Hotel & Spa Villa Mercede

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Mercede in Frascati, and I’m so glad I chose this spot for a relaxing getaway just outside the buzz of Rome. The location is perfect if you’re looking for peace, with beautiful hilltop views and a quiet atmosphere — but still close enough to Frascati town for a quick visit.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and happy to help with anything I needed.

A little late, I would like to thank all of you on the staff for the great experience you allowed me to live during the few days of my stay. Hotel Villa Mercede has everything you could need when traveling, including excellent services (padel, swimming pool, spa, gym, bar, forgive me if I forget something...), a fairly varied breakfast, a fantastic view with which to relax at dinner and extremely clean rooms. But the real icing on the cake is the staff, always ready to respond to any need. I'm sorry I didn't take more photos. The hotel is nice. Frascati is In a walkable distance but there are not many things you can do on foot. You better have a car from here if you want to explore the surroundings.

Wonderfully located in the hills, overlooking Roma. Outstanding location, walking distance to the city center as well as the train station into Rome and other destinations. Outstanding amenities, including a wonderful dining experience, Nikolai provided amazing service and detail. The front staff was always friendly and helpful, there’s a 24 hour bar/coffee/convenience store, relaxing, spa, two pools, including four indoor paddleball courts. We will always come back!

Nice place with very helpful staff. Clean and nice rooms. Just singles are really small. Breakfast is ala carte which is really great. By the way delicious

IT WAS NICE BUT THE RECEPTIONS THAT SPEAK ENGLISH MADE ME FEEL IN A HURRY TO GO EVERY THING I ASKED I ONLY WAS STAYING FOR 4 DAYS SE KEPT SAYING AN THEY COULD NOT DO IT I KNOW BUT ALWAYS SAID IT TO ME

Our rooms were quite Spartan and in the garden level. Also the showers are so slippery that I fell the second night in even though I was being extremely careful and fell hurting my shoulder and head.

Great pool, great bar, great people. In short - great experience. Surely I will be back.

The restaurant was the best part of this stay- the food was AMAZING. The staff was very knowledgeable and happy to offer suggestions. The spa was a nice amenity, but was difficult to book a massage due to the language barrier. The room was clean and nice. Lots of parking. Not too far from Rome, but the commute has very heavy traffic, so be sure to factor that in when scheduling things in Rome.
