If I could give a higher rating for the service I would. The staff was absolutely impeccable; I was treated like royalty. Giada was so pleasant and hospitable. The hotel is gorgeous. The bedding was luxurious and the location was optimal for all the shopping, sites, and foods that Genoa has to offer. When in Genoa, you must stay here.
Beautiful property ideally located within walking distance to Piazza de Ferrari. So much to see and do. Hotel has amazing circular staircase and beautifully decorated restaurant. Front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Special recognition to Chiara who assisted me with luggage lost by airline and Andrea who assisted me in finding a doctor on the weekend. Enjoyed food in restaurant, bar and through...
Great historical hotel in the city center of Genoa. The location is perfect walking distance from all the most important tourist attractions in the city. The lobby is quite beautiful with an interesting spiral staircase. The rooms are fine, not the biggest but nice. The bathroom is good with a nice shower and great amenities. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast room was stunning with nice...
We walked in and the front desk was helping someone, then they finished and we walked up and started checking in, after 2 min the phone rang and the person took the phone call and proceeded to talk on the phone for our entire check in, they didn’t talk to us, just gave us our keys and we left. We had no idea where our room was, what to do with our car but the person was giving full attention to the...
Beautiful Hotel Bristol Palace is located in the center of Genoa, walking distance to numerous historical buildings, churches, Old Harbor area, as well as restaurants and shops. I was impressed by the exceptional professional hotel staff. Doorman Davide was first-rate and gave multiple suggestions on restaurants. The rooms were stunning and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there...
What a wonderful place to stay. This hotel was outstanding and we loved our stay. The views were remarkable. The room was beautifully decorated with furnishings that made the room current and welcoming. Every detail was top notch.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel and impressed by the hospitality, breakfast and special support from the staff- Ali was the one - available throughout, caring for everyone around 👍
Big thanks to Ali in the restaurant!🌞 cheered us up during the breakfast and brought us his special cappuccino which was amazing!🌟
Acceptable. Good location near airport, helpful staff at the entrance who helped us get to the nearest train station when leaving. Bed was hard but big. Nice bathroom with shower and everything. Weird windows, not a great view at all.
I would give the location 5 stars if I were flying; however, there is not much around besides the airport. With that said, Jean Luca was UNBELIEVABLE. We had a very large group and the service, food and drink were outstanding. Jean made our night absolutely magical. He was attentive, kind, humorous and beyond generous. Truly, we would go back to see him and his team. I hope the Sheraton knows what...
Nice place, but facility need improved so many things, i was visited during covid-19 time.. So i think this from reason for poor services
A very convenient hotel for those arriving late in the evening! It’s quiet at night because planes don’t fly) and there’s also a bonus - transfer to the city and back! The driver will also give you a tour))

Nobody in the hotel was on the same page. You get different information and prices every time you ask. I got charged 3 different amounts for breakfast 3 different days. Free coffee in the lobby, but then bartender tries to ask for money 🤦🏻 not the biggest of deals, but it looks completely untrained and disorganized The business area was closed for a private event, even the lobby restroom, so it was...
Location is good, just a short distance from E80. We parked our car and used the local bus to go into town which was not only cost-effective but a big help with not having to drive in maze. You can park on the street for free or it’s $16/day. Fredericka was very helpful at check in & Alessandro assisted with points of interest which we enjoyed. The breakfast is very nice, thanks for a great stay.
Overall a pretty good stay. Parking at the hotel is €40 per day which seemed expensive compared to other hotels in Italy. Location is outside of the city center, which is a pro and con. Fewer restaurants but also fewer crowds. Has access to nice beaches.
Location of hotel was good from the perspective of access from major highways. Was a bit of a walk to get to the beach or "city center". As a Platinum Bonvoy member, I was surprised that AC does not offer free breakfast. Breakfast cost was 16 Euros and they provided a $10 voucher for food. I'm finding a pretty significant disparity (no free breakfast) between the AC brands and all other Marriott...
I recently stayed at the AC Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The modern, stylish decor combined with comfortable, well-appointed rooms made for a truly relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the on-site amenities, including the fitness center and delicious breakfast...
Booked this hotel on a whim and arrived late in the evening -- GREAT FIND!! The staff was so nice and welcoming. This hotel is located off the motorway, so it's perfect if you're driving a car. There is a secure parking garage. It's just a few minutes down from scenic Nervi and the waterfront. A giant Coop (like a Walmart) grocery store is next door, which is perfect for stocking up on snacks and...

