We stayed here in March. Friendly service, great location. The rooms and view makes you feel like a vip. Walk through the hotel, you'll get lost but you'll see wonderful pieces of the buildings history. If I have to make a point of criticism, breakfast could be better. But then again, if you look outside of the breakfast room, all is forgotten.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view. The rest, a total scam. It is as if a mafia boss found a way to launder his money and profit from tourists.
The rooms are unclean, and facilities are broken. We had a non functioning aircon and broken shower. We also paid for a junior suite (450€) and had a downgrade for a double room (250€) which had no light in exchange to pool access. None of this was mentioned to us before our stay, and we did not get refunded.
The service is non professional. Hotel staff seem to not have any qualifications, they are unhelpful and scamming us as much as possible. When you call a taxi with the hotel, it’s a fixed price taxi which is here to scam you. Like the rest of this hotel.
Avoid at all costs, unless you want to help spread corruption.

I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Napoli. The views are amazing on the terrace, 7th floor, and in most of the rooms themselves.

There is a pool which is nice, although it is small and closes every day at 5pm. Wish it was open slightly later, but you’re allowed to still hang around the pool after 5pm, just not it in.

It’s fun to just wander around the hotel and learn about the different art within it. The rooms are lovely and the bed is very comfortable!

The quartieri spagnoli is just 5 minutes walking distance downhill. It’s a steep walk back, perfect little workout post pizza fritta :)

Excellent hotel and great staff who are really accommodating. The room is clean everyday by housekeeping. The only thing that was annoying was that I had no internet in my room or the whole floor for that matter which has been broken for 5 nights which was my entire stay. I definitely would return and the internet is not a deal breaker and is just one of those things which is a very small issue.

Great hotel! The views from my room were amazing! You could see the entirety of Naples from the breakfast and the pool+hot tub were great! Dinner is very good here but the breakfast doesn’t have many options. I left my portable charger though after dinner one night on the table and they “never found it” but all in all a great stay! If you stay up to around 11:00 there was fireworks every night from different places in Naples, I don’t know if it was organized or not but look out for them!

Absolute shambles.
Stayed at the hotel for three nights, and every night the top level floor was rented out for a loud event, that went on until late.
At least advertise that you’re a wedding venue masquerading as a hotel and don’t accept regular guests.

Do NOT stay here if you value your sleep.
The view is nice, but if you’re able to hear please consider a different place to stay.

Beautiful hotel on top of Naples. Steep walk to town but the view of the harbor from our upgraded hotel suite was lovely. This was a former convent and the place is full of little clues if you walk around the building. There’s an elaborate nativity scene at the end of a hallway, an plant urn that has some interesting sculptures and paintings everywhere. We loved dining on the terrace. Good breakfast buffet. They did everything to be accommodating. My only complaint is the tv which was impossible to operate and there are very few English speaking channels. The front desk staff helped us tremendously with information and services. We enjoyed the incredible Italian hospitality!

Great quality, value, views, and location! Each night we enjoyed walking to the Spagnoli district for dinner. Since we stayed over the weekend there has been weddings each night on their lovely roof terrace so it has been unavailable for guests but it does not stop me from writing a 5 star review. The staff are very nice, we had a slight toilet maintenance issue where it kept running and it was fixed right away. The AC works great in our room and the view of Mt. Vesuvius in the morning is amazing.

Excellent food with a variety of selection. Staff service was also excellent. Single room small, double big. Both rooms were very clean. The view was breath taken especially from the restaurant. Close to a lot of places. We were also surprise by the interior of the hotel it is exceptionally a work of art. Given the time we were have stay longer.
