A charming boutique hotel located on a rocky seashore in a historical residence of the XVI century, built by the Governor General of the province of Bari Ferdinand Loffredo. It offers spacious elegant rooms, gourmet cuisine and panoramic views of the Adriatic sea.
Location: in the historical center of Monopoli, in 60 km from the airport of Bari, to the railway station Monopoli 1 km, Carlo V castle is 350 metres away.
Consists of 2-storey building.
Only 10 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy, 200 m from the hotel (1 coastline).
Don Ferrante hotel organizes Shuttle service to one of the sandy beaches (for an additional fee, schedule provided upon arrival).

A luxury stay! Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a great escape from the heat and had a great ocean view. The buffet breakfast selection was expanse and everything was very fresh and tasty. Very central location, only steps away from everything you want to do in Monopoli. This was a blessing and a curse because our room was very noisy at night since we were on street level. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was free street parking about a 10-min walk away but the staff gave us a ride on a golf cart with our luggage directly to our car when we checked out.

My daughter/husband stayed in a “villa” and loved We only had drinks on the rooftop bar and it was very elegant and we had great service and the drinks were reasonable at 14€ for all that wonderful ambiance.

Very charming and romantic environment.
The overall structure is good and well maintained, but there are some limitations since it is located on the historic city and the buildings are separated and car access is restricted.
Staff is well prepared and attentive. They helped us a lot with reservations and attractions.
The pool area is good, with a great view, but is small.

The staff was very helpful prior to our arrival, at check in, and during our entire stay!
The pictures online are wonderful but when you walk through the door we were so amazed!
We enjoyed the quiet, well decorated, clean, comfortable suite.
Only negatives are the parking - but we knew this when booking.
The location is great for walking to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful hotel, exactly as the website portrays. The team is great and can't do enough for you. They even saved our rental car when it was squeezed into the narrow streets of the old town!
