Very cheerful and welcoming lady . Room is clean. With reference to older reviews, she finally put in air conditioner in the room downstairs. But this horrible noise at eat time you use the bathroom is still there. And the feeling you have been in someone's house rather than a B &B is somehow annoying. This place have pros and cons. Landlady were nice and was waiting for us. The room was nice, big with private bathroom. It was cleaned every day very carefully. The breakfast shouldn’t be extra charged coz it was a bunch of sweets everyday and there was a lot of humidity as it is old italian villa.

What a beautiful B&B! You can reach the City Center within 10-20min walking distance. The Breakfast was nourishing but not very versatile. We had a small clean room with a shared toilet and a shared bathroom for 22€/night per person. Couldn't ask for more!

This is great place to stay in Bologna. Very easy to reach Old town Bologna by walk. Breakfast is nice and coffee is very good. Just you need to inform the owner before you arrive there, since this is a private villa. We loved it!

Good value for money: close to city center, very clean, comfortable beds, kettle... everything what you need is there) The owner is really nice and kind person, that creates a pleasant atmosphere. Brealkfast is very basic. One small minus - it was noisy during my stay. Some people mentioned that this place is quiet, but better to have ear plugs, just in case)

I had a very good stay. The lady that works there is very nice. The rooms are very clean. The place is quiet, you can have a good sleep. The bathroom is a shared bathroom (but there are no more than four rooms, so there it's usually available) but kept clean. The breakfast is a bit poor compared to other B&B I've been too, but it's enough to start the day.

Convenient place to spend a night or two. Location is central and easy reachable on foot and bus.

Comfortable and ideal place for those who have to stay due to hospitalizations at Rizzoli. 2 steps from the hospital and the historic center. The owner of the structure is a woman of heart and available. Among other things, it also provides the pass to not pay for parking, what more could you want. It is obvious that if you also want parking inside the house, there isn't one, I think it won't cost...

Mrs. Cosetta is a kind, welcoming and super prepared person. He welcomed us warmly, gave us a pass to leave the car nearby for free and revealed many secrets of the city :) The area is strategic: central but not too close to the locals (it rests very well). I will definitely be back. Anna

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us a map of the city and clarify all our doubts. Is super well located, right in the city center. The room is very clean and cozy; it feels like being home. Breakfast is good too.

We stayed one Night at Garisenda. Very nice owners, very very clean, more than enough bathrooms, nice view, Cozy rooms, good breakfast. We will come back :) recommend! Oh and the best Location ever. 5 stars because it's a family owned, small and old fashion "albergo". Room was comfortable and clean. The staff are wonderful. A quiet hotel right in the centre!!

Absolute amazing stay. Welcoming personnel, clean, big rooms and directly in the city center. You get a lot for your money here. Just a thing: it may get warm in the room and you want to open the window during the night: it can be a little noisy.

A wonderful dolce vita 1960/70s interior with air conditioning. We had a family room that sleeps 5! A great location walking distance to everything. And I mean every thing. Wonderful pasteries for breakfast and very informative and speak English.

- If you booked this hotel, understand that it is located in ZTL zone. Even with their permit, which costs 9 euro per day, you will have big problem finding parking anywhere nearby. If you drive a car, I would suggest park at Tanari parking, which is located right by the boundary of the ZTL zone, and costs only 5 euro per day. - Once you are inside the main entrance, take the elevator to the 4th floor...

Be warned: they offer shared bathrooms even though this isn't clearly communicated on their website!!! Excellent location. The albergo is lovely, and both the room and bathroom were very clean (incl. towels). Breakfast is included and they offer a great variety of options. The staff was really friendly and we were able to check in late at night.

Very nice experience. The hostel is very good, clean, organized and has the best location. It was my first experience sharing a bathroom in a hostel and I had no difficulties. Very timely.

B&B Margherita was a ver pleasant place to stay while on a short visit to Bologna. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the place was very clean and tidy.

Very nice bed and breakfast in a perfect location: close to the city but in a quite area. The staff who runs the bed and breakfast is very kind and always willing to help you. If you are by car ask them where to ark.

Great welcome and reasonably central to explore all that Bolonga has to offer.

Our experience here was great. The breakfast was fair enough and fresh. The location is easy to get anywhere from. The staff were so friendly, polite, caring and helpful. The room was soundproof good enough. The airco was perfect and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely go back there again.

I stayed in this hotel only because all reasonably priced options in city central were booked. Hotel offers minimum comfort but will get you through your stay.

Perfect place to stay in Bologna not too center

It is the first time to visit Bologna. We have absolutely enjoyed our stay at the libety Hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent; especially the breakfast and staff

modernisation, the beds are hard (its like your sleeping on the floor), there is 1 pillow which is flat, and the door to the balcony may aswell be open with the noise from the road and rain. We also had issue with air con, we had it on 20c but the room never got below 23c (we checked with a temp gauge), we reported to reception and they said it was working Ok, but it clearly wasnt. The bathroom always smell a strong odor of pee

A quick stop over in Bologna so we stayed one night only. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was excellent. Room was small and poky. Beds were comfortable.
