don't recommend it to have a eat on top floor because they not cook well and they don't organise the food once you order

I had such a wonderful time. Rent the bike. Go to the beach. Drink a spritz. It was wonderful, and Gino is the best.

Good location if you have car, GREAT service never saw it before, everyone was keen to help us, Micheal and Carloina helped us finding resturents, researving tabels, even building iternaery through Google map for day trip, well communicated through WhatsApp. Definitely, recommend the hotel for this area to explore Pisa, Lucca, the towns by the sea

My wife and I had a great time at one of their amazing suites. The two highlights were the concierge's desk run by Lorenzo and their rooftop Michelin-star rated dinner. Lorenzo was very informative and timely with curating excursion around the area and setting up timely transfers to facilitate travel. The dinner was amazing with amazing views (highest building in the area). We ended up getting a 12 course tasting menu with accompanied wine tastings and it was simply delicious. Finally the spa was clean, comfortable, and relaxing with many various baths to use. Highly recommend again for any in the Tuscany/Lucca area.

The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely, the pool area was also pleasant.
Yet, keep in mind that it's renovated in a very modern style, which is a slight shame, as one loses that Italian charm.
Also, it would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room of a 5* hotel, right?

There where a few hotels I have been visiting where the ratio quality-price was so unjustified. In general, Forte dei Marmi is a nice fancy town, but the price of the hotel is just unacceptable. It’s cold and without charm. It’s aging badly. Some designer lamps and chairs will not save it. We had a view on the mountains, but also on the roof of the pool restaurant. The light in the room is just impossible to manage. Transparent doors to the toilets (who wants this?). The AC in the room was very loud. You need to pay for the place on the beach (although it was empty). The service was absolutely adorable and very helpful, but it is not enough to give this hotel more than two stars.

Lovely hotel, exceptional service, very good location, only negative is restaurant which is great but over-priced (€120 for 3 x steak & chips for the kids :-0)
