small room but very comfortable, very clean bathroom and shower. small fridge in the room and also a safe box are benefits as well. located in a good place in Genova city just 15 mins walk from train station.

Best located hotel, I guess! All amenities near to you, so quiet and perfect bed and room. Breakfast was served on time, great choice dog of fruit and british style food.

Rooms are nice, clean, but with ac that isn't the best. A fan can be provided by the staff, though! Speaking of the staff, extremely professional and helpful

Irene made sure that we got the information we needed for our stay, to include restaurant suggestions. Breakfast, if not included, is worth paying for

The staff is very accommodating and efficient and the breakfast (currently ordered a la carte) has a great variety of choices, uniformly excellent

Room was clean, air conditioned, bathroom in the room, four towels. Breakfast was included and good, consisted of croissants, jams, cheese, toast, sandwiches, coffees, yogurt, cereal and fruit juice

Good location near the railway station and sea cruise terminal. Not too far from City attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good free wifi and bottled water and substantial breakfast.

That won't ruin my trip! The lift is tiny and quite old fashioned, but it gets you up and down. Please make sure you close the door are you exit, otherwise it won't work for other ppl!

As an added bonus they are one of the few places we've visited that actually have a kettle and coffee in the room for that early morning pick-me-up (small but significant for us coffee drinkers)

Ideal location, right in the heart of the city centre, close to Principe train & bus station. It was ideal to have our own bathroom, a safe and a quiet AC that could run all night

It was a bit hard to find the place (tried to use google maps and it was challenging). The staff was really friendly. I recommend it and I would definitely come back

Updated room, really comfortable. Parking space is really small and you can only be able to get to the garage it your car is really small

The tv was like having an iPad on the wall but we weren't there for that so it didn't bother us. Nothing fancy by any means but a decent distance from most things and was what we needed for a simple place to crash

The town center is very close by the hotel. The atmosphere is quite romantic, with beautiful elegant architecture and carefully selected details and art pieces

We ate dinner inside of the hotel and we also ate at it sister restaurant Which is a little bit down the street from the hotel ( even if you don’t stay here I highly recommend both restaurants) breakfast was excellent

I was impressed that they clean the streets at 2am! 🕑 I just watched as a vacuum vehicle cleaned up the streets in front of the hotel. Wonderful! The terrace on 7th floor has amazing views

We were surprised with an upgrade to a nice room with a large tub. Don't miss the wonderful and widely stocked breakfast, or dinner!

The breakfast buffet included in the room rate was extensive and included eggs and so much more! They were even nice enough to make us vegetable omelettes upon request! The hotel was located perfectly for cafes and shopping areas and the old port! The hotel staff helped us with restaurant recommendations & dinner reservations, and were extremely helpful with everything else! I would highly recommend...

The room was comfy but there is definitely a more effective way of organising the furnitures… I had the tea table next to the bed! It can be quite dangerous if a young kid is staying there as it is very easy to bump one’s head against the table and knocking down all the glasswares

There is a secure parking garage. It's just a few minutes down from scenic Nervi and the waterfront. A giant Coop (like a Walmart) grocery store is next door, which is perfect for stocking up on snacks and anything else

Booked this hotel on a whim and arrived late in the evening -- GREAT FIND!! The staff was so nice and welcoming. This hotel is located off the motorway, so it's perfect if you're driving a car

I will love to give a 6th star to this hotel but Google doesn't let me do it :) if you are near Genova just run to the Nervi neighborhood and visit that "castle" in front of the Mediterranean! (I got many pictures of it just give me a couple of days to upload'em)

It's a multipurpose location where can spend a marvelous weekend over the Ligurian riviera, organize a wedding/ birthday/ baptism or just walk in on the restaurant that they run inside the hotel whose open the entire year

Upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly and parking was abundant. We had a little walk along the promenade access via a gate at the bottom of the grounds, the cliff top view was incredible

Great hotel, near the airport of Genova and just 10 mins from the old Port. Comfortable bed, good sized room and bathroom. Unfortunately due to the Covid the Gym and Sauna are closed

Very close to the Genoa airport and the ports as well. Reasonable price with good breakfast. Parking is not included but it was 12 euros per night!
