Leonardo Hotel Lago di Garda - Wellness & Spa in Lazise

The most amazing thing about this hotel was the suite room I stayed in. It was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a private living room, an extra room, and the main bedroom. The highlight was definitely the large, private balcony which I was told it was the only one in the hotel with that feature. While it was a bit pricey at around $550 per night, the comfort and space were well worth it. I also stayed in some of the regular rooms; they were nice as well, although some had issues with the shower draining properly. The hotel was very accommodating and even gave me access to the next room to shower until the issue in my room was resolved.
While I appreciated the room, it was the staff who truly made the stay special. Benedetta, a service girl, was one of the kindest and most helpful people I've met in the hospitality industry. She consistently went out of her way to make sure our needs were met with a smile. At the front desk, Guilia was always helpful and welcoming, always greeting us with a genuine smile. And during our dinners, Louiji provided amazing service with his incredibly positive energy. Also the massage lady, (I forgot her name) but the one who speaks Russian, gave the most amazing massage. Her skills were top notch.
The food was just okay and not the highlight of the trip, but the service from Louiji made dining a pleasure.
I spent most of my days at the hotel pool, which was probably the best part of the trip. The pool area was thoughtfully designed with one section for families and another for adults, which made it easy to relax.
A few things to note for future guests: getting taxis to and from the hotel can be a bit challenging, especially late at night. Some taxis were hesitant to drive back to the hotel after a certain time, so it's a good idea to plan ahead for transportation.

Hello! We are staying at your hotel. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the scenery is beautiful. We had a very difficult journey due to the strike, so the first thing we did was go to the spa for a massage, and we were surrounded by a pleasant atmosphere and relaxation! I want to say a special thank you to the massage therapists, Liliana and Nejia, for their professional approach.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The hotel has two large swimming pools, both clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing throughout the day. What truly stood out for us was how dog-friendly the hotel is. We were traveling with our two dogs, and not only were they welcomed, but we were also upgraded to a room that had all the conditions for a comfortable stay with pets — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully prepared.
We also treated ourselves to a fantastic massage by Liliana — highly professional and incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect addition to our stay.
It’s clear the hotel genuinely cares about making both guests and their furry companions feel at home. I deeply recommend this hotel and would happily return!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety to choose from. What truly made the experience memorable was the staff—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. To mention Luigi 'Gigi, Giulia, Emmanuel , Ricky etc.Their professionalism and warmth made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended!

Bit out of the way but bus stop close by. Rooms are great amd friendly staff. Food is also great. We had no problems at all. Great hotel to stay in.

An excellent base from which to explore Lake Garda. Comfortable room with a balcony overlooking one of the outdoor pools. Excellent restaurant with a wide choice of breakfast and a good choice of really well prepared dishes in the evening. A five minute drive, or a 40 minute walk through the neighbouring vineyards, to the little town of Lazise from where you can explore the lake by ferry. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very quiet hotel for sunbathing by the pool, friendly and helpful staff, generous breakfast, clean rooms, too bad the carpet in the hallway doesn't match the rest of the hotel.
