It's a waterfront, and it's surrounded by beautiful places such as a pirate ship, which is built on the 20th century to make movies (I called it colombos ship) As well with a good restaurants, aquarium,and many things The room that we booked was big with a big terrace and great views to marina

A wonderful, classy, clean hotel, and beautiful modern furniture that makes you feel a mixture of joy and life. Except the cushion it was un comfortable for me. other than that People were nice in dealing and wonderful

Really the best hotel we have stayed in in Liguria. We were even able to check in at 11:30 a.m. without paying an extra charge. The hotel is very well equipped. It is right in the middle of Genoa by the harbor. 1A!

At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure

A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room

Breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop, complete with a whirlpool overlooking Genoa, was a fantastic bonus. Evening drinks were refreshing, and the spa area was perfect for unwinding after sightseeing

A nice bonus to the room in the form of a free visit to the spa. Conveniently located near the railway station. The bed and bedding are class. There is a Russian-speaking manager

The town center is very close by the hotel. The atmosphere is quite romantic, with beautiful elegant architecture and carefully selected details and art pieces

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

There is a secure parking garage. It's just a few minutes down from scenic Nervi and the waterfront. A giant Coop (like a Walmart) grocery store is next door, which is perfect for stocking up on snacks and anything else

If I were to find one small fault to the AC Genova Marriott, it would be its location that is a bit of a distance from the center of Genova. I would recommend the AC Marriott in Genova Italy

It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach

Rooms out of this world beautiful and equipped with all your needs. Room was ready two hours before check in and we were treated like royalty

Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all

I was very well greeted by a very nice front desk staff including Anna and a colleague who lent me a charging cable for my phone and then I went to get some food in the lobby/bar while I decided if I was going to stay, time during which I got myself a nice burger and a beer to take advantage of their specials menu and watched some Italian soccer while at it while listening to amazing Latin music

Overall the site is a hidden gem in Genova that provides its customers with a true Genova experience for a fair price and a versatile management and place where you can get fun and quiet time at the same time - all this with a good wifi and a nice breakfast, hence why I recommend it

I will love to give a 6th star to this hotel but Google doesn't let me do it :) if you are near Genova just run to the Nervi neighborhood and visit that "castle" in front of the Mediterranean! (I got many pictures of it just give me a couple of days to upload'em)

Beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning position on the Ligurian Riviera and well positioned between Genoa City and the lovely towns of Portofino and Santa Margarita. Quiet, refined and tastefully decorated

Upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly and parking was abundant. We had a little walk along the promenade access via a gate at the bottom of the grounds, the cliff top view was incredible

The rooms as large and well equipped we were most grateful for the air-condtioning as this had been a bit hit and miss on the trip so far. Breakfast was a good mix between continental and western

I accidentally booked my stay for the wrong night through booking and it was too late to get a refund through the app but the employee that was at the reception made it happen

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Genova Liberty. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in a very good area for walking, aperitivos and shopping

Some reviews and travel guides will scare you about the old town neighborhood at night but we find the area around this hotel to be safe, quite, interesting, and beautiful

It didn't bother me, as I sleep with earplugs, but it did bother my spouse. If you are not familiar with Genoa, then you should know that this city is not for the faint of heart

You had to leave the curtains at least half-way open to cool the room down. Not the most private solution. This room would be an easy 5 stars with a mini-split

The room was clean and basically appointed. The free WiFi requires a review and acceptance of marketing materials; not exactly "free" WiFi.

They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day

I had to wait minimum 10 minutes to be able to use it. They didn't provide iron and board in the rooms their is a common one next to the reception. I'm a business traveller and this is important to me

I had to wait again for my turn to use the iron for about 25 minutes, holding my clothes and walking around the lobby. This hotel is not up to the Novotel standards

The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right

I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic

I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming

Recently,I had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Vittoria very close to the Principe Railroad Station. I stayed at the Vittoria for 4 nights

The staff helped me find my way to Genoa's delightful art museums(Bianco Palazzo,Rosso Palazzo,Frugone,Diocesan,Saint Augustine)and awesome cathedral

That's a very good place where to stay: central, close to the rail stations, comfortable, clean, very kind staff

The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham

They didn’t have a big offer for breakfast but it was very tasty

The only down side was the Internet (which in my case is a huge one, since I need to work) that seemed to only have good reception in the lobby, but was slow anyways and I couldn't connect my MacBook due to a problem with their captive login to the network
