Wonderful service and unbeatable location! Breakfast was 5 euros per head, but very good with many options

Best located hotel, I guess! All amenities near to you, so quiet and perfect bed and room. Breakfast was served on time, great choice dog of fruit and british style food.

The location is nice, the room is a bit old fashion. Is one of the cheapest in Genova but still pricy, if compared to other big cities. The personnel was kind and nice.

The location of this comfortable hotel is excellent as is the price/quality ratio. The staff is very accommodating and efficient and the breakfast (currently ordered a la carte) has a great variety of choices, uniformly excellent. Breakfast service is superb. A special thanks goes to the reception staff for printing our museum cards and accompanying us to the nearby garage.

Didn't like the shower. Was leaking on the floor no matter how you set it up. Our of 4 lights in the room 2 were broken. Rubbish bin was broken on the first look still no one replaced it. You just get the feeling that no one cares about the rooms in this hotel.

We slept there two nights. Room was clean, air conditioned, bathroom in the room, four towels. Breakfast was included and good, consisted of croissants, jams, cheese, toast, sandwiches, coffees, yogurt, cereal and fruit juice. Staff was nice, wifi was good, Hotel Acquario is near the water and good museums. Reasonably priced. Would go again.

Breakfast is alright, and the beds aren't comfortable. The price you pay isn't your money's worth. It's decent, if you can't find anything else then this will do..

Updated room, really comfortable. Parking space is really small and you can only be able to get to the garage it your car is really small. It was a bit hard to find the place (tried to use google maps and it was challenging). The staff was really friendly. Clean rooms, nice beds. I recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Extremely well located in between the 2 main areas i wanted to visit. Nice place with AC with brand new furniture. Little trouble with the parking (it was full) but the owner was kind enough to let me park in front and still look after my car. The street is super narrow but i guess this is typical italy !

I didn't stay here, but the hotel staff helped us when my boyfriend's car battery was dead and we had no clue what to do. Really love this hotel. It’s very classic with beautiful architecture. Great location, close to old town, shops, the aquarium. We travelled as a couple with a dog. Check in went smoothly and they gave us some tips and recommendations in the area. The room is extremely spacious and our pup got a nice bed and water and food bowl prepared for her. Our entire stay was uncomplicated and everything ran smoothly. Very clean room, but no complimentary water in a five star hotel is below expectations. Also the sink in the bathroom was not working properly. On the plus side they use refillable soaps from Rituals to reduce plastic waste. Overall the hotel feels quite dark on the inside and outside.

Quiet hotel close to the city center. Well suited for business trips. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms (at least the one I had) were very quiet, contemporary and practically furnished. In the rather functionally furnished hotel bar you can have a drink in peace after a long day in Genoa or watch Champions League or Serie A together with the other hotel guests.

Very Small room for the amount you pay. Shower is so small and floor is so slippery and inclined that is just a disaster waiting to happen. You cannot control the room temperature. There are steps from lift to reception and if you are checking out good luck as you will have to lift your own baggage up the stairs. While checking in we had to bring our own baggage in. Super comfy location for staying in the center of Genova, and outside of ZTL. The city parking at Royal Park Corvetto is 50 meters distance from hotel, and has pre-booked slots/always available for the NH Hotel guests. 10 minutes walking distance from the main square of Genova, Piazza De Ferrari.

I travelled alone and for a business trip. The one bed room was adequate, clean and peaceful. The staff was nice, friendly and ready to help. The location is good and central. Not ideal, but good. Everything is in walking distance.

Rooms with balcony have nice view on the Marina but the breakfast is poor and not fill up that mean there is almost nothing remaining if you wake up after 9am!
