My wife and I stayed for 5 days and we had a great time both in terms of cleanliness and hospitality.
The always varied but above all healthy food, even for gluten-free, was greatly appreciated.

Really highly recommended. Food, courtesy, cleanliness, kindness, a stone's throw from the sea and the San Bartolomeo promenade. We had a really good time. Thank you all!

Hotel a stone's throw from the sea, very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Top entertainment for children, well done Giulia! The trip up the hills was beautiful, a unique experience. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. The owner is very kind and present. The food is also excellent.

Out of season holiday (in October) with husband and 1 year old. We chose this family hotel with full board to completely relax.
They are well equipped and organised, the games room is excellent to leave the little ones free to play, 2 steps from the San Bartolomeo seafront promenade, with lots of beaches (easily reachable with a stroller) 5 minutes from the well-equipped playground.

Annalisa is very friendly and helpful and has demonstrated this amply by meeting my problems of celiac disease and intolerances, for this I also thank Luca and the chef.....among other things, very good....
Another plus point are the weekly excursions with a local guide into the hinterland, which are very interesting and completely free.

We have just returned from holidays, we felt at home, Annalisa the owner did not miss anything, we met new friends, overall we left sorry we felt at home, thanks also to all the cleaning staff, room always very clean, congratulations also to the staff of the Sala, Luca and the always available colleagues. If I may make a suggestion there is no small fridge in the room, true there is one in the games room for everyone to use.

More than a simple 3 stars hotel!
It was an absolut pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff was always friendly and forthcoming. The receptionist was generally really nice and had some interesting stories to tell. The attendance afirmadable, thought us some Italian and later even prepared our favorite dishes beforehand. The rooms were simple but more than enough. Every room has its own balcony, most with the sea in view. The food was variable, always great and additionally plenty of drinking options to choose from. 4 courses at least, sometimes 5 as it is the Italian way. The city itself is quite charming with a broad promenade, surf or windsurfing sport, long sand beaches all paired with the typical Italian charm.

Since our arrival we immediately breathed a genuine and friendly courtesy and hospitality that won us over.
Let's start with the owner Annalisa, a splendid person for everything (already perceived in the telephone calls made for the reservation, having also a health problem, she kept the room the same):
kindness, sympathy, cordiality, the desire to make the customer feel good, something not taken for granted nowadays ... in short, these adjectives are not enough to describe it ... we could continue ...
We always pass to Barbara at the reception, a person who has not been a day that did not welcome us with a smile and her kindness, super attentive to the needs of children especially at the time of the snack 😉 we are only sorry not to be able to greet you ...
Let's move on to who especially x a mother is a godsend for a few days / week ...
Let's start with Yamile who always cleaned our room with love and super cleanliness ... every morning and evening he welcomed us with sympathy and a smile ... thank you very much
Then we move on to our super waiters Luca and Mimosa ...
Luca super kind person, nice, attentive to all needs and never rude indeed ready to satisfy every request ...
Mimosa our super waitress who pampered us, available, always with a ready joke that cheered up our breakfasts, lunches and dinners ... to which our children are so fond of ...
And then the chef, who can say, has always satisfied our palate even for our celiac and lactose intolerant son ... because even if the Virginia hotel is not AIC certified, they also make the same dishes gluten and lactose free ...
The location is excellent, without crossing any road you can reach all the establishments, in 10/15 minutes you will arrive at the center of Diano.
It is certainly a hotel that we will gladly recommend and to which we will certainly return with pleasure.
What can I say ... thank you for making our stay so pleasant and it is not often that you have the Magone when you have to leave ...
