A wonderful, classy, clean hotel, and beautiful modern furniture that makes you feel a mixture of joy and life. Except the cushion it was un comfortable for me. other than that People were nice in dealing and wonderful

We stayed for several nights and found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The position was really central and views from our room and the bar/restaurant were amazing

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and we were impressed by how the architect had maintained the brief of following the tradition of the site

The glass lights/ornaments on display were superb and leaving the best to last

Room are spacious, some improvement can be done like more water pressure for the shower and mixer of hot and cold water. Cleaning also can be improved

We had breakfast included which, although the selection wasn't as large as other hotels on our trip but was still very nice and the staff were all very helpful. Lots of nice restaurants around and good bus routes nearby

We stayed for three nights and will be staying with them again. Hotel had maps for the local area as well as things to do. They have a beautiful old English lift which was nice to use and see

Lovely hotel which links into the adjoining hotel. Rooms were very cosy and was near the train station. Bathroom not that large but the showers were very good

Shutters on the window allowed the window to be open but gave you privacy. Staff members were very attentive and the room service personnel were very good at cleaning the rooms

Sadly the much praised breakfast by other reviewers was a bit of a let down with cold congealed scrambled eggs and watery orange squash instead of the freshly squeezed juice served almost everywhere in Italy

Good sized quiet well furnished rooms and a beautiful old wooden lift. Reception on arrival was a bit frosty but other receptionists were friendlier. Overall I would recommend this hotel for value for money

The breakfast buffet included in the room rate was extensive and included eggs and so much more! They were even nice enough to make us vegetable omelettes upon request! The hotel was located perfectly for cafes and shopping areas and the old port! The hotel staff helped us with restaurant recommendations & dinner reservations, and were extremely helpful with everything else! I would highly recommend...

Excellent hotel!! Loved our stay here in every way! Great service, wonderful comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed, crisp sheets and cozy pillows! Robes & slippers were provided and the shower was great

The town center is very close by the hotel. The atmosphere is quite romantic, with beautiful elegant architecture and carefully selected details and art pieces

We ate dinner inside of the hotel and we also ate at it sister restaurant Which is a little bit down the street from the hotel ( even if you don’t stay here I highly recommend both restaurants) breakfast was excellent

We loved every moment of our stay at Grand Hotel Savoia, which exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, with a comfy bed

Breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop, complete with a whirlpool overlooking Genoa, was a fantastic bonus. Evening drinks were refreshing, and the spa area was perfect for unwinding after sightseeing

I was impressed that they clean the streets at 2am! 🕑 I just watched as a vacuum vehicle cleaned up the streets in front of the hotel. Wonderful! The terrace on 7th floor has amazing views

We were surprised with an upgrade to a nice room with a large tub. Don't miss the wonderful and widely stocked breakfast, or dinner!

Great rooms, great service. They have free parking and the beach is across the road. Not the first time we have stayed and won't be' the last.

Managers and staff were too friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was really clean. One of the best location to stay in Genoa. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

Hotel is excellent location, view. Breakfast buffet is good, restaurant staff are very nice but dinner buffet is not recommended unless you will spend the night waiting your food due to shortage of dinner staff.

I think the place is absolutely fine for a weekend trip. My room was also clean, but of course no frills. I honestly don't know how people reviewed this place. If you invest 50 - 60 EUR, you get what you buy

If you expect a palace, then you need to invest more. Cannot judge the breakfast because I like the atmosphere of Italian bars and I had it there

True enough, after breakfast, we went to the reception and they immediately gave us a quiet room, and most of all it was an upgrade! Thanks to Carlos and Alessandro for taking care of us and making sure that we would enjoy our stay

The staff was very professional with excellent customer service - just what you'd expect from a Marriott affiliated hotel. On our first night, we were not able to sleep because of the noise from the street

The breakfast was superb, all the staff there especially the lady who checks the room number before letting you in the restaurant was always courteous, always greets the guests with a genuine smile

We commend the high standards in customer service - from the cleaning ladies, waiters, restaurant staff to the reception staff - all of them exhibited professionalism and genuine kindness

We called the reception at 3 in the morning and Carlos apologized and promised us that they would change our room after breakfast

I was paying for bed only but when they realized that i have train early morning they prepared a box with breakfast for my trip. I was really amazed with how those people are kind and polite

Awesome 5 night stay! Central to all the wow and yummy of Genoa! Facilities immaculate, staff friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and priced right. Easy access to great restaurants and attractions 2 to 5 min walk

So I can't give any information about rooms, but i dined at the restaurant, called PEsciolino, It was really really good, with a fantastic fish based menu

For the price it was a very good hotel. Relatively clean - great staff - big enough - modern looking - big buffet at breakfast - great location. There is a strange smell in the rooms but that was the only downside

The church in the courtyard immediately in front looks worn from the outside, but is overwhelmingly beautiful on the inside, definitely also worth a visit

The building itself is a jewel. Rooms are extremely clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is made of fresh products (+ on-demand squeezed orange juice). Perfect location to visit Genova

Every time I visit Genoa, I book a room here and I am never disappointed. For our stay, we had a superior room which was spacious and very clean. The breakfast is excellent and varied, and the food is very good

Really nice Novotel tucked away in the city. A bit of a stretch to walk to shopping areas but can be accessed within a 10 minute taxi ride or less. Hotel is about 15mins from the Central station by bus or taxi

Thankfully this hotel assigned me a renovated room and a really had a comfortable stay here for stop the room felt good, recently renovated the bed was farm and comfortable

Genoa-Nervi is a residential sea-side village which is worth visiting if in Genoa-Italian Riveria

I don't think I have ever eaten such a big breakfast :) and the delicious fresh fruit was so tasty! Even homemade bread! The location is absolutely perfect, a small walk away from the promenade, but enough for you to also be a little bit away from everyone to get some quiet

Excellent location, quiet but close to Genova and the train station! Rooms are small and bathroom amenities very few but (!) rooms are airconditioned ,very beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable

We happened upon Villa Moderna by chance on our last night in the Province of Genoa. It's in Genoa-Nervi where we had stayed at the start of our trip and liked it so much we wanted to end there

It's a multipurpose location where can spend a marvelous weekend over the Ligurian riviera, organize a wedding/ birthday/ baptism or just walk in on the restaurant that they run inside the hotel whose open the entire year

I will love to give a 6th star to this hotel but Google doesn't let me do it :) if you are near Genova just run to the Nervi neighborhood and visit that "castle" in front of the Mediterranean! (I got many pictures of it just give me a couple of days to upload'em)

Beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning position on the Ligurian Riviera and well positioned between Genoa City and the lovely towns of Portofino and Santa Margarita. Quiet, refined and tastefully decorated

Upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly and parking was abundant. We had a little walk along the promenade access via a gate at the bottom of the grounds, the cliff top view was incredible

The rooms as large and well equipped we were most grateful for the air-condtioning as this had been a bit hit and miss on the trip so far. Breakfast was a good mix between continental and western

Pretty hotel by the yacht harbour. Breakfast was supposed to open at 07, but we got everything served at 06. Taxi to the airport was 13 euro. The walk is a little more than 20 minutes. Great sushi restaurant next door

There was a coffee machine downstairs which the guests can use for free and lite snacks too. It’s located right behind the Genoa airport, the taxi charged 15 euro to take me to the airport

I know it’s normal in the country but I really miss duvet covers. There was only a sheet between me and the down duvet. I think that’s really creepy due to hygiene

I loved the location of this hotel, room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom being so up to date. I enjoyed the Turkish Hamam (sauna bath) inside my room