Very great place, we had the silver upgrade package and it is worth if it of you have a car. Parkering is great. Breakfast is also very varied and a lot of things to pick from. The room and public areas are fresh, cleaned and the hotel has for sure been through a major update. You can see the difference when you go down to the parking basement that has a different charm :) Super friendly staff...
Came here with a school trip and overall it's ok. The hotel and rooms are pretty outdated, while it has AC, they don't really keep up with the heat during summer and don't get cold until late at night. And the running AC made a squeaking noise all the time. Food was pre-planned meals so not sure about the full menu, but what we did get was all pretty good. No complaints.
Rooms are really nice we didn't need anything they didn't have (except wellness), there is an option for breakfast too. The building is rather old, but well kept. Reception staff are rather old and well kept either. Hospitality is not so strong they are rather distant. (On the 10.th floor there is mold on the wall just sayin to staff seeing this)
This is a very nice hotel not far from the old city center in Genova. The room was cosy with excellent breakfast a great service. Most Genovese sights are in walking distance but you will Also find a metro station close to the hotel. A nice place to stay when in Genova.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness of both the room and the lobby. The proximity to the city center made it convenient for exploring (few minutes walking). I had several requests upon the room the 1 hotel staff was very very nice and took care of it for me and he did a great job! FRAUD! I paid through Booking.com the room and breakfast IN ADVANCE. As quiet as you can get with outside windows and inside windows. Bedding great. Very clean. Front desk staff friendly. New tried the restaurant. If anything, could use a more comfortable chair instead of a second desk chair.

Great service - Davido was amazing! Enjoying the coffee and some cold drinks on the roof top was just fabulous!!! The VIEW IS MAGNIFICENT!!!! I can highly recommend for tourists to visit when you are in Genova for a short break!!!! 🥂🥂🥂
My expectations are very high if rated a 5 star hotel. Everything must look excellent and service needs to be as well. Service is 5 star but the hotel needs updating to truly be a 5 star accommodation.
We loved every moment of our stay at Grand Hotel Savoia, which exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, with a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop, complete with a whirlpool overlooking Genoa, was a fantastic bonus. Evening drinks were refreshing, and the spa area was perfect for unwinding after sightseeing. The town center is very close by the hotel. The...
I didn't stay here, but the hotel staff helped us when my boyfriend's car battery was dead and we had no clue what to do. We were very desperate as we don't speak Italian and were not staying in Genoa so we needed to drive back to our accommodation. Very helpful staff and the lobby was beautiful :-)
Really love this hotel. It’s very classic with beautiful architecture. Great location, close to old town, shops, the aquarium. I was impressed that they clean the streets at 2am! 🕑 I just watched as a vacuum vehicle cleaned up the streets in front of the hotel. All the garbage got swept up. Wonderful! The terrace on 7th floor has amazing views. The bidet is a nice touch! I’d come back.
We had a very nice time in this hotel, which features Old World charm in every way. The reception area was nice, and the room was well appointed. The lobby and receptions are opulent in a traditional way. The hotel is almost timeless - you feel like you could be on a European tour a hundred years ago, but with fast internet access! The bed was extremely comfortable. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel...

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.
The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast is a 2/5. The room is very tiny and very hot. Also the bathroom is quiet old. For around 80-90€ a night it’s maximum but definitely not more. I also would not recommend staying more then one night.
Hotel location is fine, close to downtown. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Rooms are OK, however, bathrooms are tiny, showertub not workable if you are tall or large, and had dirty joints, and did not close well.
Very nice hotel. We arrived very late and the hotel allowed us to park our motorbikes outside the hotel.
Quiet hotel close to the city center. Well suited for business trips. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms (at least the one I had) were very quiet, contemporary and practically furnished. In the rather functionally furnished hotel bar you can have a drink in peace after a long day in Genoa or watch Champions League or Serie A together with the other hotel guests.
Very Small room for the amount you pay. Shower is so small and floor is so slippery and inclined that is just a disaster waiting to happen. You cannot control the room temperature. There are steps from lift to reception and if you are checking out good luck as you will have to lift your own baggage up the stairs. While checking in we had to bring our own baggage in. Coffee in the room is disappointing...

Hotel has nice quality but it is a hassle to go through elevators from the parking to the reception, then to your room.

Although a bit tough to get to in a car, this hotel fulfilled all of our expectations and provided a safe, comfortable, and even luxurious place to stay for the night. Don't bother with the restaurant they adjoin, however.
Awesome 5 night stay! Central to all the wow and yummy of Genoa! Facilities immaculate, staff friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and priced right. Easy access to great restaurants and attractions 2 to 5 min walk. Will re visit!
Great rooms. Everything is great but I will be absolutely sincere about: A) The lift is absolutely small and when I say ABSOLUTELY SMALL I totally mean it. B) The salmon in the breakfast was old. Even had black parts and tasted horrible C) The ubication is a tricky place to get into. It is hard to get into the hotel. About the rest everything was fine. All the people who work here are BRILLIANT.
