Between the stunning views, the incredible amenities (especially the hot tub with the view), and the outstanding service, I felt very comfortable every moment of my stay.

What made this stay truly exceptional, was how the staff went above and beyond. They assisted in booking the church for my wedding day! This personal touch and willingness to help with such a meaningful detail meant the world to me.

We had an amazing time, and really enjoyed the restaurant !

Lovely hotel near the lake, with a great view and great location. The rooms are very spacious and have their own independent entrance, separate from the reception and the rest of the building.
The only small "issue" we had was with ants in the room, we saw some on the floor as soon as we arrived on the night and woke up with some more around our stuff in the morning (e.g. when I woke up and looked at my phone, there were 2 ants on it). We haven't seen any in the bed but that maybe that is something the hotel should take care of.

In the room we also had a very small kitchen with a mini fridge where we got 2 complimentary water bottles, which were very appreciated given the hot temperature.
The temperature of the room was great given that there was a great a/c system.

Car park doesn't need to be booked in advance but is not included in the booking, and costs 10 euros per day.

Good views, helpful staff and service. Breakfast also decent and well priced.

Having to pay separately for parking after already paying a premium price is a bit disappointing. Mosquito nets in the room would have been helpful.

Location ; superb view on the lake with a lot of vegetation. Unfortunately the hotel is on the side of a very busy road and it is quite dangerous to leave the hotel just for a walk.

Room ; clean and as described. Bed is very comfortable. I had a cigarette smell coming from the ventilation on my first night. Also sound proofing is poor. I could hear the steps of the waiter from the restaurant.

Breakfast; superb ! All was good and great 😃

Service; service was good and welcoming.

The view on the lake is wonderful!!! On nice days you can even see the sea! The rooms in the main building are very nice and well maintained, the suites that overlook the lake are great to wake up in the morning with a unique and breathtaking view. The staff is friendly. The indoor lounge used as a restaurant is neat, with details of furniture special and well sought after by the owner. Some of the rooms are attic rooms with a window on the ceiling which you can glimpse the stars at night. The parking lot is not very big.

Old Hotel but renovated to a very good standard beautiful interior and restaurant and amazing views. Great value for money and small details make this a top pick from me in Castelli Romani area

Very nice location with different types of rooms for every money. The building has a touch from a old roman Latifundium. Brilliant.
