Absolutely love this hotel. They treat you so well and make your stay very pleasurable. From sitting out front and watching the ferries come and go, to having a great meal served up. I can't recommend them enough. Their Breakfast buffet is amazing and very fresh. The coffee is exceptional and all served with a smile!

Older building with charm. The room was very small, asked for an iron, and they brought a board that wouldn't fit in the room. No extra toiletries aside from soap, shampoo, etc. I'm not sure if it was location on Lake but kept getting bit by mosquitos inside and on deck area. The hotel is located quite far from town the distance isnt great but the waybup is difficult. The staff service is excellent. The hotel is quite old but fairly clean. If hotel can be renovated would been better. There are parking but limited

Originally we had planned to stay in Como but I was put off by an unwelcoming host so booked Locanda Milano at the last minute. Some of the best food I’ve ever had, such a stunning location, and I don’t think the staff could have been any more accommodating or friendly truly if your in lake como this is a must and it gave me and my friends a very pleasant memory. The price wasn’t overly expensive not cheap but I’d say 100% worth it

I was in and out of Italy a several times, Hotel Villa Flori is definitely one of the best hospitality I have ever had! I stayed here at Christmas eve, though there is some booking issues upon my arrival, the staff was truly passionate and enthusiastic to help even though it is none of their fault, they even prepared the related documents in case I need it. The studio was located in the old town, 9 mins away by feet from the Saint Mary Assunta Cathedral and 12 mins away by feet from the ferries' piers. Self check in was possible (though I was offline, so opted for standard check in). Great staff. The studio was spacious, clean, with all the amenities I needed. Bed and pillows were very compfy. Maximum relaxation. A pleasant outdoor garden with swimming pool. Modern and spacious rooms. In 10 minutes you can reach the center of Como and in 15 the lake. I was fine, I'll be back for sure!

The hotel is a set of suites and for a single night in Como the Victorial Suite had a great price, and with up to 2 more beds available I think it'd make a good deal. The apartment was huge and with climate control and a nice bedroom. The receptionist was very helpful in getting us set up and after that the room was a good base for the rest of the weekend.

Beyond All Expectations! This hotel is truly a gem located just a short walk from the lake and the Cernobbio ferry station. The rooms are large and comfortable and the lobby is beautifully decorated. We had some difficulty finding the right road because the residence is in the same building as the Terzo Crotto Hotel Restaurant and the external signs are not very clear. Nice stay at this small hotel on the shores of Lake Como. Good value for the price, unobstructed views of the lake, clean, and great service. We stayed with our friends for 1 week there in July 2021, rented two maisonette apartments. We all enjoyed the stay. Apartment was kept very clean and furnished. We had some minor difficulties like for instance, some fans were not working, etc. But overall it was an enjoyable 1 week.

Amazing food and drinks. However very unfriendly management - we had lunch and the kids was not allowed to swim in the lake. Never had this experienced this before as we live in Como and drive around a lot. Would not come here again with a family.

Very friendly service. Reception with drink and appetizer. There was no oil or spices in the apartment which one would expect as standard. There was no air conditioning but a standing fan. Center is 25 min. walk away. Unfortunately, the path is almost continuously directly on the winding, confusing main road without a pedestrian path.

The short version: The atmosphere, the food, the drink, and the staff at Mama Ciccio's are all amazing 5/5 undoubtedly. BUT, the beds are real cheap. The mattresses are thin and quite firm, and some of the frames lack support and dip in the center. A beautiful and peaceful domain with friendly and helpful staff. We were helped multiple times by Giovanna and Stefano from the reception desk who were very kind. Varenna is a 16 minutes walk from the Agriturismo but the walk from Varenna is quite steep (goes up 120 meters,). Fantastic stay at this quiet Agriturismo. Right next door to Venzo and a leisurely walk down to Varenna. We stayed at Casa Donato, a great house, 2 stories with alot of room. Beautiful views from the ground as well. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff that really go above and beyond. Breakfast was lovely. It is a little further from the main part of lake como, however we found that the buses were frequent, straightforward and a fair price. We got taxis in the evenings as the buses don't run that late, which was a little more expensive but not too bad.

If you are planning for Fiera Milano.. I think this is the best option... bus was at foor step and charging 2 Euro per person and dropped us to the Fiera Milano Expo and from Feira Mlano same bus dropped us to the hotel gate... distance from Fiera is almost 3 KM, by bus with in 3 minutes we are at Fiera. Also Rho train station is 8 minutes walk from this location.

The rooms were very clean, the hostesses was extremely pleasant and helpful. All of our concerns were answered in the most efficient manner. Check in and check out was easy. Very good value for money.

Very nice place to stay. Here you will find a microwave, a heater, a washing machine, a TV and the like needed to meet the daily needs of the inmates. If you are coming from the airport, you must take the train to get to the Rho train station, which is only 70 meters away. from the apartment(Expo Residence Rho)

This is a economical option for stay, clean and tidy. Have no complaints with a supermarket and bank atm near by

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1. We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and all i can say is that it was worth it! Biggest problem was with check in, because reception is 500m far away from accomidation. U have to go all the way to the shoping center and next to the pizza place u will find a small kiosk like where u check in! Second time staying here. Good price for outskirts of Milan and in a reliable chain. The bathroom is not great: shower pressure is poor and rooms we have stayed in have had issues with mould and a leaking shower.

The first night we were surprised with dirty bedding sheets,blankets that looked like never been changed since a long time. Then requested the second day for them to be changed and they were responsive and indeed changed the bed sheets. Hotel ok, for one night. I stayed 2 nights. Too long for the given conditions. Uncomfortable pillows (I had a headache) I didn't sleep, noise in the hallway and outside, poor soundproofing. Overall ok, but if i can, i will choose another hotel for future visiting!

Good rooms, but there were many dissatisfying points. 1. Stayed for 11 days, and there was no change in the breakfast menu. 2. The bedsheets were not changed for 11 days 3. If cups were used, there was no cleaning of cups done. 4. There was no refill provided for coffee/tea/sugar for making coffee in the room. The kettle could not be used inspite of having a kettle.

We had a pleasant one night stay. In a very nice , clean and quiet room 5214. The bed was comfy and large. All very good. We will book again when we next visit the EICMA show
