very good. The staff (such as the reception, the employees at breakfast, the cleaning ladies, the employees at the pool) went out of their way to make us feel at home (in this Corona time). They were always ready to answer questions and offer assistance. Every day our room was cleaned well and provided with fresh towels etc. In short, we are very satisfied with Hotel Nettuno and wish the employees all the best!

Run!!!! The hotel is awful!!! The rooms are small, dirty, rocky beach, there is no bottom, children are not an option. The service is disgusting!!! Half the night yelling music in the bar and a bunch of newcomers. Forbidden to eat in the room and hang things to dry on the balcony, restaurants are located nearby from 20.00!!!!! Want to eat before? Bummer))) full horror, 4, and 2 stars! This ceiling, they are, in my opinion the stars themselves have drawn! A complete disappointment ?((((

The room is clean but a little in very dark tones. Your beach expensive(15€). Shower in room very small and the doors to it pass water while taking a shower, almost the entire room was covered. But the nightmare for us is dinner. Ordered 2 dishes, the first dish was waiting for an hour, the second brought in an hour and forty minutes! In the end, went to the restaurant in 20 hours, was released in 22. And, of course , far from the historic center(3.3 km), the buses stop, taxi 15€.

The beach is 15 euros, 15 euros pool, so think before you take. Parking is free. The breakfasts are great, service is great, the service, the rooms, the location is super.

I liked the hotel, the windows in the room overlooked the supermarket, so I slept peacefully, there was no noise. Breakfasts were great. The staff was polite and always helped me.
