We are NOT a hotel but a GUEST HOUSE and that is an extra-hotel structure.

We do not have (and do not want to have!) The style or the services or the prices of a hotel in the same area.

In short, we are not a hotel that costs less, we are a different type of accommodation: smaller, more familiar and definitely more informal!

VERY IMPORTANT:

• To avoid waiting please remember to tell us your arrival time AND call or text our mobile number as soon as you arrive in Rome.
• We also invite you to check the type of room you have chosen: we have different types of rooms that have different prices and therefore different sizes and values: we would not like you to have booked, for example, an Economy room thinking of having a Superior room and then being disappointed !
• On all sites photos correspond to the various TYPES OF ROOMS, so take a good look before choosing
• Our location is fantastic, we are in the most fascinating district of Rome: Trastevere.
• If you are looking for luxury or exclusive services, we are not the place for you !! If you are looking for the truest and most genuine Rome, its colors, its warmth and its great beauty, you are in the right place!
• Being in the historic center of a nearly 3000 year old city involves narrow alleys, old houses, steep stairs, etc. but the atmosphere is simply magical!
• And after all this ranting a little advice that comes from the heart: be travelers and NOT tourists, try to see places and people with an open mind and heart ........... it will be a fantastic experience!
