Upgraded to a corner suite for a weekend away with my daughter, the hotel wowed us. From a strong welcome on check in, to a stunning room and bathroom (huge and white marble throughout) to the room top bar. Service was incredible. Breakfast very good (a lot of cake). One of the top hotels I’ve stayed at; comparable to The Ritz in London. Thank you.

A very nice hotel with a great rooftop bar that has spectacular views of the city, Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Our room was very comfortable with a peek of the marina from our Juliette balcony. Walking distance from cafe's, restaurants and bars while away for the hustle and bustle of the city center - which is only a few minutes ride away or walkable if you're up for it. Special thanks to Rita Caputo for helping us plan excursions and transport to and from the airport.

Surprised by the positive reviews here. Lovely old building on the waterfront but sadly dated interior and rooms. Just not a five star hotel. We paid ~£420 for one night, it would have felt ok value at half that. Roof terrace bar is bar is nice.

I only had a drink on the rooftop, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were very attentive. I can only imagine the fine dining in the restaurant is exceptional, especially with the head chef being recognized by the Michelin Guide. Enjoy the drinks, food, and view!

Receptionists were very helpful, they organized a great private tour to Amalfi coast. At breakfast the view was fantastic. I loved the location, close to the walking street.

The hotel is really impressive. The view from a rooftop bar is simply amazing. The staff is very friendly and kind. If you are looking for a place to chill and relax far away from the busy streets but still close to the city center I would recommend you this hotel. Location is great!

Not a guest -came for a drink. Beautiful 10th floor rooftop bar. Nice selection of cocktails and bottled beer. Serve complimentary snacks. Impeccable service. Would definitely return and perhaps even stay as a guest next time.

Fantastic hotel. We had a beautiful view of the Castello d'Ovo and the bay. The sheets, towels, bathrobes are all first rate. Room was spacious and a nice balcony. Service is the best. They really go out of their way to make the guests feel well cared for. Close enough to the busy old town but also far enough away. Santa Lucia neighborhood is really nice.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Having stayed in 100's of hotels across almost 50 countries, this is by far my favorite. First, the awesome view and location; a close second, the amazing, friendly staff; and third, the history and elegance. Wish I could give it 6 stars!
