Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. From the moment you entered the hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room clean and well-kept. Air conditioning, TV. Refreshments in the room, water and a well-kept terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very tasty sweet breakfast treats and coffee. So good to stay in Hotel Infinito.

We stayed for one night at the Hotel la Viletta during November 2007 our previous experience being for three nights at the nearby Hotel Principe Eugenio a two star establishment but which was full for this particular evening. Our room was clean and, following a little cajoling to the receptionist the heating , when turned on, was adequate. If one looks beyond the fancy paintwork, the room was small for a hotel of this category. The "bathroom" however, while being clean was diminutive and it wasn't really practicable to wash hair at the wash basin without pushing uncomfortably onto the toilet. The real disappointment though lay in the breakfast, or rather lack of it! One cup of coffee or tea, a small packet of that dreadful "toast" accompanied by a capsule of the fruit flavoured "Eurogel" and a biscuit. I have travelled quite extensively in Italy and really this was the most inadequate breakfast that I have encountered, either in a three star or lower category hotel, for many years. From the start the staff clearly had little interest in the clients beyond their money and it was with a measure of relief that we returned to our previous hotel with its friendly family and excellent breakfast. No, we will not be returning to La Viletta. Poor value for money.

Room was really tiny and dark. When you take a shower you can't even turn over or wash your legs. Breakfest was poor and hotel restaurant was closed. reception lady was rude other people was fine................

we stayed there for 4 nights and it was really really bad! There was no hot water and no heat during the day. The toilet flush didn't work There isn't Wifi in the room only in the dining room. The personnel was rude and not helpful at all. i wouldn't recommend it.

Noisy and a bit run down...The worst part is, though, that they forced us to pay 90 euros because some family members of ours cancelled their reservation....Although the staff told them that they would not be charged anything, my brother and I were assaulted when we came to pick up our luggage to go to the station . They locked our suitcase into their office until we had paid the money they claimed our family owed them. Later, they admitted they were wrong,but they still won't give us back our money..

Overall for the price, the hotel is decent. Stayed here for one night transit on May 31, 2013. Arrived at hotel around 15:00. The hotel description had stated there is commercial bus shuttle to and from airport at Terminal # parking 17 so I spent close to one hour locating it. I found out there is no such thing so after about an hour, I took a taxi to hotel, cost was 15 euros. Depending on which taxi you take the cost seems 15-20 euros. On my departure day the following day (june 1), i was told by hotel receptionist the cost would be 18 euros. About hotel: my room was 68 euros (incl tax). Small room and ok for one person. TV was not working. The wi-fi (free) signal was spotty and often weak. On the morning of june 1, i had taxi reservation to airport at 0830 but I wanted to leave early but reception is not open until past 1100. There is no other staff at hotel. I did not have cellphone so could not call an taxi for earlier time. There is small dining area (continental breakast is free) and had some rolls and make your own coffee. Around 0700 a spanish lady who works at this dining came but pretended she did not want to help me make call for the taxi I asked her whether she can call the taxi but she pretenteded she didn't understand. Within walking distance there are many restaurants. The pizza at he small pizzeria along the same street (Via delle Scuole) was very good. The staff there were very friendly.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms, kindness of the cleaning lady. We did not try the breakfast offered unfortunately. Expensive for the room it offers, but all in all cheaper than many others. Advised

Very organized and clean hotel.... the room was welcoming and equipped with every comfort! Breakfast offered. All the staff were courteous, helpful and very kind, ready to solve any problem. Definitely an excellent base!

GO AWAY! I booked a room for two people, arrived there an absurd disappointment, the room did not reflect the description as in the photo. Horrible, a hole, very small. Very small bathroom, not even room to move. I called so the guy who works at the reception Jonathan (not professional at all) didn't know how to help me. I asked to speak to the director of the facility in person and he told me it wasn't possible. I asked him to pass it to me on the phone and he replied that it wasn't possible. In short, if you have a problem he doesn't know how to resolve it (by telephone because there is no one in the facility) among other things I asked for a refund he told me that a refund cannot be made since my room is occupied for me now but in the evening the same one that I didn't use they sold my room 🤣🤣🤣🤣 in short it was a nightmare they stole my money and they didn't even refund it. Don't GO BECAUSE YOU WILL FIND IT VERY BAD

+ The hotel is 25 min on foot to the centre and 10 min on foot to the main railway station. Breakfast is perfect The room is not very large but very comfortable with wonderful view. There is everything you need Guys from reception were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
