I recommend it with flying colors! Very kind and hospitable staff were able to accommodate all our requests and information. The hotel is located in the very center of the city with attention to every detail. Suites with jacuzzi and spa offer moments of complete relaxation.

Excellent hotel, central location, very nice bright and comfortable rooms. Abundant and very varied breakfast with excellent products. Very kind and helpful staff, everyone was very nice!!! Special thanks to Riccardo Jessica and Farah for the breakfast, Giovanni very kind and to all the guys at the reception who were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended rating 10 +

Overall a solid place to stay, yet very overpriced. Big plus for spacios bathrooms and the engaged staff. Regarding the beds I can assure you from travel experience in 3rd world countries: These DO NOT come short in giving you a 3rd world experience. North Korea provides better beds, without a doubt. Even in the Swiss military I've had more comfortable beds, it was a shame.

I don’t think that it’s fairly rated it shouldn’t be even more than 3 stars . Cleanliness between bad and below average, rooms smells very bad are not as seen in photos. One of the worst experiences

This hotel is not my cup of tea. Far too expensive for what you get. You pay top dollar and get no extras. The room had silly light switches that meant I couldn’t read my book without lots of bright lights on.
If you eat or drink anything in the room then you’ll get charged. You want to park the car and there’s another charge.
The staff were helpful but apart from that really nothing special.

This hotel is fine, but I’m not sure it warrants 5*. On our first night we were given a room with no shower (!) which seems a bit unusual for a hotel of this standard. After complaining the staff kindly offered to change us to another room at no incremental charge, but I think this is very unusual for a 5* (and certainly should have been communicated more clearly on the website to avoid the unpleasant surprise).

Though the staff was friendly they were not able to give any decent recommendation regarding restaurants, boat rental etc. From my travel experience I would have guessed this to be a average 4 start hotel. No idea how it has a 5 star status...

This hotel offers a perfect location for a visit to Santa Margherita and Portofino. The dock is in easy walking distance for a boat trip to Portofino, and there is also a train station within and easy walk. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well. The hotel is very nice, and the staff is excellent!
