Great! Easy to find, super clean and quiet, great breakfast, and great gym!!!

The bad thing is the fridge is not working , because we would like to put some water to bring for tomorrow's beach day. The security lock is not functioning. The receptionists , are not welcoming

We booked this hotel through booking, just for a night. The area of the hotel is good IF you have a flight to catch up very early. Because it's very close to the airport. The hotel is not modernized, it's not updated

I spent a night here and I appreciated the cleanliness and space of the rooms, great location near the airport but in particularly I enjoyed the efficiency and kindness of the personnel! The director is amazing and the staff, managed to arrange a dinner for 150 people in few minutes! Congratulations

It's a waterfront, and it's surrounded by beautiful places such as a pirate ship, which is built on the 20th century to make movies (I called it colombos ship) As well with a good restaurants, aquarium,and many things The room that we booked was big with a big terrace and great views to marina

A wonderful, classy, clean hotel, and beautiful modern furniture that makes you feel a mixture of joy and life. Except the cushion it was un comfortable for me. other than that People were nice in dealing and wonderful

Really the best hotel we have stayed in in Liguria. We were even able to check in at 11:30 a.m. without paying an extra charge. The hotel is very well equipped. It is right in the middle of Genoa by the harbor. 1A!

At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure

A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room

A nice bonus to the room in the form of a free visit to the spa. Conveniently located near the railway station. The bed and bedding are class. There is a Russian-speaking manager

The town center is very close by the hotel. The atmosphere is quite romantic, with beautiful elegant architecture and carefully selected details and art pieces

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.

While complimentary internet was available, its speed left much to be desired. Faster internet was available at an additional cost, but it was relatively expensive

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

There is a secure parking garage. It's just a few minutes down from scenic Nervi and the waterfront. A giant Coop (like a Walmart) grocery store is next door, which is perfect for stocking up on snacks and anything else

That didn't stop Laroslav from getting out a map and showing me the highlights of Genova, or the path to the beach from the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and quite nice

It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach

Rooms out of this world beautiful and equipped with all your needs. Room was ready two hours before check in and we were treated like royalty

Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all

I was very well greeted by a very nice front desk staff including Anna and a colleague who lent me a charging cable for my phone and then I went to get some food in the lobby/bar while I decided if I was going to stay, time during which I got myself a nice burger and a beer to take advantage of their specials menu and watched some Italian soccer while at it while listening to amazing Latin music

Overall the site is a hidden gem in Genova that provides its customers with a true Genova experience for a fair price and a versatile management and place where you can get fun and quiet time at the same time - all this with a good wifi and a nice breakfast, hence why I recommend it

We had a fantastic stay at Britannia Hotel Genova! The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions

10 min by taxi from stazione and you are in via XIX Settembre. Staff is lovely as well as breakfast on open terrace. Definitely recommend! P.S. just very narrow bed - could be dangerous for a big person.

With elevator access, my small room was dominated by a too-large bed but was comfortable and had all the amenities I wanted. I would stay here again and I recommend it without reservation

I was traveling on my own and had trouble finding the hotel tucked away in a narrow street but you won't find a better location near the old port for the price

I do think the Porto Antico is significantly better than the Metropoli (which is cheaper). And though the AC Hotel has better rooms than the Porto Antico, the Porto Antico has much better service and a better location

So overall a nice stay and if you go don't miss the secret shortcut to the beach and nearby restaurants - you will need a key from the reception

I will love to give a 6th star to this hotel but Google doesn't let me do it :) if you are near Genova just run to the Nervi neighborhood and visit that "castle" in front of the Mediterranean! (I got many pictures of it just give me a couple of days to upload'em)

It's a multipurpose location where can spend a marvelous weekend over the Ligurian riviera, organize a wedding/ birthday/ baptism or just walk in on the restaurant that they run inside the hotel whose open the entire year

Beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning position on the Ligurian Riviera and well positioned between Genoa City and the lovely towns of Portofino and Santa Margarita. Quiet, refined and tastefully decorated

Upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly and parking was abundant. We had a little walk along the promenade access via a gate at the bottom of the grounds, the cliff top view was incredible

bar with cheap drinks downstairs. only complaint would be that they need to provide more towels, we only got one body and one hand towel. Air conditioning does not work as well, but was fine if you just open the windows

I read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel and was very suspicious at my arrival but it turned out to be a pretty good hotel. The AC worked just fine, it was clean and it didn't smell moldy or old or anything

PROS: -central location -good buffet breakfast -gorgeous view (from 6th floor at least) -has parking (although limited, the receptionist squeezed us in and took our key in case they needed to move our car)

It was quiet and while the room was a bit small, 2 people could fit just st fine. Breakfast was average, although it's only from 7 to 9:45am and you have to hurry a bit to get a croissant

Pretty hotel by the yacht harbour. Breakfast was supposed to open at 07, but we got everything served at 06. Taxi to the airport was 13 euro. The walk is a little more than 20 minutes. Great sushi restaurant next door

There was a coffee machine downstairs which the guests can use for free and lite snacks too. It’s located right behind the Genoa airport, the taxi charged 15 euro to take me to the airport

I know it’s normal in the country but I really miss duvet covers. There was only a sheet between me and the down duvet. I think that’s really creepy due to hygiene

I loved the location of this hotel, room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom being so up to date. I enjoyed the Turkish Hamam (sauna bath) inside my room

There are very nice restaurants right next to this hotel; I enjoyed the sushi and the pizza restaurant there

Great hotel with the great and clean rooms. Breakfast is good for Italian standards. Some rooms have a nice look on the city and sea. A little bit far from the center of Genoa.

Terrible place. Airco was broken. Was not told at checking in. Never offered compensation. From 6 in the morning cars line up to go to the ferry/cruise ships for hours with their engines on.

To get the free wifi you need to get a code from reception
