I spent a night here and I appreciated the cleanliness and space of the rooms, great location near the airport but in particularly I enjoyed the efficiency and kindness of the personnel! The director is amazing and the staff, managed to arrange a dinner for 150 people in few minutes! Congratulations.

The gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! Location next to the airport is excellent and only a short 5 minute walk. Unfortunately the airport is about 25 mins by car from the old town of Genoa. This is perfect for a business traveller but would not work for a tourist. Hotel is older, but clean and staff are friendly. Overall, not a bad place to stay depending on the circumstances of what you want to do on Genoa.

My expectations are very high if rated a 5 star hotel. Everything must look excellent and service needs to be as well. Service is 5 star but the hotel needs updating to truly be a 5 star accommodation.

Hotel in a classic style. A nice bonus to the room in the form of a free visit to the spa. Conveniently located near the railway station. The bed and bedding are class. There is a Russian-speaking manager. The cuisine in the restaurant is at a good level

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast is a 2/5. The room is very tiny and very hot. Also the bathroom is quiet old. For around 80-90€ a night it’s maximum but definitely not more. I also would not recommend staying more then one night.

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Upon my arrival at the AC Genova Marriott, the front desk was extremely helpful, especially Laroslav. I don't speak nary a word of Italian unfortunately. It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach. The town next to it is quite pleasant.

The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre though. Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all. Parking is difficult. The front desk asked you to park nearby, and I got a ticket for two days.

The hotel is pretty good, old style, the location is also very good, opposite the train station, but not noisy, next to the commercial pedestrian street, 10 minutes walk to the famous square, only one thing, if you drive, don't stay here, the hotel parking space is limited, the parking lot opposite is the only pitfall of this trip to the Mediterranean coast, and several hotel service staff do not understand

Checked in early - that's a big plus. It's a minute's walk from the train station. There's a supermarket right downstairs. The downside is the small bed in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep. And the hotel was undergoing renovation. There were drilling sounds from 7am. That's awful.

I really liked this hotel. It offers excellent value for money. It was clean and warm, and the location is great, being close to both the train station and the city center. Hot water is available in the evenings. I'd definitely recommend it for a 1-2 night stay, especially if you're catching a cruise.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is fantastic for exploring the city, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely, and our room was beautifully furnished, with even the bathroom lighting being just perfect 😀. The late check-out was incredibly convenient (what a relief!). The location is good, but I was given a room on the ground floor (level 0) with windows facing the parking lot. Housekeeping staff knocked on my door twice, even though it was before checkout time.

Just few parking in the hotel. The staff said these were reserved and not allowed to park even with space. It didn’t mark clearly in booking and very disappointed for this parking arrangement.

10 min by taxi from stazione and you are in via XIX Settembre. Staff is lovely as well as breakfast on open terrace. Definitely recommend! P.S. just very narrow bed - could be dangerous for a big person.

Pretty hotel by the yacht harbour. Breakfast was supposed to open at 07, but we got everything served at 06.30. Taxi to the airport was 13 euro. The walk is a little more than 20 minutes. Nice staff. Great sushi restaurant next door. I know it’s normal in the country but I really miss duvet covers. There was only a sheet between me and the down duvet. I think that’s really creepy due to hygiene.

Lovely Hotel Room with large comfy bed and super soft pillows. Great sized bathroom with extra large walk in shower complete with handheld shower wand and massive rain shower head. Although in a nice location on the Marina, this place lacks a little atmosphere. Maybe it is because it doesn't have its own cafe bar. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

Hotel staff was very cooperative getting the bed right. The room cleaning was marginal and not consistent. The accommodations were good.

In the city so parking is difficult. The hotel starts on the 3rd floor so either go up many stairs or wait for an elevator that only fits 2 people. Room was small and loud.
