I booked a single room (with a small single bed) for three nights during the hot August summer. Booking directly from their official website was cheaper than through other booking agents.
-While my room (room 202) wasn’t big, the air conditioning was very strong and allowed you to adjust the temperature. The room also had a mini fridge, which was great for cooling down drinks you buy. However, the mini fridge does not come stocked with drinks—you can purchase them in the lobby.
-The front desk is only open until 11:00 PM. If you arrive late for check-in, they will send you an email instructing you to use the machine outside the lobby.
-I liked that they have an ice maker in the lobby, which allows you to take some ice back to your room and enjoy the drinks you brought. There’re water boiler and microwave in the lobby as well.
-The hotel is located in a small lane (without an apparent sign), so be careful if you’re walking alone, especially at night. It’s also quite far from the city center. The walk from Roma Termini to the hotel took over 25 minutes and wasn’t very pleasant. The tram No. 19, which passes by the hotel, was not operating. Instead, you can take bus No. 3 (a 2-minute walk away) or bus No. 71 (a 7-minute walk away) to reach the center. However, I found this inconvenient because the buses were sometimes late or didn’t show up at all.
-There is nothing nearby-no supermarkets.
-They have lockers in the basement. If you early check out (before 11 AM), you can store your luggage there without spending money on it.

The team is great! The breakfast and room are all so good! It’s worth every penny. Only thing is the location itself is a bit isolated. But is safe otherwise.

I liked this hotel very much, the room was very clean and well decorated. The breakfast was good, and you had an opportunity to buy some things in 24 h machines.The receptionists are polite and easy to communicate. I had some problem with famous hotel site, so i sent directly to hotel an email, and they answered me right away. Big advantage that they allow pets inside!!!

The hotel was recommended by the organizers of the World Congress of Philosophy. The room was tolerable, the breakfast excellent. However. The location is depressing, stinky unsafe looking streets, screaming from the neiggbouring building. The receptionist ordered, without exlaining to me, a metered taxi instead of the fixed rate one to the airport, which, of course, added to my other irritations.

The location is challenging to find and not very convenient. The staff are friendly, but their English proficiency could be improved. The price is high compared to the services provided. There are no facilities, such as a kettle or drinks, and the price does not include city fees. This place is more suitable for singles

We stayed for two nights in this hotel. The reception staff were super nice, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is good, very basic but good quality of food. The location is good, bus stops are close for everywhere in room.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. I liked it and would stay again. Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff professional and very helpful. This hotel is a bit far from all main tourist attractions but Roma is well connected with network of buses and metro so it was easy to find bus near hotel to anywhere in Rome. Station Termini is 20mins walk.

I enjoyed a five-night stay at this place, appreciating the friendly staff and clean facilities. The location is a bit far from main public transport, which might be inconvenient, but the area feels safe. Overall, it's a good option if you value cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

Receptionist was nice. The room was comfortable, a bit of noise coming from the bathroom though but was ok when I closed the door. The breakfast can definitely be improved but it was not too bad. Someone came in to our room without our approval which was unpleasant but she apologized so not a big deal. Overall it was pretty good and clean.
