We stayed for 3 nights, we arrived before the check in time but were allowed to go to our room. Which was great help. The rooms were clean, we had a triple room which had two queen size beds. On arrival you get a PDF which contained all the information sent to your WhatsApp. Which is great and very helpful. The lady on reception also provided us with local restaurants recommendations and travel information. This was also sent via WhatsApp so we could look into the restaurants ourselves as well. We had a room on the first floor level which we had access to a large open space. Rooms are blacked out which is great for me as I love to sleep in the pitch black. Air con works like a dream although we stayed in February I’m pregnant and get hot very quick so the air-con was great and fully working. Access to the block requires a code which makes it feel safer. There is a small free breakfast which consists of pastries, coffee and juices. Which is a great help when we had to get off early for our flight. If you need something outside the reception hours you can contact them via WhatsApp which is very helpful if you’re not there. Reception booked us a taxi for when we left and check in and out is very simple. The only negative is being on the first floor the door buzzes when it’s unlocked which is quite loud when you’re trying to sleep. But other than that a great standard hotel room.

Room very nice and clean but walls paper thin. Kept awake at night by people next door talking till very late. Sounded like they were in my room. And when they used the loo it was very noisy.sounded like the toilet was attached to the other side of my bedroom wall…... Hardly any signal on phone and could not get on Wi-Fi. The breakfast was an added bonus. Free pastries. And tea and coffee. Nice and close to metro. And about 20 mins walk to places of interest.

Our stay at Hotel Parker was a disaster from the beginning. We originally booked at Hotel Espana, but without any notice or consultation, we were moved to Hotel Parker. The room was awful: the beds were rock-hard, and the noise was unbearable – we could hear every little sound from the hallway and the reception area, making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. The worst part, however, has been the complete lack of responsibility regarding a deep scratch on our car that was caused at the parking lot. At first, they promised to help and said there were security cameras. Then suddenly, the footage wasn’t available, and no one could give us a straight answer. Despite repeated promises to contact the insurance company, they have completely stopped responding. It feels like they couldn’t care less now that we’ve checked out. We are left with a damaged car, no follow-up, and the distinct feeling that they’re intentionally ignoring us because we’re no longer staying at the hotel. Absolutely unacceptable.

Bad value for money The 2 gentlemen at reception are pleasant but it looks more like hotel rental than a hotel. There is no real reception, he sends a message before arriving at the wooden office which serves as a desk to be sure that the person is present. Breakfast at -1 with Italian croissants coffees juices and that's it, what a disappointment. Bad bedding, dilapidated bathroom (the shower doors were mounted upside down)

Owner's name: Andrea. A very nice person and always willing to help you or fix it if there was a problem in the room on the price. The rooms were very clean, excellent size of the rooms for such a little-regarded hotel. Close to Rome Termini station and at the same time close to the metro stop. Excellent breakfast. I recommend everyone to go there, you won't regret it.

It's a nice hotel, the staff is very friendly, but my toilet is broken, and the staff came to repair it at night. The lights in the room are yellowish, and the decoration is old-fashioned, but the room is big and clean. If you check in, you need to go to the front Go some distance and turn right at the first intersection to check in.

The hotel is close to the Termini train station and only 20 min walk from Rome’s famous historic monuments such as the Colesseum and the Roman Forum. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was also complimentary breakfast and coffee, although it was not included the price. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. We loved our stay there. Thank you Andrea.

What I liked: Very good location, quite central (20 minutes by walk from the Colosseum) and close to subway and tram/bus stops. Super nice staff and always available to help (you can contact them via WhatsApp any time and they are always online). The breakfast offered and the coffee machine available any time for free were very welcome despite having chosen the option without breakfast included (so why does the paid option exist when it is then said by the staff that breakfast is offered to everyone for free always?). What I didn’t like: Unfortunately as an overall experience I have to say disappointing. We paid an overall of 1000 euros and at the beginning we were given a miserable room that is absolutely unsuitable for hosting guests. Very old structure, bad smells, broken things like doors and rust (see photos). In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work and we had a water leak which forced me to ask to change the room (thing I had to do for the first time in my entire existence!). The second room we got was better, which at least reflected the value of a 3 star, but it was a pity the cleaning service (one day we came back to the room late afternoon to rest a bit and the room still hadn't been done, and I had to ask to come and do it). Embarrassing the toilet under the sink (see photo), which made normal sitting impossible (again, first time in my life I've seen something like this). This hotel is visibly not 100% ready to host guests in all of its rooms so please don't let the unsuitable ones be used (especially by charging them a lot!).

Very nice location, friedly personnel, big, cozy and tidy room. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay as all attractions are accessible on foot. There is a supermarket around the corner. Railway station is also very close to the hotel.
