It was amazing! They will take theire time to really make a good dish!! But after waiting it is more than worth waiting for! Also the price was very good!!!
We happened to stay closed to this restaurante and the food was just fantastic. The server name Simone was an amazing person. He help us with his broken English and our broken Italian. He did a great job. Food was amazing and great taste. I will go back to that area of Italy just to eat there again. You won't be disappointed. Pictures coming up.
Awesome pizza and fantastic steak! Great taste - this visit was a total success!
Excellent price, food and service!! PLEASE, be good to yourself and ask for the risotto. It's unbelievable!!
Very clean. Colorful and hip. Delicious food with a gorgeous view of the surrounding vineyards and mountains. Friendly staff. Will return.

Lovely hotel, with comfortable and clean rooms and a nice breakfast. It truly has everything you need. The staff is polite and friendly, with Nicolo being especially helpful during my stay. Conveniently located across from the train station, the hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to use Empoli as a base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!
Wonderful staff so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was delightful and very clean. Was made to feel very important and looked after
Lovely breakfast very friendly helpful staff comfortable clean room
Hotel is great located, so that you can easily go to Florence. Clean rooms and goos breakfast. Once the windows are not good isolated, so that you hear cars outside.
We chose to find a place at Empoli to travel easily between Siena and Florence. Hotel Il Sole is the best option at Empoli. It is conveniently located across Empoli station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Niccolo was awesome and made us feel very welcome! Rooms are newly refurbished and very clean. Our room included breakfast which provided good options. I would definitely recommend this...
This is really good hotel! Rooms are cozy and very clean. It is comfy to stay in. Stuff is super friendly and helpful. Fresh buns and coffee for breakfast. And location is perfect, the railway station is in front of hotel. Recommend, for sure.

Very helpful staff both on reception and in the restaurant. Clean and very comfortable room.
Really well located. The hotel was welcoming and perfect for what we required for our trip.
01. I used to stay here in 2001 to 2004. Mr.Luigi used to be in reception and take care of the guests. a perfect gentleman.and a good friend. The Pace was neat and clean. the rooms were maintained in a perfect condition 02. last year I had visited and i could see a new management. but the hotel maintained the same way, there were certain modifications, but good. 03. There is a restaurant adjacent and...
We had dinner here after finding the majority of places in Fucecchio to be closed for the summer holidays in August. The food was excellent quality for the money, with pizzas, steaks and pasta all being good. The pappardelle with wild boar ragu was apparently to be especially recommended.

I have known this structure for many years, when I am in those parts according to the times I go there for lunch or dinner, this evening we dined outdoors, a real pleasure, but above all for me you eat well, a typical Tuscan home cooking. Aldo, Roberta and Francesca are very kind I recommend it if you try it you can not help but come back.
Used for a business stay by my small group it proved to be a perfect choice. Large and private parking, rooms of good size considering the structure of the building. Staff and property super helpful and courteous for the days spent we felt at home. The restaurant part is also excellent, all dishes are good both for lunch and dinner, with particular praise for meat. The only note in the room occupied...
Everything was good, the pizza was well cooked and good tasting. The staff is really gentle, kind, nice. The location is gorgeous, with visible beams on the ceiling, full country style, in a quite place.

realistically, the hotel is a three-star hotel, the only thing that is 5-star is the prices. The beer is spoiled (expired date), the prices on the price list are different than after they are charged to you
Best part of the hotel was the friendly staff and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I think it was good value for what you’re paying for. However we were disappointed with the amenities and atmosphere of the hotel. It didn’t feel like a five star hotel but it has the potential. There are no signs anywhere in the hotel, so it’s confusing to get around and even when we showed up for our massage,...
My stay at Grotta Giusti was absolutely phenomenal! From the impeccable service to the warm and friendly staff, the delicious food, stunning rooms, and breathtaking gardens, it seems like every aspect of your experience was truly extraordinary. My partner and I bought a shell box following a trip to the site last year. You could tell the site was coming out of a tough covid restriction but we still instantly felt a connection there and to the beautiful town nearby. We stayed over Christmas, stayed over in May, July and also the end of August to experience the different seasons. The staff are very friendly that run the site and we have made...
We have just returned after a lovely10 day stay at the park. We bought a holiday home here last October 2021 as we found the park ideal for seeing the sights. We have visited by car Viarreggio, Livorno, Lucca, Sienna, San Gimignano, Montecantini Alte and Castiglioncello all within an hour. We also visited Liguria and Island of Elba which is longer but well worth it. There is a station in San Romano...
We stayed here in a dome tent for 3 nights. Everyone at the site is really helpful and the site has a very friendly feel to it. We were picked up from the train station by the owner and dropped off again, really kind. The food on site is also delicious and the pool area is clean with plenty of space and a very relaxed atmosphere.
Quiet camping. Toilets and showers are a bit outdated and not very clean, but ok. Prices for a pitch are affordable for Tuscany area. Many cats on the camping. Very good situated to visit cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and many more. All within 1 our drive from the camping.
The staff was friendly and helpful, large swimming pool with shade. Low control in the use of space for tents: some people occupied larger areas than they should. Good places with shade for the tent. The worst part: the toilets are old, broken and not clean enough. Excellent location to visit touristic cities in Toscana.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day holiday in a mobile home here in June. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the park is delightful - lots of trees and clean and tidy with great facilities including a bar, restaurant and fabulous pool area. We didn't miss having a car as the quaint local village with bars, restaurants, shops, doctor, post office etc is only a few minutes' walk away and...

