Warning - this is NOT a 5* hotel. If like us you opt to stay in the residence for space and privacy, you'll find yourselves staying under a residential flat with a child running around overhead late into the evening and 1st thing in the morning. Not the families fault. It's an odd choice to buy the ground floor of an apartment block. It's also right next to the train line with trains running past midnight...

Very attractive location . Great front desk stuff especially Tara and Franchesco . Very good brekfast and walking distance to the main street plaza and harbor.

This is a fantastic hotel, close to everything. Very hip and stylish lobby and outdoor lounge. The only thing that could improve is the hot tub was cold and we could not get it to heat up but we would highly recommend this property when visiting Santa Margherita ligure.

Very close to the train station and central area. Rooms are big and modern. The service is great. Only downside is that the hotel is split between to areas, the spa area and some of the rooms are located in a different building then the main building which isn't very comfortable, specially if your room isn't located where the spa is. But other then that, it is a really good hotel.

Our room did not include use of pool area. Requested 50 euro pp to use the pool .ordered a cappacino in the morning and they charged me the full price of breakfast buffet 30 euro. Front staff was rude.

Warning: this is not a five star hotel. I think the reason there are so many negative reviews is because the five star is misleading. If it was a four star people would have rated this place better. Wow! Claudia and her professional staff made our 3 night stay very enjoyable at this beautiful, exclusive and elegant Hotel. First class service, great breakfast and a wonderful room with views toward the Botanical Garden. We had an excellent Massage and soak in the spa. Hotel is walking distance to all attractions in this lovely town. Highly recommended.

Excellent Great hotel based right near Portofino. Staff very friendly and helpful. They let us park the car in their car park to explore before we checked in. Recommend ferry to Portofino (hotel ideally based a few minutes walk to jetty). We walked back the 5km which is a beautiful route but a long way! Excellent hotel for very modest money! Located not far from the embankment, 20 minutes to the train station at a leisurely pace. Lived on the 4th floor - a good view, beautiful sunrises. The room was clean with a swimming pool available for kids. Location is close to the beach and pier, but no water, tooth brush and etc was provided.

We had a wonderful experience at Blu di Te House. The staff was amazing. The hotel as described in other reviews did not disappoint. Breakfast was truly artwork. I would strongly recommend to any of our friends from the United States traveling to Italy, who appreciate true boutique hotels.

Blu Di Te is a charming boutique hotel in a great location! We loved Santa Magherita, but the front desk concierges helped us enjoy it even more with their restaurant recommendations, maps, and tips. The breakfast was always delicious. And one evening we enjoyed apertifs and hugo spritzes on the roof deck and it was just lovely! All staff were so nice and accommodating. Hotel with modern rooms in the center of Santa Margherita. For a 5 star I would have expected evening turndown and breakfast with more choice and more quality products. Hotel does not have a garage: we booked parking but our car was parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Comfortable and convenient location. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included which was a plus. We also had a view of the beachfront from our room. Only downside was that the WiFi was slow at times and water was not provided in the rooms although this can be purchased from nearby stores for cheap prices.

This was the most perfect hotel for our stay in Cinque Terre and Santa Margherita.The staff is warm and gracious, always very attentive. Great view out over the sea from our room although no balcony! Good to cool off in the Mediterranean over the road! Breakfast was chaos with 2 big buses leaving and not opening til 7.30am.

The team at the hotel were outstanding, nothing was a problem for them. They provided excellent local knowledge when we were considering different walking options and recommended several great restaurants and activities. The facilities were very good, the location great. This place is a gem, we stayed six nights - we wish it was six months!

Wonderful stay A wonderful hotel, very clean, not far from the sea, great breakfast options and a rooftop terrace with amazing views of the harbour. All staff were friendly and helpful but special thanks to Federica who had great knowledge of the local area how to get to different places and things to see. I was here in June with my fiance and our dog. Spacious, clean and tidy room and bathroom. Cozy place and total privacy. The location is convenient, right in the center of the town and a stone's throw from the sea. I would gladly return

The place is really close to the center of Santa, right next to the port! You can find restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The room was not bad, quite clean and tidy. I also went there with my little dog which fortunately was allowed! Few parking spaces available, but with the availability of parking in a silo.

Faultless experience! This beautiful hotel has the best views of Santa Margherita and Portfino. Our suite with balcony and sea views was spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and a separate sitting room. The staff were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was stunning. For 4 days in May 2025 it felt like a fairytale in a palace.

We stayed 3 nights in August and could not have been happier with the hotel and service. Everything inch of the property is very clean and every member of the staff was polite and helpful. The concierge reserved all of our dinners, rides to/from the airport and Portofino, and an incredible boat trip which saved a lot of stress. Piano player at the night bar was a nice touch. It has an amazing garden and is right next to the sea. The concierge is very helpful and helps you organise activities. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are very comfortable, and some of the rooms have a wonderful sea side view. The one problem is the WiFi was quite slow so if you’re planning to do work in your hotel room, note that you may need to use a private connection. But other than that...

Stayed a few nights here the staff is amazing, had a few issues with wifi and after talking to the front desk they promptly resolve with a wifi extender went from 5 Mbs to 50 MBs. This place is FANTASTIC. Kind’ve a hidden gem a short boat ride north of Portofino in Santa Margherita which, in our opinion, is a better town to stay in for multiple nights. The hotel views are incredibly beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful, the private beach club is relaxing and gorgeous, and the air conditioning is strong and cool.

Stayed in one of their brand new suites. Everything and everyone was EXCEPTIONAL. Escorted to our room, tour of the grounds, free breakfast, valet parking, and dinner reservations. Food was amazing.
