It was a very good experience. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are very hospitable and helpful. Once my wife and I were going to take the bus to the city. A staff who actually work not at the front desk (Mr. Wassim), extended a helping hand and guided us safely. The pleasant experience were felt even outside the facility.

Nice location on the lake. Unfortunately our room's two windows faced the wall of the building next door and the parking area of the apartments behind. There apparently was no air conditioning but the weather was nice. Breakfast was served in a very nice room. The staff were all very courteous and helpful.

We stayed one night at this Hotel on the way to the Riviera. The Hotel has wonderful grounds, pool and pool bar area is gorgeous with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel reception looks amazing but they seemed to have stopped the renovations at the room. They look old and have a lot of signs of usage. The bed and sheets are great however. But you can feel the hotel had a lot of usage. The fact there’s no view or access to the water was a big issue for us. On the bright side the service was exceptional.

The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Como tram and is very close to the city center. The 24-hour Carrefour is also about 10 minutes on foot. The facilities are old, but it was fine for a night's sleep. It felt new because it had an antique feel.

Absolutely love this hotel. They treat you so well and make your stay very pleasurable. From sitting out front and watching the ferries come and go, to having a great meal served up. I can't recommend them enough. Their Breakfast buffet is amazing and very fresh. The coffee is exceptional and all served with a smile!

Older building with charm. The room was very small, asked for an iron, and they brought a board that wouldn't fit in the room. No extra toiletries aside from soap, shampoo, etc. I'm not sure if it was location on Lake but kept getting bit by mosquitos inside and on deck area. This hotel is a real gem! I was picking between 3 options from a search on line and am so glad I chose Plinius ! This was the best room of our trip - it was a huge room, great bathroom, lovely bathrobes, coffee maker in the room, great location, good breakfast. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was.
