The room was clean and the staff was very kind. But the facilities where not all what we expected: the hotel looked more like a hospital than a hotel, not at all cozy. The room had a bit of odor and the beach as well. Quality vs price not justified.

After two years me and my wife were back at Hotel Dei Pini . Position on the beach is the top , the rooms at second floor were remodelled providing more space for dress and luggage. Services were still good , but we did not take any dinner as usual, we prefer to spend our nights going around Alghero and nearby small place, to breeth the real sardinia mood and way of life. The hotel is in a prime location on the beach, nestled in an pine tree wood with secure access. The strange rules they have almost spoil the experience. pros Lovely Pool, beach location and shower. Very dated hotel, probably nice in the 70's ! Small basic and dated bedroom , not great beds. Bathroom ok. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. Ridiculous rules on beach... you get told which sunloungers to use , pool opens late and closes early .We found this hotel to be overpriced for the room standard .

The staff at the hotel were great, so helpful and friendly. They organised car hire, a taxi to the airport and a slightly later checkout. The close position with the centre of Alghero is a good point of this residence, the room had the kitchen and showeroom in the appartment. I have been there with friends. For a vacation with a group of people is not bad, but I can say that there are probably better choiches. Maybe with the swimming pool I was able to give a better opinion.

We came at the end of September, so the place was really quiet and half empty, which was perfect. We had a nice mobile home with 3 bedrooms and great terrace. The beach was just across the street (3 minutes), staff very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant and a shop inside, little town of Fertilia very close (with a supermarket and some bar and restaurant) and Alghero is not far away either.

The best camping village in Alghero region. The facilities and the staff are just amazing. Plenty of beautiful spots for camping with campers. The price and the facilities are absolutely superb. The restaurant is amazing. The kids pol is the best you can get in a camping village. The swimming pool also is amazing with jacuzzis. It was an amazing experience.

Clean hotel and able to store bags

We had a short stay over (check in at 22:30 and check out at 10:30 the next morning) but we were happy with the hotel, its staff and amenities.

Honestly the hotel is clean. The room is clean, quite spacious, cleaning was done every day. But for the friendliness of the people at reception... Wow. Afterwards it is well located, you can go to the beach in 15 minutes on foot there are many nice restaurants and bars. So mixed opinion.

It is a quiet and clean place to stay for a few days. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great value for money. You can serve a delicious continental breakfast. The hotel is strategically situated, being at a 10-minute walk away from the two main beaches of Alghero: Spiaggia di Lido and Maria Pia (a very beautiful, pristine and white-sanded beach). It is relatively close to some supermarkets.

Place is ok and has breakfast, but furniture ,like chairs, a littlebit run down. The pillows are pretty hard and not very stuffed.

Very friendly staff! We left our bags here for the day and paid €5 per bag. We weren't staying at the hotel but they let us leave our bags here in their storage and were very helpful in giving us information on getting to the airport and they also booked us a taxi.

My room was at Fronte Lido structure. It is clean and the staff was very kind, but it is very noisy and pretty hot. Hot water was also not working properly in the evening.

The use and the years left their explicit marks on this hotel. It reminds me of an abandoned place from some post-apocalyptic movie where the remaining habitants live. Inside the apartment clearly seen that these walls have seen brighter days in the past. We (family of 4 adults) spent a week at the Residence Picale. Very modern and well equipped. Air conditioning was superb. Shutters are really effective in keeping out the sun also. Location is 25 mins walk approximately from The Old Town (you can get a bus there for €1). There is a supermarket one block away. Lots of superb restaurants nearby. It is within 20m of the beach. Very clean hotel. Rooftop pool included, but the water was very cold. The first set of towels is included. Fitness and game rooms are on the ground floor. The room has a minibar, kettle for coffee and tea, and slippers. We arrived very early at the hotel, around 8:30. The hotel is actually behind a not so nice looking apartment block, so we had to drive up a shared driveway, but the entrance of the hotel after that is very good. Staff are very helpful. The rooms have very spacious balconies. The internet was useless, near impossible to fine network name, and when you did, the connection was woeful. Rooms are clean and spacious, located not too far from the historical center in an apartment building. Giuseppe is a kind host, and can help with recommendations of where to go and what to do. The aparments is easy to arrive to from the airport (bus stop is cca. 50m from the front door) and very close to the sea.

You enter a condominium where there are 4-5 rooms, with a common atrium. Located 5 minutes walk from the historic center, very close to some bars for breakfast and with a large free car park in front of you crossing the street. Room quite spacious and clean. I stay here last summer. The staff was very friendly. There is a large parking lot nearby which makes parking relatively easy, but I also went before the large tourist season. The location is amazing and very convenient to the city center. The rooms were ok and so was the bathroom. I would gladly stay here again if i visit the city.

The room was ok, the location was good however we believed we had reserved a car park according to our reservation details. When we arrived there was no parking available. When we challenged this we were told someone must have made the booking for us which was both irrelevant and incorrect. It took over an hour to find a car park. We would not have booked this hotel had we known there was no carpark...

I have to praise this hotel! The entire staff working at the reception is extremely helpful! They helped us with choosing beaches, organizing excursions and everything else that came to mind. Sometimes we were even annoying with questions, but they were very helpful and ready to answer our every request.

Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

Such an amazing experience! First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim.
