The pool area is beautifully done. The beach club, Dalmazia has the same understated elegance. Food there was excellent with service to match. Our favorite spot was the rooftop bar

Full disclaimer, I think the rooms tend to run on the smaller side in general. So keep that in mid when booking. I would describe the decor of the accommodations as similar in feel to say the Edition in Miami

We were met by Nico, the manager at check in who surprised with an upgrade to a lovely Junior Suite. My bathroom was the size of a bedroom. In fact I kind of wish my bedroom was a little larger

We had just arrived from Portrait Milano and their breakfast is hard to beat. Beach club was nice but we had booked in advance and it wqs cloudy and windy most of our stay

Thrilled with our choice to stay at The Principe. It was flawless from beginning to end. The property will have you at hello. Contemporary chic at its best

Mattress feels like sleeping on a piece of wood. Pillow are cheap polyester and either lumpy or hard. No pool (make shift tiny pool for kids to splash around in)

We stayed for 1 week and has the most enjoyable time. The staff were particularly helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I mainly dealt with Stephania and Bazi who were great

I recommend to go to this hotel as per my good experiance and I hope to come again in the future as it’s near to everything in the town and the beach!

The owner was at the property most of the time and added a touch of sweetness to the experience. I definitely would stay here again!

The small pool was a great place to relax each day after a lot of walking or cycling on bikes we rented from the hotel. We would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay here again!

We don’t have enough wonderful things to say about our stay here. It was the final of our three stays in Italy and it was perfect in every way. The hotel grounds for starters are immaculate and expansive

And finally, the beach club is a must. An easy walk from the main hotel and it has a wonderful restaurant which also offers delivery to your cabana. The grounds on the beach again were immaculate

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as was the on demand hotel shuttle that takes you to town whenever you want. Our suite was spacious with a large wrap around balcony which we enjoyed

The breakfast was delicious and full of fresh and local options. The dinner and lunch were amazing as well. The hotel boasts one of the nicer gyms we have seen with brand new Technogym equipment

All the plants and trees are grown in and so well taken care of. Parking was easy and our luggage was taken up to the room right away

Very nice new hotel. Rooms are large and have a sea view (nearly impossible to find in Forte!). Excellent breakfast and we appreciate parking and off course great location by the sea. Only 4 blocks from City Piazza.

The cleanliness and the excellent service. We decided to eat at noon in the hotel menu of the day, (not à la carte) the price 84 €. It seemed a little expensive to me. That's my opinion, since I work in the restoration

The breakfast was above two star worthy, and for the first time in Italy I got a Scandinavian sized cup of coffee when asking for an Americano! 😁 And the waitress understood we were from Scandinavia, and asked if we wanted even a second Large cup! Splendid

I've stayed here twice. It was great for kids who can roam freely and the service very much caters for their needs. I'd definitely recommend it to families with small children.

If you want to be in Italy, on the beach and are with young children I can't recommend this place enough! Beach perfect for children with also access to enormous pool, food is incredible, lunch at the beach you can't beat the fritto misto of various sea food or the pasta with sea food and the salads, dinner utterly amazing! There is a large play room for children and a nice garden and outdoor sitting...

Large area dedicated to children with different games for age groups and evening entertainment. The swimming pool on the beach is a valid alternative when access to the sea is not allowed due to red flags

Several improvements have been made to the structure, modernized rooms, completely renovated outdoor area, from the flooring to the furnishings. All very accurate in the color choices and combinations

We chose to stay in a room belonging to the non-renovated wing of the hotel: it was equipped with a very large wardrobe, mini fridge, fan, air conditioning, equipped veranda, TV, hairdryer

I have just returned from a two week vacation at Raffaelli Villa Angela with my wife and our two almost two year old children. Very nice hotel and well organized and managed by Ms Angela

in short, nothing is missing and cleanliness is Great. In the common areas the furnishings are brand new (chairs and tables in the restaurant, sports equipment and sofas on the porch)

the 2 managers are kind and even particular, located a few steps from the sea, with parking: all this makes you forget, or almost, the water dripping, the pre-war mattress and the pre-dated furniture

With my car rental service with driver I got to know this splendid structure. It immediately catches the eye as you enter the hall. The staff in tune with the hotel. I think I will recommend it to my other passengers

If I could give more stars I would. During the period I stayed here, me and my girlfriend fell off the scooter. The staff was very compassionate and constantly asked how we were doing, even the manager of the hotel

The Concierge and front desk people were very friendly and helpful with directions and instruction with how to use the "buses and trains" Without a doubt this hotel was the reason our visit was as good as it was

I will return on my next visit to Tuscany and highly recommend to anyone that they visit this hotel for a stay. Although it is listed as a 4-star, it should be a FIVE-STAR for it helpfulness

While it’s not on the beach (and no hotels are on the beach), this is in a quaint and really nice area. Forte dei marmi is such a cute town and villa Roma was fantastic

Very, very nice chic hotel in Forte deli Marmi. Service was outstanding, they even send a car for you after you've had dinner at a restaurant in town

The location is perfect, a few blocks walking distance from he town center. They have bicycles to use for free. The streets have large cycling lanes
