Customer service and location is top notch. Nicholas checked us in and explained overall everything and also arranged a breakfast to go when we said that we will have to skip breakfast to catch a train early in the morning. The location is perfect as it is a road crossing to the Roma Termini.
However, a perfect stay was ruined because the temperature in the room was warm. They have a centralized air con system.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated close to Termini station. However, the furniture is quite outdated, and the lighting in the room is very poor.
There were no tissues provided in the bedroom, which was inconvenient.
Additionally, they ask for our credit card details, claiming they won’t charge anything unless there’s damage to the already worn-out furniture.
The reception staff were extremely rude and refused to check us in at 11 AM, insisting that no rooms were available, which was simply not true. They keep saying “too early to check in”.
There were no tissues provided in the bedroom, which was inconvenient.

We stayed at Madison Hotel for 3 nights, primarily because of its excellent location right in front of Rome Termini station, which made getting around the city very convenient.
However, the hotel itself was disappointing. The breakfast was very basic and definitely not worth the price. In the bathroom, the shower was broken and clearly needed to be replaced. The entire building felt old and in need of significant repairs, and the windows were dirty, which affected the overall impression.
While the location is a major plus, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the poor condition of the facilities.
However, the hotel itself was disappointing. The breakfast was very basic and definitely not worth the price. In the bathroom, the shower was broken and clearly needed to be replaced. Just outside Roma Termini. Old styled big, clean, classic rooms with comfortable bed and nice attached bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing is you need to make your way through maze like structure to your room, saw almost every guest struggling to find their way, may be proper signs would help.

The main reason I booked this place was for the advertised air conditioning as it was summer and extremely hot, the air conditioning consists of a fan inside the wall which seems to blow warm air in and nothing much more useful, the rooms are extremely hot and uncomfortable due to this!! Seemed to be quite clean, and bed comfortable. Wall signage for directions to find your room is like a maze, if you happen to get one of the bunch of rooms that isn't included in the wall signs you'll walk the entire floor looking. Location next to Termini can't be any closer so perfect for onward travel by train.

Customer service is absolutely terrible .don't expect for them work with you at all. i booked here and chose the wrong dates and quickly realized seconds after booking it. i tried to change the date and agreed to pay an additional amount and they wouldn't make any exception. I would look for a customer service oriented hotel if I were thinking of booking here.

Room is small but we were only there 1 night to fly back. Breakfast was below average. No air con in eating room. Location 2 min walk from main station but definitely not worth the $317 Australian dollars we paid. The hotel is old & run down & stinks of cigarette smoke.

We chose this property because it is located right next to the station and we were there for a very short period of 2 nights. There is an elevator in the hotel. The room was clean and had all the basics. In the morning the water pressure was low. The hotel walls are little thin. The staff is very very kind and speak English really well. They will help you with all things you need.
While travelling in Rome we realised that other neighbourhoods were better to stay in. If you are in Rome for more days as a tourist, I’d suggest you explore options near Trevi or the Colosseum.

In a ward, It was my terrible staying, We me and wife have stayed 2nights from May 5 to 7 May, 2024.
1. Didn’t work internet connection
2. Properly clean.. no tissue paper in the
bathroom.
3. Bathroom hot water was not working
properly…. change hot and cold every
1minutes
4. Hot water didn’t come on May 6 morning
… couldn’t shower.
5. Room phone is just phone only.. no line
connection. Can’t call to guest service.
6. The only one thing I have satisfied was
one person who’s name is Diego works in
breakfast restaurant. He was a very nice
guy.
As a result, I want a say don’t stay this hotel!! if someone has a schedule or plan.

Loved our stay here! Clean ( a bit small rooms) hotel was in a great location. Knocked out star off the fact that our light switch broke in th middle of cour stay and they kept saying that they sent someone to fix it but after that it stopped working all together. When we arrived the staff was so nice and got our rooms ready as fast as they could - we were extremely exhausted travelling for 24 hours so we really appreciated that. Thank you.
