Disgusting and old. Yes, it looks vintage and retro but that is no excuse to let the entire place remain dusty, moldy, with everything smelling nasty. I have a lot of allergies so this place was my worst nightmare. I was only in the room for 5 minutes before I decided to leave. And the lady at the front desk was very rude and didn't want to let me and my girlfriend go even thought everything was paid for already. Do not stay here! I found I much better airbnb for A LOT cheaper and cleaner.

Horrible hotel with great location. The people at the reception are not helpful at all. First they cancelled the group’s reservation without a notice than they blamed how busy they are. Every time we ask for help they were really rude and hard to talk with
The breakfast was 10euro for a day but I strongly recommend to skip it because it is horrible and you can easily have a great breakfast outside for that price.

The standard of 3 stars was here 40 years ago. During the stay we were in two rooms. First, we got a room with not working toilet, with dirt all-over the place, horrible stains at the wallpaper, at the window ragged, dirty curtain. The window frame ragged with wooden parts sticking out - potentially dangerous, you can easily cut yourself with a splinter. The window glass was dirty, likewise the mirrors, lamps etc. In the bathroom the cistern was damaged and after draining the water still that water flew, cracked tiles, the shower tray scratched. Everywhere was dust. The door had hand marks and was dirty with a hole.
In both rooms - the design and quality is from the 70s. That is not 3 stars! Photos are showing more expensive, better rooms! In the second room - the radiator (there is no air conditioner, just a radiator in both rooms) has no adjustment and works as it pleases. Rooms have very thin walls, uncomfortable beds and old bathrooms - older than your grandmother.
The room exchange process itself was not a pleasant one either. We went down to the front desk and described what was not working in 513 and what the problem was. They told as that technician is coming, even though we haven't said what is the problem - so they knew about it before our arrival and did nothing. The guy at the front desk defended himself with the fact that he works supposedly 3 months, we asked his colleague to talk to the manager - answer: "there is none", we asked to talk to the owner in that case, also "there is none", after that they messed around rummaged and suddenly found a room, however to another person before us he said that there is no way to change because it is full. In the rooms there were old-type sockets, it wasn't possible to plug in the laptop. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! They are also lying on Booking by showing only high-standard rooms.