Great. . Very professional good welcome... clean, strategically located
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The staff is excellent and helpful. The night manager at the front desk went above and beyond keeping a huge group of teenagers quiet late at night. Great hotel with great staff. Wifi is great, rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is great. Close to city centre. 10/10
This is a great hotel! We stayed here for four nights in January. The room was very small, but it was sufficient. We could not ever get very warm in the winter. Even the poor guy at the front desk was shivering at night. Bring some warm pajamas! The...

Wonderful little hotel in the middle of Tuscany!! We REALLY LIKED staying there, mainly because of the warmth and hospitality of the personnel there - and mainly one person, really, a lady named Kanthi, who runs everything there!! For me this place is underrated. If you are OK with staying in a vintage hotel, the price/service ratio is actually very convenient. The breakfast was good, the staff super kind and I am definitely considering coming back again as a base for visiting Tuscany.

Three stars of benevolent sufficiency. Central location but away from the busiest areas. Withdrawn and discreet. However, not all the rooms appeared to me to be of the same level. Slightly aged furnishings. The glazed veranda is nice. Food with many ups and downs. Better breakfast. Room too small when fully booked. However, the staff is very kind and available to solve problems.
The best hotel I've been to so far. The rooms are very modern. There is no lack of cleanliness here. The food is very varied and balanced. Extra requests are always taken care of. Staff is very nice and accommodating. So good value for money. Gladly again

We stayed in the room 226 during 3 nights in mid July 2022. As a whole, it was a pleasant stay in Villa Rita. The room was comfortable to stay for two people, it equipped with an air conditionner, a fridge, a fan (though it didn't freeze much). The bathroom was also spacious. There was a large mirror as well, there were cupboards. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The garbage was cleaned...
I've read all the bad comments before, but they turned out completely false in our case. The staff was nice and friendly, especially those who work in the restaurant. One night our train was cancelled and didn't make it back on time for dinner, but once we called, they prepared diner for us and took it to our room. By the way the food was amazing! For breakfast we had plenty options and the same goes...
Location is close to train station which makes it a perfect base to explore the region by train. The breakfast was varied and very good. Lots of sweets but also healthier alternatives. Pool area is nice too. Room was quite simple and a bit dated. However, considering the price, Hotel Villa Rita, provides excellent value.
Dear travelers, why are you writing such ugly comments? We were there last summer and will be spending this summer at this hotel again. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean, the food in the restaurant is very tasty. The pool and the environment are very nicely decorated and clean. Greetings to Moreno and the entire team of Villa Rita Hotel See you soon!

We came to the hotel for a Groupon deal at the restaurant for Florentine steak. The guy in reception at the hotel wasn't exactly polite and sort of gestured that we had to go downstairs to get to the restaurant. Very well placed, great breakfast and very clean. I didn't have time for thermal baths, but it looks a nice place to come back and try
One of the best hotel we have ever stayed. Great hospitality and the room was perfect. For sure we will stay only in Hotel Arnolfo the next time we will come to Montecatini.
It's a really good place. Just at the beginning of Montecatini. Rooms are comfortable and all you can need is in the room. The staff is competent and professional. Good breakfast with lot of variety.

A little bit disappointed at this four star hotel. The basic amenities are there but the service and the ambience is at best three star ; anyone looking for a four star accommodation would be greatly disappointed.
This hotel is a good base for exploring Tuscany. The staff were polite and friendly. However in my opinion this is not worthy of a 4 star rating. It was pretty basic, thin towels, no robes, we just had bare walls in a small room. This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s fine but if you like luxury then you need to go elsewhere.
The staff were very helpful. However, the shower cabin was narrow and uncomfortable. Slippers, toothbrush and shaving kit are not provided at all which is surprising and uncomfortable for a 4* hotel. I didn't like breakfasts, what they do with eggs is unappetizing.
Spacious room, very comfortable bed Spacious bathroom Hotel located near the center 3 minutes walk Hotel with essential parking
Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice...

Overall, physically a nice hotel. Clean modern rooms with good amenities, a beautiful garden sitting area. FYI… you have to purchase something from the bar, even if only a water, to sit in the garden area. Internet 50/50… worked 1 day of 2. Service was tenuous at best, curt at times, especially in the dining area and bar. The hotel appears to make a substantial business catering to groups, but the...
- 2nd Floor two days ago: Overall three stars - 1st Floor today: Four stars. It seems that the rooms on the first floor of this hotel have undergone repairs and renovations, making them distinct from those on the second floor.
