Great location near many good restaurants and the ferry docks. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some sweets. The bathroom was huge compared to other bathrooms we experienced during our tour of Northern Italy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location right on lakefront and next to train station. Staff all English speaking. Lovely breakfast. Some rooms require climbing stairs.

This was a great location in Como. Our room was clean, the AC worked well, and the breakfast was very delicious. Only complaint - the drinks at the hotel bar are incredibly overpriced. Just be aware that this is a popular hotel stop for cruises if you're traveling on your own.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff where very welcoming and the breakfast had a good spread. The location was stunning! How can you go wrong with Lake Como, been on my wife's bucket list for years. So the bad, No USB for charging in the rooms. No plugs in the room, the only one I found was behind the front door, not a great place to charge your phone. The TV was tiny 27" with no smart services...

I stayed at this hotel at the end of my european trip and was quite disappointed at their service. Had a bad impression from the beginning and it carried on. They have some pretty old system at handling things and it shows. I had to carry my own luggage up (There are plenty of stairs even on the same level) with no help. Upon arrival to the room some items were not working: for example the phone !...

September 2023 - Beautiful hotel inside and out! Staff was wonderful! We had a deluxe double room with partial lake view and it was too small for our liking. Restroom was also very small. But we had a great stay and it was easy to walk around.

The only thing you get from paying big money in this hotel is a balcony with an amazing view of the lake, a beautiful view at breakfast and friendly staff in general. The room is horrible, it's very small, you can barely walk if you have a suitcase or two there. The food, coffee, breakfast, location are all bad. Definitely not worth the amount of money they will charge you. I would definitely look...

Incredible view of Lake Como and the surrounding hills. Very friendly staff and service. Clean rooms. I would highly recommended anyone to stay here!

Very lovely welcome by the owners themselves. Fabulous big rooms furnished with alot of love and style. Only 5 min car drive from wonderful Lucca. We spent only one night and were sad we had to leave. Stay here at least 2 nights and explore the surroundings. Pisa and Lucca are close.

The view is the only thing that made this hotel a good stay. The food at the restaurant was snack sized. Parking is €25 a night, and if you leave your parking space you are not guaranteed to have the space you paid for. The rooms are small and not clean. If you ask for a queen bed you will get 2 twin beds smashed together. The staff is not welcoming at all. I made a reservation for the Resturant and...

Parking is also €20 per day and is not reserved. It’s also very tight and small so if you have big car good luck. If you decide to drive your car around town just know your parking space may not be available when you get back to the hotel. It’s very limited on parking slots. which is why I’m confused as to why even pay! Beautiful hotel by lake Como. Avoid the restaurant food was expensive and small...

The couple who owns the restaurant are absolutely delightful. They were extremely kind, very funny, and patient with our large group. The food was affordable and delicious. I highly recommend any of the dishes with polenta. Sometimes it pays to go off the beaten path.

Stopped here on the way through Brunata. Had a lovely pizza, salad and beer. Definitely recommended :-)

Initially, we wanted to stay for one night. However, we ended up staying for two nights because we liked the location. The food, meaning the gnocci, was great. The room had everything we needed. In addition, the owner and his family were super friendly. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 7 nights on a cycling vacation, using the hotel as a base to lay my weary body at the end of the day. The room was clean (had a fridge) and suitable, breakfast a good option (coffee, roll, croissant etc), staff excellent and all in all a very pleasing experience. The old town is a short walk away, nearby are cafes etc. If I am fortunate enough to return, I would certainly use again.

spacious apartment. Very clean, staff helpful and friendly. breakfast brought to table but plenty to eat and drink. close to lake and lovely walk through park. Downside is that it's on a main road and very noisy, although the double glazing helped reduce the noise at night.

We had a small but clean and sufficient room for one night. The room had a small balcony with a great view of the hills. The parking was also included which was very convenient given that finding a parking place is not easy in Como. The beakfast was nice and the staff were super helpful.

Very clean, nice host. Great garden. Kitchen could be used. Breakfast kept simple. Maybe fresh tomato or cucumber would be nice. I would have liked an extra bed for the little one, but it was still fine. Bathroom was very clean, enough towels. climate available. Very quiet there on the field, that was very pleasant.

The best location in Como. Roberto is a great host. Azalea is not comparable. This place gives you a touch of the real villa experience. You can't find a better place which is damn near to the city center. Thanks to villa azalea for our unforgettable stay.

Amazing place to stay. Although we were under the impression we had the the place to ourselglves we were actually staying at the villa with another couple upstairs who arrived on the second stay.

