A very convenient hotel for those arriving late in the evening! It’s quiet at night because planes don’t fly) and there’s also a bonus - transfer to the city and back! The driver will also give you a tour))

I would give the location 5 stars if I were flying; however, there is not much around besides the airport. With that said, Jean Luca was UNBELIEVABLE

A wonderful, classy, clean hotel, and beautiful modern furniture that makes you feel a mixture of joy and life. Except the cushion it was un comfortable for me. other than that People were nice in dealing and wonderful

We stayed for several nights and found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The position was really central and views from our room and the bar/restaurant were amazing

The glass lights/ornaments on display were superb and leaving the best to last

Room are spacious, some improvement can be done like more water pressure for the shower and mixer of hot and cold water. Cleaning also can be improved

We had breakfast included which, although the selection wasn't as large as other hotels on our trip but was still very nice and the staff were all very helpful. Lots of nice restaurants around and good bus routes nearby

We stayed for three nights and will be staying with them again. Hotel had maps for the local area as well as things to do. They have a beautiful old English lift which was nice to use and see

Lovely hotel which links into the adjoining hotel. Rooms were very cosy and was near the train station. Bathroom not that large but the showers were very good

Shutters on the window allowed the window to be open but gave you privacy. Staff members were very attentive and the room service personnel were very good at cleaning the rooms

Sadly the much praised breakfast by other reviewers was a bit of a let down with cold congealed scrambled eggs and watery orange squash instead of the freshly squeezed juice served almost everywhere in Italy

Good sized quiet well furnished rooms and a beautiful old wooden lift. Reception on arrival was a bit frosty but other receptionists were friendlier. Overall I would recommend this hotel for value for money

It's real small castel! And you can feel it everywhere. Amazing location - directly on the beach, so even worth closed windows you can hear the sea. Nice to have breakfast on the small terrace on the ground floor

Also there is sun terrace on the roof with sunbeds, chairs and so on

The breakfast buffet included in the room rate was extensive and included eggs and so much more! They were even nice enough to make us vegetable omelettes upon request! The hotel was located perfectly for cafes and shopping areas and the old port! The hotel staff helped us with restaurant recommendations & dinner reservations, and were extremely helpful with everything else! I would highly recommend...

Excellent hotel!! Loved our stay here in every way! Great service, wonderful comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed, crisp sheets and cozy pillows! Robes & slippers were provided and the shower was great

We stayed at the Bristol Palace for three nights. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, our bags were brought upstairs, the main lobby was clean, well appointed, and the stairs were the highlight

The location is just perfect, you are in the middle of everything, very near the metro station and the port. They were very welcoming, especially Chiara who was very kind

We didn’t stay in this hotel but we could leave our luggage here for a few hours, that was super nice! It is easy to find, unlike other hotels and the receptionist was really nice!

The evening receptionist was really friendly and helpful and helped us decide where to go for the evening! I recommend this hotel if your looking for value for money but if your looking for something up market luxury this place isn't for you!

For the price I was really satisfied the room was spacious and the bathroom also. It is in a great location close to the port (expo) the breakfast was average but for the price of only €2

50 I cannot complain atall! The beds were really comfortable

- The Hotel has two floors (ground floor + 2 more), and there’s no elevator, so consider it before booking. - The room was really spacious. - The location is ideal, not far from the metro station

Clean hotel. Silent, despite being in the alleyways. Friendly and kind staff. We stayed here with our dog (a Weimar bracco). Other hotels refused us because the dog was too big. They don't. Perfect in hospitality.

You can walk to all the points of interest in the city. It is a renovated building in the old city, the rooms are comfortable, clean but old

The town center is very close by the hotel. The atmosphere is quite romantic, with beautiful elegant architecture and carefully selected details and art pieces

We ate dinner inside of the hotel and we also ate at it sister restaurant Which is a little bit down the street from the hotel ( even if you don’t stay here I highly recommend both restaurants) breakfast was excellent

I was impressed that they clean the streets at 2am! 🕑 I just watched as a vacuum vehicle cleaned up the streets in front of the hotel. Wonderful! The terrace on 7th floor has amazing views

We were surprised with an upgrade to a nice room with a large tub. Don't miss the wonderful and widely stocked breakfast, or dinner!

Hotel is excellent location, view. Breakfast buffet is good, restaurant staff are very nice but dinner buffet is not recommended unless you will spend the night waiting your food due to shortage of dinner staff.

Stayed here last year. Lovely staff and rooms newly refurbished. Left the heating on for us which was great s it was October and very cold!

I think the place is absolutely fine for a weekend trip. My room was also clean, but of course no frills. I honestly don't know how people reviewed this place. If you invest 50 - 60 EUR, you get what you buy

If you expect a palace, then you need to invest more. Cannot judge the breakfast because I like the atmosphere of Italian bars and I had it there

Great hotel for a stay in Genoa. The room was sparkling clean, with high ceilings making it feel more spacious that it is and it smelled good. The pillows are a bit flat but the bed was comfortable

Located in the central area on one of the main streets, the aquarium can be reached in half an hour on foot. The breakfast is plentiful, all the staff are friendly and always available

One of the highlights of the room was its high ceiling, which added to the overall sense of space and comfort. The room had a cozy atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day of exploring

The room was comfy but there is definitely a more effective way of organising the furnitures… I had the tea table next to the bed! It can be quite dangerous if a young kid is staying there as it is very easy to bump one’s head against the table and knocking down all the glasswares

Super comfy location for staying in the center of Genova, and outside of ZTL. The city parking at Royal Park Corvetto is 50 meters distance from hotel, and has pre-booked slots/always available for the NH Hotel guests

Cheap hotel, clean, suitable for business trip and for families. Quite close to the port area and to the quaint ancient port. The staff people are very kind. Air conditioning works well. The breakfast is ok.

First of all the politeness of the owners is priceless and really amazing! The most welcoming people I’ve ever met! In addition the rooms are very comfortable and clean! I can only recommend this place for sure I’ll be back again!

The walls were very thin, so you could hear the bus and the cleaners when you were asleep. There were a lot of stairs, might be a problem if you have trouble walking. The staff was really nice and helpful

You cannot beat the central location which is an easy walk from the train station. There were three of us and we were placed in a large room which had a double bed and 2 singles

We had a great stay at Hotel Balbi. True, there is currently no elevator in the building but the owners were more than willing to carry our luggage up to the third floor

The staff was very professional with excellent customer service - just what you'd expect from a Marriott affiliated hotel. On our first night, we were not able to sleep because of the noise from the street

The breakfast was superb, all the staff there especially the lady who checks the room number before letting you in the restaurant was always courteous, always greets the guests with a genuine smile

I was paying for bed only but when they realized that i have train early morning they prepared a box with breakfast for my trip. I was really amazed with how those people are kind and polite

Although a bit tough to get to in a car, this hotel fulfilled all of our expectations and provided a safe, comfortable, and even luxurious place to stay for the night

Awesome 5 night stay! Central to all the wow and yummy of Genoa! Facilities immaculate, staff friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and priced right. Easy access to great restaurants and attractions 2 to 5 min walk

So I can't give any information about rooms, but i dined at the restaurant, called PEsciolino, It was really really good, with a fantastic fish based menu
