The Hotel Plaza Caserta, conveniently situated from Caserta city centre and Naples, is a 4-star hotel which seamlessly blends into its new urban surroundings: a former industrial area that today is the site of Caserta's new Business Park. The hotel has 312 rooms including 16 superior rooms and 16 suites all of which are furnished with simple, modern elegance. The foyer of this stunningly-designed hotel is covered by a 4,700-sq m clear glass dome, among the largest in Europe. Gardens and sophisticated, illuminated water walls are a feature of the foyer, the heart of the hotel, overlooked by the guestrooms, restaurants, bars and the Conference Centre. A wide staircase leads to an arcaded public plaza.
Hotel opened in 2006, renovated in 2007.

I felt truly unsecure. Photos from google maps or booking are not showing reality.
Pool and area near was like abandoned. All other entrances of the hotel were locked.
Cleaning lady never came back just because I asked her to come later. I than asked to the reception for at least cleaned towels and we receveid nothing. At the arrival even that we booked for 4 persons, we had only one bottle of water of 0,5L ,complimentary. On bonvoy app, it is written the gave complimentary water and coffee in the room. When I asked at the reception, they told me only for the arrival and only water. 🙂
I don’t recommend it
Window in our room can't be closed so they put a rod to close it.
Although linen is clean, I can't be sure for towels because they have an odd smell of food on them. They clean rooms every day which is plus, but they don change the towels so next day you don't know which is which.
WiFi isn't working...
Food and restaurant service is good but it's not up to 4 star standard whatsoever. In proximity of the hotel there's no store or anything... Everything looks abandoned!
Staff is very helpful, I would rate it as a 3 star rather than 4.
Location makes a car critical and the complementary parking under the hotel makes this easier.
