Location is excellent, parking is free, and price is very reasonable. At the same time, the room is bare minimum with an unpleasant smell, and dinner is the worst I have yet to experience in my 80-days trip in Italy. Rotten lettuce and rotten fruit in dinner, unacceptable. See my attached photo for evidence.

Excellent place, great location with peaceful energy. Workers were very friendly. The view from our balcony was spectacular as well as the singing of birds. We only had breakfast and it was very good. There is an art gallery in the place, a library and a chapel for those like me who meditate. Ours was in a basement with a small cellar-style window (window) that looked out at floor level onto a small terrace (in another room?). Very clean. Charming and professional welcome. Good beds. Proper baths. In addition, the restaurant is quality with regional food and good products. The people of Assisi also eat there. The location is at the top of the town of Assisi and in the middle of the medieval quarter near the San Ruffino Cathedral and the La Rocca Maggiore castle.

Friendly staff, clean, updated rooms. Right in central part of Assisi. Could park near overnight and a portion of the morning but non citizens need to park outside Assisi after 10:30 am.

Handy position for station. Hotel is opposite station. Very handy. Our train was cancelled due to a strike. So needed somewhere just ti stay the night. We booked around mid day and just walked over intending to leave our luggage but room was ready. So we’re able to use the room.

Property across the road from train station. 50 m to train and bus stop. Room clean. Bathroom clean. Facilities ok. You get what you paid for. Stayed in early December. Heating was turned off at around 9 pm until around 6am. Not a perfect situation. Otherwise happy with stay.

Location is great as it is just a stone throw away from the train station and bus stop. But the surroundings only have McDonald. This hotel does not provide any drinking water. Overall, it is still not too bad if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.

Stayed one night on April 16th 2022. The place is nice, welcoming and helpful staff, the room perfect and also clean. The average breakfast is a bit of everything and in any case well supplied. Also as a very convenient location, close to the parking and a stone's throw from the center. Structure recommended to be back for sure.

It's such a lovely place to stay, Assisi is just magical and this house makes it a perfect stay. Comfy beds, good ubication, and breakfast is very good too. You have to go down a couple of stairways, but that's just how it is all over town.

It was an excellent location to visit the Basilica Saint Francis. The parking was free and incredibly close. I have been in Assisi many times and I’ve never found such great parking. The owner was very communicative via WhatsApp and he was very helpful. They held our bags for us for the day and were very accommodating. The location can’t be any more central.

Nice place in the middle of the Assisi country. Good staff and friendly service. The building was born in early 1700 and it is full of history. The position is strategic because you can reach the historic center of Assisi in a three minutes. We'll be back there for sure at the next trip to Assisi.

Mainly family run hotel, located in a quiet place. Clean room, with air conditioning, luckily because the night was really hot. The pool corner is not that big, in fact the deckchairs are quite close to each other. Also equipped with Jacuzzi. For the catering sector, abundant dishes do not always live up to my expectations, especially in desserts. In my opinion a little expensive.

A very cosy and nice place at the tip of the beautiful city Assissi. Very good and friendly service with a smile.
