Nice location on the lake. Unfortunately our room's two windows faced the wall of the building next door and the parking area of the apartments behind. There apparently was no air conditioning but the weather was nice. Breakfast was served in a very nice room. The staff were all very courteous and helpful.

If you’re staying directly in Como, this hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s near both trains, busses, and ferry. The hotel with lake view is stunning. The outside of it is stunning, and has a beautiful bar/garden restaurant. Gym has basic essentials. Location and price of this hotel is the best choice for Como itself. You’ll see!

This has been such a fantastic couple of day's. My partner celebrated her birthday whilst here and was greeted with a lovely couple of chocolate brownies with a " Happy birthday" greeting. This hotel was a great find in Como. The service is excellent. The rooms were nice and very clean. Daily breakfast provided was very good with lots of options. Would recommend when staying in Como as near the water and close walk to shopping, restaurants and ferry dock.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in junior suits, pretty decent, wonderful location and views. Staffs were excellent and only thing is very few spreads in the breakfast which can be looked in to. Otherwise great place to stay

This hotel is a decent hotel with an excellent location that is walkable to all there is to see in Como. The elevators are tiny and slow. There is no pool, sauna or hot tub. The room is average sized. The bed is comfortable. Shower was nothing great, with spray shooting wider than the enclosure. Great customer service.

Great location near many good restaurants and the ferry docks. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some sweets. The bathroom was huge compared to other bathrooms we experienced during our tour of Northern Italy. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great location in Como. Our room was clean, the AC worked well, and the breakfast was very delicious. Only complaint - the drinks at the hotel bar are incredibly overpriced. Just be aware that this is a popular hotel stop for cruises if you're traveling on your own.

September 2023 - Beautiful hotel inside and out! Staff was wonderful! We had a deluxe double room with partial lake view and it was too small for our liking. Restroom was also very small. But we had a great stay and it was easy to walk around.

Location was excellent and the staff are helpful. Only 2 small lifts to the upper levels and the interior of the rooms feels more like a 2 or 3 star hotel than a 4 star. Whoever designed the bathroom clearly forgot about adding a soap tray so there is no where to put your soap or bath gel in the shower area. Oh, and there is the hair dryer from the 1980s. 😅

The mini fridge in the room is technologically outdated, it heats up instead of cooling down. If you are unlucky enough to stay on the first floor, you will wake up every morning at 5.30 am from the noise made by the kitchen staff.

We stayed with our 3 young children in the duplex suite. There was plenty of space here, the luxurious finish and comfort were fantastic. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and understanding of our active children. The overall atmosphere of the hotel, the location, the breakfast (fairly limited but very well cared for), everything was more than perfect.
