Great! Easy to find, super clean and quiet, great breakfast, and great gym!!!

Poor pillows. No water. No coffee cartels or boilers.

The gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! Location next to the airport is excellent and only a short 5 minute walk. Unfortunately the airport is about 25 mins by car from the old town of Genoa. This is perfect for a business traveller but would not work for a tourist. Hotel is older, but clean and staff are friendly. Overall, not a bad place to stay depending on the circumstances of what you want to do on Genoa.

It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach. The town next to it is quite pleasant.

The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all. Parking is difficult. The front desk asked you to park nearby, and I got a ticket for two days.

Everything is in accordance with Europe. It is surprising that there is no shoe horn, as well as shoe care products

My expectations are very high if rated a 5 star hotel. Everything must look excellent and service needs to be as well. Service is 5 star but the hotel needs updating to truly be a 5 star accommodation.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast is a 2/5. The room is very tiny and very hot. Also the bathroom is quiet old. For around 80-90€ a night it’s maximum but definitely not more. I also would not recommend staying more then one night.

Location is good, just a short distance from E80. We parked our car and used the local bus to go into town which was not only cost-effective but a big help with not having to drive in maze. Great hotel. Stayed six nights and I would highly recommend. Avoid the breakfast. It's terrible. No bread but lots of cakes . My last day was a Saturday and after I had gone to the small bakery across the street to buy bread, there was bread!! Only at weekends I was informed. This information should be on the website.

Checked in early - that's a big plus. It's a minute's walk from the train station. There's a supermarket right downstairs. The downside is the small bed in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep. And the hotel was undergoing renovation. There were drilling sounds from 7am. That's awful.

It's very comfortable and cozy. The rooms are small but it's enough space as well the nice views from private balcony where you can just sit, relax in warm nights/ evenings. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Genova Liberty. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in a very good area for walking, aperitivos and shopping. The hotel was inside a large old building shared with other businesses so no other facilities.
