We stayed with our 3 young children in the duplex suite. There was plenty of space here, the luxurious finish and comfort were fantastic. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and understanding of our active children. The overall atmosphere of the hotel, the location, the breakfast (fairly limited but very well cared for), everything was more than perfect.

Beautiful interior design. Perfect location next to the Duomo. Marina at breakfast was so full of positive energy that made it even more enjoyable in the cute balcony surrounded by apartments.

Location could not be better- right next to the Duomo. Staff was friendly and warm. The hotel has recently been refurbished and felt modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing. A pleasant place to stay at Como.

Great location near many good restaurants and the ferry docks. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some sweets. The bathroom was huge compared to other bathrooms we experienced during our tour of Northern Italy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location right on lakefront and next to train station. Staff all English speaking. Lovely breakfast. Some rooms require climbing stairs.

This was a great location in Como. Our room was clean, the AC worked well, and the breakfast was very delicious. Only complaint - the drinks at the hotel bar are incredibly overpriced. Just be aware that this is a popular hotel stop for cruises if you're traveling on your own.

September 2023 - Beautiful hotel inside and out! Staff was wonderful! We had a deluxe double room with partial lake view and it was too small for our liking. Restroom was also very small. But we had a great stay and it was easy to walk around.

The only thing you get from paying big money in this hotel is a balcony with an amazing view of the lake, a beautiful view at breakfast and friendly staff in general. Very lovely welcome by the owners themselves. Fabulous big rooms furnished with alot of love and style. Only 5 min car drive from wonderful Lucca. We spent only one night and were sad we had to leave. Stay here at least 2 nights and explore the surroundings. Pisa and Lucca are close.

The view is the only thing that made this hotel a good stay. The food at the restaurant was snack sized. Parking is €25 a night, and if you leave your parking space you are not guaranteed to have the space you paid for. The rooms are small and not clean. If you’re staying directly in Como, this hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s near both trains, busses, and ferry. The hotel with lake view is stunning. This hotel was a great find in Como. The service is excellent. The rooms were nice and very clean. Daily breakfast provided was very good with lots of options. Would recommend when staying in Como as near the water and close walk to shopping, restaurants and ferry dock.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in junior suits, pretty decent, wonderful location and views. Staffs were excellent and only thing is very few spreads in the breakfast which can be looked in to. Otherwise great place to stay

This hotel is a decent hotel with an excellent location that is walkable to all there is to see in Como. The elevators are tiny and slow. There is no pool, sauna or hot tub. The room is average sized. The bed is comfortable. Shower was nothing great, with spray shooting wider than the enclosure. Great customer service.

Checking was pleasant and accommodating. Disappointed the Street Food bar was closed for the week. Was told due to off season. A hotel of this level it needs to be open. Went to the Terrazzo restaurant and service was terrible. Hostess saved the night by helping out. For the price of the menu I would expect more. Don’t count on the Terrazzo as a meal spot. The mini fridge in the room is technologically outdated, it heats up instead of cooling down. If you are unlucky enough to stay on the first floor, you will wake up every morning at 5.30 am from the noise made by the kitchen staff.
