Very happy with stay, clean, tidy pretty good location, walking distance to most of things easy to negotiate lovely views

Good Choice for a night in Como Good, pleasant location with what you need for a night in Como. Air conditioner worked great. A bit noisy but not too bad. We didn't use it, but nice to have a small kitchen. Bed was firm but we slept well. Some good coffee shops and a restaurant within walking distance.

As a first-time and slightly apprehensive user of this kind of accommodation rather than a traditional hotel I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience provided by Residence Diaz in Como. The location was absolutely perfect, and the apartment and facilities were good, far better than what you’d typically expect from a mid-star hotel in Northern Italy. Nice and quiet central building. We had a good sleep also if a church is nearby. Room reasonable big for two and clean Great reception Parking is big enough and near the hotel by foot but a bit long away by car. Would have been nice to get a map given google took out in small streets…

What a wonderful place is Residence Diaz. The location is perfect, in a beautiful street with a small supermarket nearby and the lake and the train station on walking distance, the room is very beautiful with good beds and a very nice shower, but most of all: the staff is amazing. Thank you all!

Stayed for 10 days while exploring the lake and Milan. Great central location, helpful staff and clean spacious rooms. The restaurants around the hotel are great away from the ‘tourist traps’ on the lake front. The only issue we had was if you want to get the ferry to other villages you need to get to the dock about an hour early as the ques are so long or alternatively use the buses. Would recommend...

Last minute booking, went to check in person if they had some availibility as we did not planned to stay one night in Como. Noone was in reception, waited couple of minutes,then owner came and said there was only one room available for 3 pp. The room was big , very cosy and well decorated. This was a nice place to stay, with a garden/sitting area right outside the room. There is a Lidl across the street for groceries. This place is within walking distance from Lake Como, but away from the crowds of tourists. The service at the front desk was exceptional, and Marta and the man who worked there were very kind and accommodating.

Marta at the front desk was really nice and helped us navigate the ferries. It was only a short walk to the train station and lake. We were able to leave our luggage there after checkout and had time to explore Varenna.

Huge surprise, the room was big and it seems everything new. Ivonne from front desk was such a nice person, since we checked in she gave us tons of recommendations of where to go. Lucky the hotel to have an amazing worker like her. Highly recommended

Maximum relaxation. A pleasant outdoor garden with swimming pool. Modern and spacious rooms. In 10 minutes you can reach the center of Como and in 15 the lake. I was fine, I'll be back for sure!

The hotel is a set of suites and for a single night in Como the Victorial Suite had a great price, and with up to 2 more beds available I think it'd make a good deal. The apartment was huge and with climate control and a nice bedroom. The receptionist was very helpful in getting us set up and after that the room was a good base for the rest of the weekend.
