Beautiful property ideally located within walking distance to Piazza de Ferrari. Hotel has amazing circular staircase and beautifully decorated restaurant. Front desk staff is incredibly helpful

Beautiful Hotel Bristol Palace is located in the center of Genoa, walking distance to numerous historical buildings, churches, Old Harbor area, as well as restaurants and shops

the wifi is terrible; the restaurant and bars are under-staffed; the breakfast is very basic and often food is out; the prices are too high for what you get

Location is at Genua Airport, 5 min walk, also all kind of rent cars there. It is perfect guests arriving / leaving with plane.

This hotel is not what you expect for a business hotel and not the worth the 4 stars

You can park on the street for free or it’s $16/day. Fredericka was very helpful at check in & Alessandro assisted with points of interest which we enjoyed. The breakfast is very nice, thanks for a great stay

Location of hotel was good from the perspective of access from major highways. Was a bit of a walk to get to the beach or "city center"

Location is good, just a short distance from E80. We parked our car and used the local bus to go into town which was not only cost-effective but a big help with not having to drive in maze

The towels were great everything that was in the bathroom bath salt, body lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner on top of the line I also like that they had have wood floors with( no carpeting which I always fine makes a hotel look tired !!!) they have a spa facility that you can use and they also do massages ( which unfortunately I never did

Breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop, complete with a whirlpool overlooking Genoa, was a fantastic bonus. Evening drinks were refreshing, and the spa area was perfect for unwinding after sightseeing

I spent two nights at the Grand Hotel Savoia and had a wonderful stay. My room was charming, spacious and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel are great and I felt well taken care of.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and amazing shower. There's a rooftop area you can go to for great views of Genoa, and a spa/jacuzzi (although we didn't use it because it was very expensive)

Super comfy location for staying in the center of Genova, and outside of ZTL. The city parking at Royal Park Corvetto is 50 meters distance from hotel, and has pre-booked slots/always available for the NH Hotel guests

With elevator access, my small room was dominated by a too-large bed but was comfortable and had all the amenities I wanted. I would stay here again and I recommend it without reservation

I stayed at the Best Western Porto Antico for one night in September 2024. I only stayed at the hotel for about 7 - 8 hours (for a night of sleep) so my experience was limited. and checked out between 6 & 7 A

So ultimately I would place the Porto Antico as a solid second among the 4 Genoa hotels I stayed at. Overall my short stay was positive. The hotel was average but the staff stood out for being exceptionally helpful

The Porto Antico is in a good location if you want to see a lot of tourist attractions. It is extremely close to the aquarium and the Maritime Museum, and is also in close walking distances to many other museums

The location directly at the port, rooms NV the city and the sea, balcony with a table for sunset viewing with a glass of wine

A wonderful, classy, clean hotel, and beautiful modern furniture that makes you feel a mixture of joy and life. Except the cushion it was un comfortable for me. other than that People were nice in dealing and wonderful

The staff are friendly and helpful. Genova is not that big, so you can visit it all within 2 days. So I suggest like what we did to visit other beautiful places like Camogli , San fruttuoso and portofino

It's a waterfront, and it's surrounded by beautiful places such as a pirate ship, which is built on the 20th century to make movies (I called it colombos ship) As well with a good restaurants, aquarium,and many things The room that we booked was big with a big terrace and great views to marina

Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!

Easy to navigate if you have a car or use the only company Taxi services in Genoa (at their mercy). 10-15 minutes to Airport by Car, minutes from the Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Cruise Port

Great hotel, near the airport of Genova and just 10 mins from the old Port. Comfortable bed, good sized room and bathroom. Unfortunately due to the Covid the Gym and Sauna are closed

Very close to the Genoa airport and the ports as well. Reasonable price with good breakfast. Parking is not included but it was 12 euros per night!

Great place and does everything right for a one night stay with a good sleep and breakfast along your travels. It’s definitely a hotel chain feel but we’ll be back in our travels as a pit stop

The hotel was located perfectly for cafes and shopping areas and the old port! Full bath and separate shower with a tv in the mirror that came in handy not missing any news of the day while getting ready. A 9 min walk to shopping and good restaurants it was very convenient

For the price it was a very good hotel. Relatively clean - great staff - big enough - modern looking - big buffet at breakfast - great location. There is a strange smell in the rooms but that was the only downside

Hotel quality equal price, near too old city, 3 metro station. 300m from very good family restaurant with sea food. Good for one or two nights visit in Genua.

We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was good, with a very friendly service. The location is convenient, just a couple of blocks away from the cruise terminal. It is a walking distance to downtown Genova

Very good location, just in front of the Ferry Terminal and outside the city centre, reachable by a 25 minutes walking or by subway (the journey takes 8 minutes; and the station is 500m far from the hotel/residence entrance)

That was perfect after a long day out and the kids just wanted to relax. So we tried the restaurant and food was nice and prices were spot on for a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Genoa

Perfect location for cruise and airport. Friendly and smiling staff and the service is super. We are with 4 kids here and that is no problem. They have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast

Only a few minor tools are missing (but you must be a perfectionist to notice that). Wi-fi is good but it could be better at certain times/days. All the staff is friendly and very helpful

So I can't give any information about rooms, but i dined at the restaurant, called PEsciolino, It was really really good, with a fantastic fish based menu

Everything fits and the price and quality of service and perfect location and lovely breakfasts and even a good Internet connection

We stayed for three nights and will be staying with them again. Hotel had maps for the local area as well as things to do. They have a beautiful old English lift which was nice to use and see

It is still very much just as beautiful as it was in the beginning. I'm talking classic classic marble everywhere. Has the original elevator still working that you have to use all the time

We had breakfast included which, although the selection wasn't as large as other hotels on our trip but was still very nice and the staff were all very helpful. Lots of nice restaurants around and good bus routes nearby

Shutters on the window allowed the window to be open but gave you privacy. Staff members were very attentive and the room service personnel were very good at cleaning the rooms

Lovely hotel which links into the adjoining hotel. Rooms were very cosy and was near the train station. Bathroom not that large but the showers were very good

It's real small castel! And you can feel it everywhere. Amazing location - directly on the beach, so even worth closed windows you can hear the sea. Nice to have breakfast on the small terrace on the ground floor

There's lots of FREE food to be had (rice, pasta, potatoes, some tinned vegetables) so if you're on a tight budget your basics are covered. Breakfast is a great hotel standard buffet

This hostel is EXQUISITE, the best I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). It is on the pricey side but they really do provide excellent service and amenities

The location is amazing, the hostel is right next to a train station. The terrace and kitchen were very good and they offer free food (pasta, potatoes, apples. )! The rooms were clean and nice

Excellent hostel in the heart of the city, close to most main attractions and bus to the airport. Very nicely decorated, very helpful staff, great bar open 24/7

Nice hostel ! There is even a gym. The hostel was way bigger than expected and had a lovely kitchen area as well as a bar that was very alive on the weekend. Biggest down side was my room had carpet

Every night there was some kind of entertainment - quiz night, karaoke, live music. Price for stay was more than reasonable so I'll definitely go back next time I visit Genoa!
