We have stayed at this hotel on multiple visits to Bologna. Our experience has always been perfect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful and in an excellent spot for sightseeing and dining.

Beautiful hotel, well located close to main attractions. Relatively tiny rooms with limited technology (old TV) and ancient bathroom. Correct breakfast with sufficient choice. VIP access with room enhancement was requested but not offered by the hotel (a premium was request to have the superior room whereas it was supposed to be offered for free thanks to VIP access).

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Mary from Sicily was a super star. The cuisine in the hotel is average. Menu items very salty and not enjoyable. Prefer tableclothes on tables for dinner service. Dining room in general needs upgrading. Ivan, the new manager, seems to be the person with the knowledge and experience to make this happen. Overall I would return to this hotel. I was disappointed...

Rooms 90 and 91 smell with cigarettes so much, even that these rooms are for non-smokers. Other than that - everything was good.

It's a nice place to stay when you come to Bologna. You can get there from the center by bus line 101.

The hotel is quite old, inside the room and also in the common areas. The room is large, but due to it's age it doesn't so feel clean. No lift to the upper floor, so you have to carry your luggage with you. it's about 20 minutes drive from Bologna center, waiting for a taxi can take sometimes 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is good and there is a nice garden to sit outside

The room has a toilet with a window + a very bad exhaust fan that sucks in all the smells from smoking + poor sound insulation, and all that. The facilities are really too old, but the transportation location is very good. The continental breakfast is priced too high and it is not cost-effective. There are very few Asian faces. It is basically Europeans living here. It is not suitable for Europeans.

It is an elegant hotel, near the station and 15 minutes from the center.

Difficult- great location once you want to visit Ducati site at Bologna. Good parking, good breakfast, big rooms, good price, but poor cleaning quality especially of the bathroom, strange smell there. Hotel is 4 stars level but this is not reality.

We spent here one night because our plane landed pretty late so on our way to Florence it was a very nice stay. From the airport it was a couple of minutes by taxi. Me and my family had a great time at this hotel. The room is spatious with comfy beds, clean and quiet (even on New Year’s Eve). We mostly appreciated the free parking!

A very nice, superbly located hotel. To our surprise, the room had a balcony. The roof terrace offered a fantastic view of the city. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Special thanks to the reception staff, who were very accommodating and super friendly. They created a good atmosphere from the very beginning and were always in a great mood.

A gem of a hotel We have stayed in a number of hotels in Bologna and this is by far our favourite. The Touring Hotel is conveniently located in the city’s historic district, and is easy to reach by city bus from Bologna Stazione Centrale. Since I am traveling alone, when I learned my room was in a separate building, I asked to be moved to another room in the main hotel. Una Bologna Centro is a great hotel with superb service staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with great food and choices. I highly recommend it for families with young children as they are very friendly with children. Not all hotels in Bologna Centro allows young children to stay for free like hotel Una

For the station, location is perfect but for center of city, around 20 min walk.

Right next to the train station, so thats great, about 20 mins walk into town. This hotel was just a one night stay as part of a longer holiday for us, and this was by far the worst service for us, and not a great hotel. Fine for the night, but all needs redecorating (not bright orange and bright blue)!. And the staff never seemed very happy or smiley. Would be great to have a kettle in the room! 

Simple. Dated. 80’s idea of decor. Had a bath which was good 👍. One particular woman on reception was great

Because of the exhibition, the room was small and the facilities were average, but the breakfast was rich.

Decent inexpensive hotel for one night stay. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is fine, enough to get us started for the day. Would stay here again in the future.

What can I say, the rooms are VERY small. The bathroom is so small it requires a sliding door. The side tables are tiny, the shower is small. For € 99/night it seems like a bad value.

Ok in general but for this price range I would expect to have a courtesy water in the room and paper tissues.

Very nice hotel and service. The pool is superb. We travelled with kids and they enjoyed as well. Breakfast is nice and dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good, had dinner there twice. Had a rental car but also took the close-by bus number 20 to downtown Bologna, which was handy. The rooms are good though not newly minted. Airport is close-ish.

The hotel looks beautiful on the outside, the restaurant is great. The location is nice 15 mins from the airport and close to the center of bologna (you need a car to get into the center quickly). Probably a 10 minute drive. The rooms are classic, bit old styled. The main downside are the beds. Beds are very hard. The mattrass lies on a sold wood plank. I find two things very important in a hotel....

The hotel is near the highway. It has its own parking. You can reach the historical centre by bus. The bus stop is not far away but the bus no 20 sometimes gets stuck in rush hour traffic. We liked the room, the staff is very friendly and above all the breakfast is very delicious.

Stayed one night, convenient car park and bus stop, very friendly, attending and helpful staff.  Left some feedback which got immediately catered to. The bathroom with its beautiful tiles was just so pretty!

Hotel Roma is NOT a 4* hotel, it is 3*. Very poor personal care kit, only a shower cap, a mini shoe sponge, really mini soaps and shampoos. Little awkward to get to if you don’t drive but simply beautiful place to stay

This hotel was one of 4 booked through the same travel agency for the same trip but was somehow the only one that didn’t get the reservation right. I booked a room with two beds and was given one bed. Upon check-in, I was notified that they were sold out and no other rooms were available. To their credit, they separated the single bed into two twins which worked fine but it delayed check-in by a while...

The hotel environment is nice, inside is beautiful but some of the the worker's are not keeping to regulations, e.g. i asked of resting for 3 hours' before my event the lady receptionist charged me 90Euros why a full day is 100Euro, what is the difference? i strongly believe that the management are not aware of it. meanwhile their dishes are ok 👌

Beautiful hotel! Made our stay in Bologna great. Breakfeast, the room (we had superior room), and the pool facilities were also super. Only drawback is the distance to the city center, which was an issue at night, were no busses were going in that area. But really good hotel :-)

Had a day to kill in Bologna between my cruise and my flight. Enjoyed the pool & lunch formula. I like that they keep a short number of entries so the place stays nice and calm.

The hotel is clean, cozy, quiet. Nice staff. The room was warm, even hot in the bathroom. In such cold weather it was nice to come and immediately warm up. Breakfast is good. The location is excellent: close to the center, to the train station.

I had a sudden business trip and booked a place to stay, but it was 400,000 won per night for a 4-star hotel. It was really bad. Don't expect breakfast. Why did the hotel price go up so much?

An interesting place to stay because of the history of the famous guests who once stayed here. Rooms are very large (at least on fourth floor) and have a balcony. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite run down and badly needs modernising throughout. The bathrooms smell from the drains and there is only a hand held shower hose in the bath. I was looking for a little escape so i had to choose a place with spa. It was my first choice and reading the comments i was so hesitant but i gave it a shot and honestly that was the best 150€ i’ve ever spent. I booked 1 night with private access to the spa- the spa was clean the sauna and bagno turco were amazing and the best part for me was the mini pool with idramassagio. I enjoyed my stay at the Astor :) the room had a funny smell, the breakfast was very uninspiring, and one could hear every noise from every corner all the time, but the room also was large and comfortable and the bathroom was good and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful - it was a relief to stay at a place where it felt a lot like being at home. I definitely would stay again.

Location is great and walking distance from the main attractions. However, very low value for money as rooms are expensive and the size of a shoe box. To add to the bad experience, there were upgrading works for the second floor which caused disturbance during the day. I had to pack and unpack to move rooms because I couldn’t rest. There was no notice sent prior to guests about these works.

I had to return due to health reasons, I requested a cancellation and submitted the documents I could get from the hospital, but they were not accepted. If it was a normal situation, I would never have requested a cancellation.
