Hotel Del Borgo

American tourist review. Plus points, short drive from the airport. Private parking in the rear, close few walking steps from a mini mall grocery. Room and bathroom was very clean. Now the negatives, the hotel was very warm, the room was also very warm. Had to close the bathroom door to keep the heat out and open the window. Single twin Bed was hard a a rock. The road on this hotel is on is a bit busy, cars speeding up and down till at 3 in the morning. Rooms are not well insulated. So you can hear people showering, toilet flushing at all hours. If you like to sleep in late? You probably won’t,, because around 7am the staff was banging plates and dishes for the breakfast. Zero Amenities in this hotel. Personally, I would not stay here again.

Terrible hotel please read before booking.
Hotel listed airconditioning in every room. However when we checked in our Aircon is not working and kept showing error E5. Feedback to both Agoda and hotel staff after checkin. Agoda kept saying to help me check with hotel but no action at their end..
Went to reception twice and finally the 2nd time then they gave me a fan. The hotel is situated beside a noisy road so it is near impossible for me to open the window for ventilation. So it is either to sleep in a stuffy room or no sleep at all from the vehicles noisy along the street.
After that I checked google review I can see others facing the same problem. Please do not book unless you don't mind having no Aircon for air circulation. In all the previous 4 nights we only use ac for 25 degree but it helps on air circulation. It is very difficult to sleep in a room with all windows close. And unfortunately I don't have a option to open the window at this hotel due to the noise..
One of the toilet flush is also not working. Shower cubicle is small. Double bed is 2 single bed joined together.

Hotel breakfast is decent with different choice of breads, croissant 🥐 and drinks.

Well, it was a flop..liked pictures, attractive price, did not expect what i got...location - in the road,very loud, car garage just across...air conditioner- does not work as intended. It was hot inside, i was putting cool and 16 degrees- it was still blowing hot air, at receptiin they told me that they switched to winter time (despite 20+ degrees outside)...poor choice- not to sleep due to noise or due to suffocating heat...
