Our double room was decent size, but bathrooms are really small with bath area being extremely small. Overall still a good stay for 1 night. For multiple days might not recommend.

Conveniently located between the train station and ferry. So if you come by train it is just walking distance. And going to lake we need ferry which is also walking distance. Room are big enough staff are friendly

A pleasant stay It's a pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Room looks new. The location is only good if you have a car. Parking is not a problem. The only complaint is wifi/internet connection is very poor.

The property was close to the town and we felt secure. The owner was friendly and helpful and the property was spacious and clean. Due to it's location to the eateries it can be a little noisy til fairly late. But as a whole we enjoyed our stay in Lake Como.

Perfect Como Stay We had a fantastic stay at L'Approdo di Sant'Agostino. It is located in the perfect position for town, the ferries, the Brunate funicular and public transport. This was a lovely room very close to everything. The only drawback was the noise that went late into the night with the men laughing and drinking at the bar underneath the room and began early in the morning with the workers emptying the large amounts of glass bottles from the night.

We have just returned from an amazing time here. The place is lovely, full of Italian charm. The hotel is so close to the funicular and the ordinary railway it’s a great base to stay in. Some of the best food I’ve ever had, such a stunning location, and I don’t think the staff could have been any more accommodating or friendly truly if your in lake como this is a must and it gave me and my friends a very pleasant memory. The price wasn’t overly expensive not cheap but I’d say 100% worth it

We were a group of 16 people and the owners picked us up and drove us to the restaurant from the funicular. The view, the setting for dinner, the staff and the food were all sensational. Thoroughly recommend going and make arrangements for them to pick you up.

We didn't stay here but went for dinner with a reservation. They picked us up from the top of the Funicular, and brought us to their "home". It's a hotel with crazy amazing views. The food was very rustic and delicious, and the service was fabulous. If you are staying in Como area, make the trek, but reserve ahead and ask for a pickup at the top of the funicular.

The hotel is clean and you can park in the yard. There is a big supermarket next to it. It is a 15-minute drive from the city center, so it is only suitable for self-driving. The room is at the level of domestic home inns. The room on the second floor does not have any exterior view, just like a skylight. Alas, it is not satisfactory.

The room was arranged on the first floor, facing the road. There were two emergency exits hidden behind the curtains, and one of the doors was not closed. The soundproofing was very poor, and I could hear people chatting and traffic outside at night. This was the worst hotel to stay in when traveling in Europe. It felt like I was living on the side of a main road.
