We were only here for one night, but we thought this hotel was great. Beautiful inside, amazing breakfast spread, good location. The rooftop restaurant was a great restaurant option. The only negative piece of feedback would be the size of the room we stayed in. The bathroom was nice and big, but the bed was pretty much the only thing that fit in the rest of the room. We had trouble fitting our luggage + being able to walk around, but, again, we were only here for one night so we didn't really try to figure out how to make it all fit.

I had a great stay there. The staffs were friendly and helpful. My flight was cancelled that I went back to the hotel. I checked out already as my flight was supposed to be very early. They still let me go back to my room to stay until the usual check out hours even though the cleaning ladies had already started the cleaning.

Former Grand Hotel Centrale, eighteenth century, fairly restored. Personnel interaction with the guests accordingly company policy on the site. Cleaning protocols adapted to the contemporary times. Rooftop restaurant with an excellent view on the volcano.

Positives : Very central. Rooftop bar was nice. Beds and room comfortable during the summer. Afternoon housekeeping checks on you to see if you need anything (soap, shower gel, coffee for machine etc). Staff were very helpful.

To work on : It would be great if they had a swimming pool.

We had a wonderful time at Palace Catania. The hotel was I would especially like to commend Rita M. at the front desk. She was impeccable. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was always very attentive. With the traffic in Catania being so busy it was a relief to be able to leave the car at the front of the hotel and have it parked for us. Our wonderful experiences in Catania were in a great measure due to the time Rita M, at the front desk took to go over the map and the recommendations she gave. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease.

Nice, well located hotel. The rooms are large with a refrigerator and bathrobes. The free breakfast is not on the rooftop with the view.

Really nice hotel. My experience was really satisfying. Worth it. The rooftop view of etnea was delightful. We missed the sunset, though. Rooms were amazing, comfy bed. Although, the breakfast could have had more choices.

Excellent hotel, located in Catania city centre, close to all important landmarks. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Excellent food served at breakfast. Highly recommend.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Catania, Sicily.
Clean rooms, friendly staff and a fantastic roof top restaurant.
Our only issue was that the room were too hot at night, apparently the hotel management has the HVAC system locked and only heat turns on.
This doesn't work well during warm days/nights.
We brought this to the attention of the front desk staff and we were told that there is nothing they could do about it.
We opened the windows at night but mosquitoes would come in, ours and our kids faces had mosquitoe bites all over our faces....no fun trying to get some sleep when buzzing mosquitoes are looking to snack on you.
We didn't get a good nigh sleep over the four nights that we stayed at this hotel.
We really wish the hotel management would consider the comfort of their guests and not "control" the air in the guest rooms.

Front desk staff was very helpful and professional.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff, nicely decorated room and lobby, good breakfast selection. Great location in a nice and quiet area of Central Catania.

There was a fault in the toilet box in our room, so the toilet water kept constantly being loudly refilled unnecessarily during the day and night. Some of the bed sheets and towels in our room had stains on them.
