4 Star on the room as the shower is too small for me at 5ft 10 & 90k, apart from this it's superb, staff are the best I have come across, food great and bed is massively comfortable.

All in one was the welcoming nice, the girl on the reception on the 25.11.23 mornings was really nice and helpfull. The room was ok but the carpet was smelling like feet, extreme disgusting!! Ok clean but nothing special, no extra utensilitys, looks a bit old. At night my boyfriend and me went longer out and when we came back in around 10pm we asked at the reception if it is ok, that we park infront of the hotel at the streetparking. She said ok, but with a very rude tone. We were already walking to the elevator and she shoutet to us in the middle of all the guests that were checking in at the reception, what our room number is? Excuse me? Why is this question? We constantly went out and in at that day and nobody asked for our room number, do we look like burglers that you need to ask it we are guests? Espacially in front of all the people we felt so humillated, you can definetly not treat your guests like this!! After we went up to the room, i called the reception and wanted to make sure, her attitute was absolutly not right, she was hummilating us in the worst way and treated us like worth nothing. On the phone instead or apoligizing and understand my feelings she kept on arguing with mr again with a very rude attitude‘ absolutly horrible stuff, the argument went almost 7 minutes long, super unprofessional younger woman!! Definetly will not come again and will tell everyone to not come as well!!

Not recommended! No way this is a 4-star hotel!
Hotel is way to expensive for what you are getting! There was no soap in the bathroom, soap dispensers were empty, as well as the shampoo dispensers. These things are basics of the hotel industry. Shower was so small that you can barely even take a decent shower. Breakfast is just ok, very few choices of food, really modest selection of everything. Door rooms are unlocked with old-fashioned key with huge pendant weighing half a kilo, which is awful, no key card available. Ok, it is close to airport, but that is only positive thing about this facility.

The hotel does not correspond to 4*, this is max 2* hotel. Very old, not only rooms, but also the main hall and lifts need to be completely refurbished. Horrible bathroom with the curtain from the previous century. Location is also not nice, you will anyway need to call a taxi, so in my opinion better hotels are available in town with the same access to the airport.
