The hotel is a bit outdated but still well maintained. The rooms are very big, comfortable and clean. It is walking distance from the airport so great if you have an early or late flight. The breakfast has great choice
Big thanks to Ali in the restaurant!🌞 cheered us up during the breakfast and brought us his special cappuccino which was amazing!🌟
Volabus costs 10€ for 24 hours pass and you can use metro, ship (Novabus), bus with that, and 30 mins to de Ferrari
Enjoyed my stay at the hotel and impressed by the hospitality, breakfast and special support from the staff- Ali was the one - available throughout, caring for everyone around 👍
This is perfect for a business traveller but would not work for a tourist. Hotel is older, but clean and staff are friendly. Overall, not a bad place to stay depending on the circumstances of what you want to do on Genoa
Compare to price it is better than I was expecting. The location is really good 5 mins walk from the airport

The location directly at the port, rooms NV the city and the sea, balcony with a table for sunset viewing with a glass of wine
A wonderful, classy, clean hotel, and beautiful modern furniture that makes you feel a mixture of joy and life. Except the cushion it was un comfortable for me. other than that People were nice in dealing and wonderful
The WiFi was perfect ✨👌🏻This was my second experience with the hotel and its location is very special to access restaurants, cafes and places for children
It's a waterfront, and it's surrounded by beautiful places such as a pirate ship, which is built on the 20th century to make movies (I called it colombos ship) As well with a good restaurants, aquarium, and many things The room that we booked was big with a big terrace and great views to marina
The staff are friendly and helpful. Genova is not that big, so you can visit it all within 2 days. So I suggest like what we did to visit other beautiful places like Camogli , San fruttuoso and portofino
We stayed for several nights and found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The position was really central and views from our room and the bar/restaurant were amazing

Breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop, complete with a whirlpool overlooking Genoa, was a fantastic bonus. Evening drinks were refreshing, and the spa area was perfect for unwinding after sightseeing
Great service - Davido was amazing! Enjoying the coffee and some cold drinks on the roof top was just fabulous!!! The VIEW IS MAGNIFICENT!!!! I can highly recommend for tourists to visit when you are in Genova for a short break!!!! 🥂🥂🥂
A nice bonus to the room in the form of a free visit to the spa. Conveniently located near the railway station. The bed and bedding are class. There is a Russian-speaking manager
The town center is very close by the hotel. The atmosphere is quite romantic, with beautiful elegant architecture and carefully selected details and art pieces
We loved every moment of our stay at Grand Hotel Savoia, which exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, with a comfy bed
The cuisine in the restaurant is at a good level

Given that this was a standard room, the view was as expected and not a major issue. The room was cleaned daily, and I was impressed by the quick and thorough housekeeping service
Very clean, everything seems to be new. Hotel is also close to city center. It was my weekend birthday trip and I got surprise in my room - sparkling wine and snacks
My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.
While complimentary internet was available, its speed left much to be desired. Faster internet was available at an additional cost, but it was relatively expensive
Great hotel with good breakfasts. Location is not bad)
Very nice hotel. We arrived very late and the hotel allowed us to park our motorbikes outside the hotel.

The staff downstairs will happily provide you ice if you are enjoying drinks in your room (as I was, chained to my laptop. ) Genoa/Genova is such a treasure
There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs
But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Fortunately, there are free parking spaces around, just uphill from the supermarket
Hotel met Marriott standards; all staff were exceptional with their compassion, assistance, and ability to navigate language challenges; in one word: superlative!
VERY NICE ROOMS AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THEY HAD GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PLACES TO VISIT AS WELL AS RESTAURANTS
It is better to park your valuables in the lower parking lot inside the hotel

It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach
Rooms out of this world beautiful and equipped with all your needs. Room was ready two hours before check in and we were treated like royalty
Wonderful hotel, I really liked the spa area, it’s gorgeous.
Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all
Excellent hotel!! Loved our stay here in every way! Great service, wonderful comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed, crisp sheets and cozy pillows! Robes & slippers were provided and the shower was great
A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice fitness and spa area. Probably the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten at a hotel!

Beautiful property ideally located within walking distance to Piazza de Ferrari. Hotel has amazing circular staircase and beautifully decorated restaurant. Front desk staff is incredibly helpful
The rooms are bit dated but richly decorated, the bath rooms a modern and clean, the bed fresh and the linen clean, in-house Griotto Ristorante is amongst the best in town, and the staff is welcoming and friendly, in particular in the small bar, which probably service the best gin tonic in a balloon glass in Genua
If I could give a higher rating for the service I would. The staff was absolutely impeccable; I was treated like royalty. Giada was so pleasant and hospitable
The bedding was luxurious and the location was optimal for all the shopping, sites, and foods that Genoa has to offer. When in Genoa, you must stay here
This is an old historical hotel that is worth staying just to experience staying in a museum like accommodation. It is very well located close to shopping and restaurants but out of the ZTL
Great historical hotel in the city center of Genoa. The location is perfect walking distance from all the most important tourist attractions in the city. The lobby is quite beautiful with an interesting spiral staircase

