This hotel is in a quiet part of town, which I prefer. It was an easy trip on the train (8 minute walk to the train). Amazing hotel which will surprise you in every way. Great location not far from the motorway and Como centre. The rooms are huge and the service is outstanding. The couple who owns the restaurant are absolutely delightful. They were extremely kind, very funny, and patient with our large group. The food was affordable and delicious. I highly recommend any of the dishes with polenta. Sometimes it pays to go off the beaten path.

Initially, we wanted to stay for one night. However, we ended up staying for two nights because we liked the location. The food, meaning the gnocci, was great. The room had everything we needed. In addition, the owner and his family were super friendly. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. Downstairs, you'll find bars, patisseries, restaurants, an ice cream parlor—literally everything you need. The hotel staff is kind and ready to assist you in every way possible. The rooms are nice, simple, and clean. I definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Firenze Hotel Como, the location was brilliant and central to everything, the breakfast was top notch, the staff attentive, professional and very helpful. It was also extremely safe and secure, i have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in this amazing location.

The hotel was very nice and the location is excellent. It’s on a pedestrian plaza that has a lot of restaurants and bars and a lovely vibe. The only thing I could suggest is a few vegan options in the breakfast menu but I would definitely go back and recommend it.

Stayed for 7 nights on a cycling vacation, using the hotel as a base to lay my weary body at the end of the day. The room was clean (had a fridge) and suitable, breakfast a good option (coffee, roll, croissant etc), staff excellent and all in all a very pleasing experience. The old town is a short walk away, nearby are cafes etc. If I am fortunate enough to return, I would certainly use again.

Walked in spontaneously and asked for a room. Very friendly and got a room at the top floor. Nothing wrong on the room, clean and all you need in a hotel room. Not like most others, but breakfast included. Just give your preference and it's ready in the morning. Perfect located close to the lake, city and train station. Will come again.

One of the only vacant rooms in town on the 21st Sep.... A bit more expensive than we expected but it’s a reasonable location from the centre of things and the room was very comfortable and clean, if a little small. Breakfast was plentiful with good choices. Staff super helpful and friendly. Overall we lucked in.

This hotel is located roughly a 15 minute walk from the lake/touristy area you may be expecting. There are crosswalks and getting to said area isn’t hard. As for the hotel, they provide a nice and traditional breakfast which is interesting. Further, the rooms are generally clean and well put together. In my opinion, a picky one I’ll admit, the blankets and towels seemed more worn than I would’ve liked...

This hotel is very close to the San Giovanni train station on lake Como. It is well within walking distance to the duomo and the city center piazza. They offer a buffet style breakfast that is good before a day of sightseeing. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is a set of suites and for a single night in Como the Victorial Suite had a great price, and with up to 2 more beds available I think it'd make a good deal. The apartment was huge and with climate control and a nice bedroom. The receptionist was very helpful in getting us set up and after that the room was a good base for the rest of the weekend.

When my friend heard that I’m visiting Milan, he said that he had the best carbonara in his life here and recommended me to definitely try it in this restaurant. And he was right. My husband and I were recommended this place while we were on our honeymoon. He had the duck pasta and I had the boar ragu. Top spot in Como. The rooms are tidy and classy. Artwork everywhere. The bar is excellent, with special signature cocktails. The staff is super friendly and speaks perfect English.
