A fantastic hotel on flat ground in central Assisi. As Assisi is very hilly and I have some knee problems, this hotel was a Godsend to me. The hotel is just across the Santa Chiara church. St. Francis church is by walking distance. The hotel is accesible to elderly. No need to take stairs to get to the lift.

Nice hotel, clean, reasonably quiet despite being on the street. The reception was friendly and helpful; we received a lot of information about Assisi right away. There are parking spaces available at the hotel, but they can be a bit tight for larger vehicles. The breakfast was quite good and satisfactory by Italian standards. We were going to stay one night and loved it. Easy walk into the intercity wall for sightseeing. Breakfast was good . We extended our stay for a total of 3 nights before heading to Rome. This was on our vacation two years ago. Highly recommend it.

Hotel caters for one night coach tours. Who leave early so get up earlier. No sound proofing between rooms and we could hear every word spoken plus their phone alarm woke us up at 6am!!! Typical dated decor. Dark wood furniture damask bedspreads and plates on walls!! we liked the property of this hotel. we felt that we were in a country side. we couldn't lower the air conditioning as it was 24 degres. we are used to have it at 20 degres.

The hotel was easy to find and only a short way from the walled city of Assisi, where parking is available so you can walk around easily. We stayed here for 2 nights. Room normal to small size, very clean and comfortable. Hosts amazing - it is more like B&B. Huge breakfast. And good parking. If you have a car - that’s your option. Driving to the city center takes 7 minutes (to payed parking)

Very friendly and helpful staff! Even with limited English spoken, they managed to help and make our stay welcoming and comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful and very nicely decorated building. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is is nice. But we had a room facing the street and the noise from the traffic was very disturbing,. So if you can get a room facing the other quite side I am sure you will enjoy your stay very much.

The room was nice and sophisticated with a white, blue and purple theme. The location was great, between the bus stop and St. Francis Basilica! It was a shame that they couldn't store my luggage after I checked out. I had to leave Assisi soon.

The receptionist was so knowledgeable and kind, he showed us where to go in Assisi during the very limited time we had there. The room didn’t look exactly the same as the photos, but bathroom was very clean which we really liked. Expect a maze-like building and a bit of a walk to get to the 3rd floor using two different elevators. Breakfast was lovely.

This hotel is great for back packers but if u have luggages forget it. The structure itself is not back friendly. If you are assigned to the back of the hotel would be the attic, you cant stretch your arm up when you wanted to change by the closet which has the full mirror just because the ceiling is too low. The hotel, being a 3-star hotel, was very good and the breakfast too, but the location was excellent. They just need to explain the issue of parking and how to leave luggage better. You cannot park where the hotel is located and you have to leave the car in a parking lot that is a 15-minute walk away with ups and downs and the issue of luggage is complicated.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and introduced us to the tourist route of the ancient city. It is only a 5-minute walk from the famous church.

The property is on the high end of Assisi so getting somewhere is all downhill but getting back is all uphill. Parking was difficult. We advise you have a very small car if you want to drive to this property. The help we got from staff and locals getting in and out was good.

Great location. The hotel's location is fantastic; you're practically right in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli! Upon entering our room (which was very spacious, by the way), we found the shower door was broken. We reported it to the front desk, and by the next day, everything was fixed.

Family of four. It was beyond relaxing! Loved the horses and donkeys and our daughter loved the dogs whiskey and the other. The hosts were so kind. Lots of fresh products and the view is just beautiful. The ideal place to relax- even with two toddlers!! Really felt at home. Playing tennis in the evening with the sunset was just the top.
