900 euros per night to sleep in a cupboard size room mid- June, with hardly any view or maybe to the green separations of the other room hence you just see the separations and maybe bits and pieces of greenery.
1 medium size water given in the night shift only when we were two.
No glasses given in the bathroom, if you wanted to use it to brush your teeth, well use your hand.
Extra to pay for the sunbeds.
Extra money to pay if you wanted to have a bicycle that is available at the entrance but nothing is for free or to ease customer experience in a city where everyone cycles.
This hotel lives on its assets of glory days from ages ago, they should have a look around and abroad to see how other five star hotels treat their customers and on which price/ quality experiences.
If some customers are ready and happy to pay to get all the above, that is good for them.
And careful on the bill at the end, they nearly charged us an extra for a spa bonus which we never knew was part of our deal as it was not on our confirmation email and never explained at our our arrival, but present at the check out. At least they took this out.
On my side I will never ever recommend this Hotel, it is not up to scale for a 5 star hotel.

I am very disappointed in your message. The information you provided is absolutely incorrect. Nothing was offered to me except resistance. In the past years, there was never a problem, so your story is inaccurate. We were able to enjoy the food and the swimming pool for the children. Those are the facts, and you cannot change them. We will not be returning and hope that you will be more flexible with other guests in the future. By the way, I noticed that you have many bad reviews. Take advantage of that feedback.

The hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars as there is no coffee machine, and even water isn't provided for free. When I requested water, they said it comes with an additional charge, despite paying 470 euros for just one night. The bedding has a foul smell. Truly doesn't deserve 5 stars, nor the inflated room rate.

How is this a 5 star hotel? I wouldnt even give it a 3 star. The worst service i’ve ever received at a so called “luxury” hotel. Firstly, on the first day i gave my laundry items for dry cleaning as the day goes by i realised it still hasn’t been brought back. When i called they acted dumb and said we haven’t placed the paper in the bag. I mean who would forget the paper?? When it was brought back it was still in the original bag not folded or even been cleaned! This is not what a call a professional service. Additionally, the front desk were so rude and acted dumb always. Furthermore, at the early hours of at about 4 am the fire alarm in the hall goes off and when we were trying to contact the front desk or concierge nobody answered and finally after 15 mins they answered and then they acted that they didn’t hear me. Truly disrespectful. What really got me anger was we clearly put the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned. When we came back the sign has been twisted to do not disturb. I mean… do they think we do not realize. Never coming back and never recommending to anyone. The management should be ashamed.
