The room is very nice, although a little bit old (but we liked it). The cold air conditioning was not working in the room and their answer was due the fact that we are in the winter time so it only works the heat, but in general is a very good hotel!
2 points that we think it could be better:
- The restaurant has good food but for Italy we were expecting more, the menu was small and without a lot of choices. We ate the Perosa burguer and it was good. The breakfast was very good though.
- We had to do the check out at 12am and a lady came to our room at 10:30am asking if we would leave or not so she could clean the room (this was not OK considering we had the “not disturb” plate outside).
The rooms are nice and clean, big enough. It will need new interieur in the next 5 years, but for now it is still okay-modern.
Big parking lot in front of the hotel, also possible to buy a spot in the parking garage for 14€.
The hotel is about 20 min walk from the main city centre.
Except for very minor difficulties that the staff is taking care of, a very pleasant stay!
The location is also a big plus, with easy access to both the airport and Bergamo train station.
The hotel in general very good and close to the airport and there is available parking area around hotel.
well overrated… has nothing to do with palace .. its a simple hotel located in some industial area next to a highway … rooms are spartan and old fashion like in the 80 s … breakfast starts at 07:00 but don’t think you can get any service at 6:59 not even a good morning … my recomodation : avoid if you can
