Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!

Very friendly reception staff. They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day... there's just a room cleaning without changing the sheets. Good stay. Close to the city. I recommend it.

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel on a duty trip.
Prices are huge (162 eur/night w/o breakfast), respect to quality offered for a 4 star hotel.Main cons:
- Extremely worn towels foto
- Moldy ceiling foto
- Shower sewer issues by flooding the bath if careless
- lights nonfunctional in hall, coffee area and a bed lamp
- fridge broken, but replaced
- old stuff refurbished by simply repainting furniture, doors in black or dark green with visible stains on other items
- lack of guest slippers, bathrobe and shoe polish kit
The only good points are an OK buffet breakfast and a huge screen TV, that's all. Swimming pool is only outdoors, hence closed this time.
Staff is OK, but only a lady passed my message with the fridge so got another within 2 days
Avoid this accommodation if other options
Paying such a high rate I give only 1 star to Novotel Genova

Easy to navigate if you have a car or use the only company Taxi services in Genoa (at their mercy). 10-15 minutes to Airport by Car, minutes from the Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Cruise Port. Breakfast is standard, dinner options are mid-priced: don’t miss the Crostata.

I am a big fan of this hotel. Every time I visit Genoa, I book a room here and I am never disappointed. For our stay, we had a superior room which was spacious and very clean. The breakfast is excellent and varied, and the food is very good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also close to the city center, restaurants, and the Genoa Aquarium. I was truly very pleased with my visit.

It was my first stop for a night at this amazing hotel I would like to thank all reception staff for their help I forgot the lady's name but she helped us big time especially when we arrived late. We needed some food and she helped us to order that night... Rooms are great

The standard room has not been renovated, and the conditions are not as good as a guest house in China that costs 100 yuan a night! With this condition, it actually costs more than a thousand? ? ? ? ? I vomited blood. Lightning protection, lightning protection, lightning protection!
