The hotel is located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. Downstairs, you'll find bars, patisseries, restaurants, an ice cream parlor—literally everything you need. The hotel staff is kind and ready to assist you in every way possible. The rooms are nice, simple, and clean. I definitely recommend it!

Lovely hotel right on the plaza. Just a 12 min walk from train station. Very clean, confortable bed, hot water available at all times. Coffee and tea available at room! Very close to lake como ferry and many restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at the Firenze Hotel Como, the location was brilliant and central to everything, the breakfast was top notch, the staff attentive, professional and very helpful. It was also extremely safe and secure, i have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in this amazing location.

The hotel was very nice and the location is excellent. It’s on a pedestrian plaza that has a lot of restaurants and bars and a lovely vibe. The only thing I could suggest is a few vegan options in the breakfast menu but I would definitely go back and recommend it.

Wonderful location! Surrounded with many great options to dine and shop. The plaza is lively and busy during the day but quiet and peaceful after midnight. Helpful and professional staff, provided plenty of information on navigating the area and the option to start your check in process online which was great after a long trip to receive room keys promptly upon arrival. There was an issue with the shower but the hotel upgraded our stay with better views and complimentary breakfast. Would recommend and return to this place.

I had a wonderful stay with my daughter. The staff at the hotel were really helpful. We had a beautiful room overlooking Piazza Volta.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Such a prime location, about 8 minutes from the Como San Giovanni train station and only a few minutes to the actual lake itself (where you can catch the boat to visit surrounding towns). I stayed in an attic room on the 5th floor and it was lovely. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a powerful shower, bidet, and plenty of towels. Still and sparkling water are complimentary but there are also other beverages in the room’s fridge which you can purchase for a reasonable price if you fancy a drink in the evening and don’t feel like popping out to a convenience store (although there is a handy one right round the corner!). Despite being in the attic, the room was really bright and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable one’s I’ve slept in. Everything about the hotel is top notch, but it’s the staff that make this place special. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and welcoming, extremely kind and patient. Absolutely faultless, I can’t recommend this place enough!

The customer service is excellent. I had booked a twin room but on arrival is was made up as a double. The hotel staff immediately and efficiently re-made the room into a twin. There are no electric kettles in the room but when I asked at reception, I was immediately provided with a tea service and wide choice of teas. The beds were very comfortable. The TVs are SMART so you can screen share from your phone to watch Netflix. The bathrooms are gorgeous and spacious. Location is perfect. It is on a pedestrianized square near the waterfront and close to fantastic restaurants and a spectacular gelateria. The breakfast provided was excellent!!! I was very impressed with the offerings -breads, jams, cold cuts, bacon, scrambled eggs, fresh juice, etc! Again, I must stress that every single staff member was kind, gracious, helpful, and keen to ensure your stay is a pleasure!

Amazing stay! The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is amazing and the location is just right. A short 10 minute walk from the station and right in the heart of town, this place is great. The hotel is in this very lovely plaza that at night is filled with people, lovely food and lively vibes, however it is quiet and comfortable inside. The breakfast assortment is also pretty good with pastries and several American items such as eggs, bacon and pancakes.
