Romeo hotel

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Good location! Food, roof top bar and Alain Ducasse restaurant were superb.The servers and staff were fabulous! We enjoyed the "9 course" Dinner at the restaurant. Lovely, delicious and elegant. The room was luxurious and comfortable. And the hotel employees at the desk were so helpful, friendly, and professional We had a marvelous time in Naples and at the Romeo Hotel.

We had a very good stay at Romeo. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing with beautiful sea views. The rooms very modern with usb-c and usb sockets, electric curtains. Nice amenities, very soft towels and bath robes. The location is super convenient, just across the road from the port. The rooftop pool is nice and heated, but quite small. On one hand it is nice that it is directly integrated with a bar and comfy chairs. On the other, the showers are not in immediate vicinity to it. The room price was steep for a weekend night relatively off season, but we did get upgraded.

Modern amenities, views, great pool/bar area and the Spa/Fitness Center is the BEST I've ever seen in the world so far! Huge! Has everything & you feel like you're at the disco a bit too! Salt rooms, cold dip pool, sauna, steam, etc.

Beautiful hotel. Eco friendly, amazing artwork, delicious breakfast, close to downtown, Roof top bar with scenic views of Mt. Vesuvios, and super helpful staff. Great experience! Will definitely stay again!

My three-night stay at ROMEO Napoli in October of 2024 exceeded my expectations.

Service was excellent. From the front desk agents, to the staff at breakfast, to the housekeeping, everyone did an outstanding job. And in the rare instance where something was amiss, the staff raced to fix it.

My room and the hotel were modern, stylish, comfortable and always immaculately clean.

Breakfast (complimentary as a Hilton Honors Diamond member) was delicious. You can order as many a la carte options as you wish from the extensive menu instead of the typical buffet. The staff also left a thoughtful welcome amenity of Prosecco and cookies. My room's complimentary mini-bar was well stocked, too.

The hotel is located very close to the port so it's convenient for folks making a port stop. Otherwise, the location is close to some (though not all) of the popular tourist attractions.

All in all, I'd strongly recommend ROMEO Napoli for anybody looking for a five-star stay in Naples.

The interior design is not my style, but it is very personal. The rooms are very good, the location perfect for walking around the city, and the service perfect. The highlight is the restaurant. Although I have not had the chance to have dinner there, the breakfast and the view are superb.

This hotel is amazing and would have been worth every penny IF the place hadn’t been under construction. The rooftop pool and restaurant were closed for renovations, plus there was a giant crane in front of my window. The breakfast food was amazing (and included) and the sauna/spa was as well (and well worth it!). There was no usable pool, just the spa (which closed kinda early for my extended usage) and it seems the rooftop is one of the best parts of the hotel so I am bummed it was out of service. Otherwise, the free cookies and Voss water made this place quite amazing and (after construction) worth the cost.

Excellent hospitality, rooms, and amenities. Very modern. Great location too - near the city center and the port (from where you can leave for Capri and Amalfi). Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful staff that went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel safe, special, and welcomed. Everyone from the front desk, housekeepers and especially the guys serving in the downstairs hotel bar were wonderful. Would recommend if you needed to stay in Naples. Also, very high tech with blinds that close via an IPAD, US plugs, and USB ports.

The service here is absolutely incredible. The rooms are just ok. They have automated shades and blinds and a panel for the lights but nothing really worked. Couldn’t figure out how to turn off a lamp so I unplugged it. Wine list at the restaurant is extensive but massively overpriced. Very very kind staff though. Breakfast was great.
