NH Catania Parco degli Aragonesi

We spent a few days at the NH Catania Hotel. We can say that we have traveled extensively around the world and stayed at many 4-star hotel chains, where we received much more value for our money than here.
The price is too high for the limited services provided.
The breakfast was disappointing, the same every day for four days. There were no local specialties at all.
The staff was gloomy, showing no friendliness.
I understand that it's important to renovate the hotel, but during the renovation, those rooms should not be rented out to guests. The workers were noisy, walked on our balcony, and even locked the balcony door. As a result, we couldn't get fresh air or sit outside.
On a positive note, we were given another room on the last day, which had a much nicer view of the garden and even included a coffee maker. 😏
It seems only the "best" get access to these rooms.
We booked the room already in the summer, yet we were given a back room surrounded by workers, with an unpleasant view. One would think that guests staying for multiple days would receive some privileges. We already regret choosing this hotel.