This is a great place to stay in Como. The studios come with a kitchenette, which is useful for keeping drinks cold if nothing else. Location is in the old town, which is very pretty. Walking to the lake takes about 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants close-by as well as a small Carrefour Express convenience store. A larger Carrefour Market open 24/7 is also close-by. The studios are basic, but comfortable...

Lovely room in the heart of Como. Walking distance to everything the city has to offer. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about places. The room has a kitchenette, so meals in the room or take out are options. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a very nice place away from the noise with the tranquility of the mountain, the site is spectacular with impressive views, the owner is a very kind woman and has many details with her guests, it is an ideal place.

Great hosts. Spacious and very well equipped house. 5 minutes from Como by car, free parking nearby and funicular connection to the center of Como. Perfect as a base to visit the Lake and its villages.

Maximum relaxation. A pleasant outdoor garden with swimming pool. Modern and spacious rooms. In 10 minutes you can reach the center of Como and in 15 the lake. I was fine, I'll be back for sure!

The hotel is a set of suites and for a single night in Como the Victorial Suite had a great price, and with up to 2 more beds available I think it'd make a good deal. The apartment was huge and with climate control and a nice bedroom. The receptionist was very helpful in getting us set up and after that the room was a good base for the rest of the weekend.

Specious apartment nicely located near to Carrefour supermarket, the train station, and 5 minutes to Como old Town. Freindly host and Decent price. good experience! Recommended!

I was looking for a hotel to stay for just one night; a stopover on my trip to tuskany. And I was really lucky with this hotel. I can just give a feedback of my single room I booked. This was not very big, but for one person absolutly ok. Very clean with modern interieur. I was also surprised about breakfast. It was a very rich one with buns, marmalade, fruits, cakes, salami and cheese, etc. Perfect...

Absolutely wonderful staying here. There are people who speak English which made it easier. We had lost our luggage en route and they were so very accommodating with letting us use the phone and really helping us out with having hardly any luggage. Such nice people! The breakfast was amazing, all sorts of cakes an sandwiches to eat. Along with many beverages and breads. The room was so nice and comfortable...

Stayed overnight in one of the apartments and it was gorgeous! From the super comfy beds to the beautifully renovated everything! Pristine kitchen area and bathroom with washer to top it off. And then in the morning the main foyer converts to a dining area to have great breakfast with coffee and juices, bread, deli meats, pastries and cakes! Everything was delicious. We would definitely be going back...

After a hard day of driving and some difficulty to find the place, it was like heaven staying there. Stayed here July 2017, Absoulutly Fantastic place to stay in the Old Town of Como. Paolo the host was so helpful, explained where to go, loaned us Bicycles to get around. Breakfast was lovely in the beautiful old house. Real Italian. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you. The Potts ( Australia)

We stayed here in Summer of 2019, I noticed I never left a review. It was fantastic for myself, wife and daughter. Private guesthouse on estate grounds, amazing pool and property, the nice walk to funicular takes you to all the crazyness of town and tourism, but you feel secluded here. Can't wait to come again!

A perfect piece of Italy! The view was gorgeous. Everything about the stay was simple, the house was clean and also private. We loved the pool, and especially how close it was to the funicular... so easy to get to and from Como.

We stayed in pink room, it was really clean and nice, bathroom was perfect, clean and shower was awesome. They were helpful and kind also there is opportunity that u can leave your staff there after check out and it is free. Location is good as well, for this price more than good , highly recommend.

I liked this place, we got the green room, with a little terrace, the view is a city view and the only inconvenient was that there was some people working with tools and it was quite noisy to open the window and the smell coming from the shower was not really nice. The bathroom was Wide and clean, with a lot of supplies. If you like to be around independently is good since the guy in the reception...

Average local bar. It gets better anyway. Paid parking that is best to book otherwise you put the car in your pocket. Simple breakfast with nothing to see with more furnished premises. Clean room Although narrow and without support x two suitcases. Little isolation. A group of boys started bickering at 3 am in the square in front. We could answer them because everything was heard even when the windows...

If it weren't for the morning breakfast service, the stars would have increased for value for money. Lady and Son slow and make you seem like an extra glass of water is a request worthy of a surcharge.

Great residence, and great personnel. The owner is very kind and always available. Very good internet connection. The location is simply excellent in the heart of city center 1 min from Duomo entrance (main square). Apartments are very nicely furnished and have all the necessary equipment to spend a great time there.

It is 4 minutes walk from the beach and a few steps from Como Cathedral Duomo. Also near to Deumontre Shop which is one of the 6 best gift shops in Como. I stayed a comfortable night in Residence Sant'Abbondio and bought appropriate silver and gold plating jewelry gifts from Deumontre shop.