Rooms were very clean, temperature was good, the mini bar was well stocked and there was also a kettle, tea and coffee available. The bed was very comfortable and spacious with lots of pillows
The hotel was lovely, a fresh respite in a crowded, difficult to navigate old city. The front desk folks were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was complete and yummy
I really enjoyed my two night stay at the Palazzo Grillo. The location was very central in Genoa, the building was absolutely stunning from an architectural point of view (I imagine it was a listed historical building)
The room was a bit Spartan but the general cleanliness and order of the entire hotel more than made up. Being IN an historic home was a treat!!! I heartily recommend Palazzo Grillo
don’t miss going inside the church just outside the hotel’s front door
Next to it, the door was open, but the cleaning lady was in the room next to it. Information on the location, very central, everything is walkable from there

I was very well greeted by a very nice front desk staff including Anna and a colleague who lent me a charging cable for my phone and then I went to get some food in the lobby/bar while I decided if I was going to stay, time during which I got myself a nice burger and a beer to take advantage of their specials menu and watched some Italian soccer while at it while listening to amazing Latin music
Overall the site is a hidden gem in Genova that provides its customers with a true Genova experience for a fair price and a versatile management and place where you can get fun and quiet time at the same time - all this with a good wifi and a nice breakfast, hence why I recommend it
Every single person in the staff of that hotel is super nice, from front desk to bar tenders, I extend my sincere gratitude to you - for your flexibility with your customers, for your patience and the care you had with me
Great hotel with a friendly atmosphere! I'll be happy to come again! Perfect for young people. Only the beds are metal and the mattress is hard.. everything else is just super!
We had a fantastic stay at Britannia Hotel Genova! The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. What really stood out were the amazing common areas

With elevator access, my small room was dominated by a too-large bed but was comfortable and had all the amenities I wanted. I would stay here again and I recommend it without reservation
Michele is excellent at the reception. Hotel in great location and close to amenities and famous attractions.
I was traveling on my own and had trouble finding the hotel tucked away in a narrow street but you won't find a better location near the old port for the price
Great location nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff good quality fresh breakfast buffet Rooms are nice and pretty good size
Beautiful Hotel and the friendliest staff I have met in all Northern Italy! Michele at the front desk was Amazing! Highly recommended!
I do think the Porto Antico is significantly better than the Metropoli (which is cheaper). And though the AC Hotel has better rooms than the Porto Antico, the Porto Antico has much better service and a better location

So overall a nice stay and if you go don't miss the secret shortcut to the beach and nearby restaurants - you will need a key from the reception
I will love to give a 6th star to this hotel but Google doesn't let me do it :) if you are near Genova just run to the Nervi neighborhood and visit that "castle" in front of the Mediterranean! (I got many pictures of it just give me a couple of days to upload'em)
It's a multipurpose location where can spend a marvelous weekend over the Ligurian riviera, organize a wedding/ birthday/ baptism or just walk in on the restaurant that they run inside the hotel whose open the entire year
It's an amazing, magical, wonderful and pretty luxurious place, seems that comes out from a fairy tale
Beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning position on the Ligurian Riviera and well positioned between Genoa City and the lovely towns of Portofino and Santa Margarita. Quiet, refined and tastefully decorated
Upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly and parking was abundant. We had a little walk along the promenade access via a gate at the bottom of the grounds, the cliff top view was incredible

bar with cheap drinks downstairs. only complaint would be that they need to provide more towels, we only got one body and one hand towel. Air conditioning does not work as well, but was fine if you just open the windows
very happy with this hotel, i would recommend. super nice comfy bed, nice bathroom with shower. very good location although because of that it’s noisy at night with live music. friendly staff with very easy check in
great food choices nearby with a boardwalk on the water (ferris wheel and rides)
I read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel and was very suspicious at my arrival but it turned out to be a pretty good hotel. The AC worked just fine, it was clean and it didn't smell moldy or old or anything
PROS: -central location -good buffet breakfast -gorgeous view (from 6th floor at least) -has parking (although limited, the receptionist squeezed us in and took our key in case they needed to move our car)
It was quiet and while the room was a bit small, 2 people could fit just st fine. Breakfast was average, although it's only from 7 to 9:45am and you have to hurry a bit to get a croissant

I accidentally booked my stay for the wrong night through booking and it was too late to get a refund through the app but the employee that was at the reception made it happen
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Genova Liberty. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in a very good area for walking, aperitivos and shopping
The hotel was inside a large old building shared with other businesses so no other facilities
I definitely recommend this hotel for the kindness of the staff and for the perfect location

Great hotel with the great and clean rooms. Breakfast is good for Italian standards. Some rooms have a nice look on the city and sea. A little bit far from the center of Genoa.
Very good hotel, the room is a bit small. Convenient transportation
Terrible place. Airco was broken. Was not told at checking in. Never offered compensation. From 6 in the morning cars line up to go to the ferry/cruise ships for hours with their engines on.
