Walking distance to Bologna fair and city centre which was handy. Clean and reasonable.

There is a remote check in, no one onsite. No elevator. Good proximity to the hospital, 10 minute walk. Grocery store closeby.

It was small and basic, but met my needs well. It was clean and quiet.

A very nice hotel to spend a few days to discover Bologna. Rooms are very clean, parking nearby is possible in the blue zones and is cheap.

Nice stay given the price. The rooms are comfortable with all the amenities but a fridge. There is a shred one in the basement. There is no elevator but you know it in advance. Polite personnel.

We were guests of the structure on the occasion of the Springsteen concert in Ferrara and we had a great welcome. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Excellent parking possibilities. The location is perfect...pedestrian area. Customer Care of Front Desk staff is exceptional. The rooms are beautifully simplified and comfotable...so quiet. AC worked accordingly to thermostat that was easy to use but the most comfortable was the giant shower with a built in bench..big enough for 2! Really easy check in process. Lovely spacious flat and just a very easy and pleasant experience overall.

A beautiful old building thoughtfully adapted. The only minor negative was the inclusion of certain items of cheap metal furniture (from IKEA?!) amidst the otherwise very stylish fittings. An odd aesthetic decision.

The rooms were spacious and modern. We could have stayed there several weeks and been comfortable with the space and amenities. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful with information.

We had a great two weeks at the Almarossa property! The service is great, the room was very clean and having a grocery next door makes it very handy. Close walk to the train station and not far from all the great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

If you want close to the town centre, lifts and a large choice of breakfast, it's not for you. If you want somewhere slightly out of the way, full of character, well decorated clean rooms with brilliant owners/hosts full of personality that make you feel at home, this place won't disappoint.

This is no mere country bed and brealfast lodging. This is a special place created with the greatest care, by a family who place quality at the top of their agenda..It deserves to be treated with total respect, it bears the marks of individual taste being applied to each room. The owners want people to arrive as visitors, but leave as friends.

Last bus from the center to the hotel is around 8pm but there is another bus arriving at 1,1 km from the hotel . I do not recommend this one because it is dangerous to walk on this road . About the b&b , it is absolutely perfect for the price . Columns room is fantastic, clean and perfect size for comfort . Family working there will enjoy to help you. Totally recommended.

Strategic position. It is close to the highway (1 km), ring road (1 km), airport (5 km), station (3 km). You can only get there by car, but there is a bus stop 1 km away. It is on the road of the cycle path of the sun. They also have excellent corns of their own production. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Where should I start? We have been there only for a day, but enough to say that it was a fantastic stay. The house is an icon- from a architectual standpoint and an interior perspective. It starts with a fantastic host, continues with a beautiful view, goes on with a modern and stylish room + breakfast area and ends with a walk that only last 20 minutes to the main square in Bologna. Nice location with a beautiful view on the surrounding hills. Friendly and helpfull personel. We had a big clean room, but the bed was n't that good. Breakfast was ok and we loved the homemade strawberry cake. However we thought that it was slightly overpriced.
