Enjoyed my stay at the hotel and impressed by the hospitality, breakfast and special support from the staff- Ali was the one - available throughout, caring for everyone around 👍
Big thanks to Ali in the restaurant!🌞 cheered us up during the breakfast and brought us his special cappuccino which was amazing!🌟
Acceptable. Good location near airport, helpful staff at the entrance who helped us get to the nearest train station when leaving. Bed was hard but big. Nice bathroom with shower and everything. Weird windows, not a great view at all.
I would give the location 5 stars if I were flying; however, there is not much around besides the airport. With that said, Jean Luca was UNBELIEVABLE. We had a very large group and the service, food and drink were outstanding. Jean made our night absolutely magical. He was attentive, kind, humorous and beyond generous. Truly, we would go back to see him and his team. I hope the Sheraton knows what...
Very near from airport very friendly Personal good breakfast and everything was excellent, thanks
Nice place, but facility need improved so many things, i was visited during covid-19 time.. So i think this from reason for poor services

A wonderful, classy, clean hotel, and beautiful modern furniture that makes you feel a mixture of joy and life. The service is very good. Except the cushion it was un comfortable for me ..other than that People were nice in dealing and wonderful. The WiFi was perfect ✨👌🏻This was my second experience with the hotel and its location is very special to access restaurants, cafes and places for children...
Hotel located in a strategic position, beside the aquarium, good for business and leisure, private parking available inside and outside. Availability of some tables outside good to take aperitif but also breakfast or dinner, with view directly on the marina. Room are spacious, some improvement can be done like more water pressure for the shower and mixer of hot and cold water. Cleaning also can be...
We stayed for several nights and found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The position was really central and views from our room and the bar/restaurant were amazing. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and we were impressed by how the architect had maintained the brief of following the tradition of the site. The glass lights/ornaments on display were superb and leaving the...
Great location, Lovely aperitivo, very cosy, food was amazing! Highly recommended
The hotel location is really good good. It's a waterfront, and it's surrounded by beautiful places such as a pirate ship, which is built on the 20th century to make movies (I called it colombos ship) As well with a good restaurants, aquarium, and many things The room that we booked was big with a big terrace and great views to marina . The staff are friendly and helpful. Genova is not that big, so...
Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend! We reserved a premium room which was a bit larger. The hotel is clean, bright and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is on the waterfront with great views, next door to the Aquarium and a short walk to waterfront shops and restaurants. Genoa is not too big, so we easily walked to other common tourist areas as well as the train...

The breakfast buffet, which is supposed to be available until 10:30 AM, was already being cleared when my family and I arrived at 10:00 AM. Despite seeing us starting to serve ourselves, the staff continued to pack up the food and coffee, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. This was quite frustrating and put a damper on our otherwise enjoyable stay.
Stayed 1 night en route from Italy to France because of the hotel’s convenience for Genoa Principe station and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. It is linked to the Grand Savoie hotel next door and shares facilities like the rooftop bar, restaurants and spa. Sadly the much praised breakfast by other reviewers was a bit of a let down with cold congealed scrambled eggs and watery...
Lovely hotel which links into the adjoining hotel. Rooms were very cosy and was near the train station. Bathroom not that large but the showers were very good. Shutters on the window allowed the window to be open but gave you privacy. Staff members were very attentive and the room service personnel were very good at cleaning the rooms. We had breakfast included which, although the selection wasn't...
We were delighted with our selection of hotel. Located right next to the Principe train station and at walking distance to the city center. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Had the availability of many amenities if needed. The breakfast was delicious!!! Staff spoke English well and were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.
We had a couple of great nights there with a lot of party on the streets. The restaurant on the roof top of the partner hotel is ridiculous though. Waiter has too much to do and the drinks weren’t good. Not even the espresso. The wifi in the room wasn’t sufficient so the front desk gave us a mobile router which worked perfectly! Great service level! Regarding parking, reviews got completely crazy about...

Good hotel😊
It's real small castel! And you can feel it everywhere.. Yeah, it's not fancy.. And really needs some repair.. Amazing location - directly on the beach, so even worth closed windows you can hear the sea. Nice to have breakfast on the small terrace on the ground floor. Also there is sun terrace on the roof with sunbeds, chairs and so on..
Friendly staff. Great location. Urgent renovation is needed! Poor interior.

Very nice hotel, in a residencial area but walking distance to the city center. Polite staff!
A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice fitness and spa area. Probably the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten at a hotel!
Excellent hotel!! Loved our stay here in every way! Great service, wonderful comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed, crisp sheets and cozy pillows! Robes & slippers were provided and the shower was great. The breakfast buffet included in the room rate was extensive and included eggs and so much more! They were even nice enough to make us vegetable omelettes upon request! The hotel was located...
We travelled as a couple with a dog. Check in went smoothly and they gave us some tips and recommendations in the area. The room is extremely spacious and our pup got a nice bed and water and food bowl prepared for her. Our entire stay was uncomplicated and everything ran smoothly. Only minus point is the gym had no AC or Fan so it was extremely humid for a workout. All in all a very pleasant stay...
Quality-price very good! Room very nice and clean. Big bed really confortable!
Very clean room, but no complimentary water in a five star hotel is below expectations. Also the sink in the bathroom was not working properly. On the plus side they use refillable soaps from Rituals to reduce plastic waste. Overall the hotel feels quite dark on the inside and outside.

What a wonderful place to stay. This hotel was outstanding and we loved our stay. The views were remarkable. The room was beautifully decorated with furnishings that made the room current and welcoming. Every detail was top notch.
Really enjoyed our stay the Hotel Bristol Palace. The staff was outstanding from the second we walked in. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and most importantly, clean. It was quite pricey, but thats what you have to pay if you want a nice hotel anywhere in Italy it seems.
The location is just perfect, you are in the middle of everything, very near the metro station and the port. They were very welcoming, especially Chiara who was very kind. The bar was nice and gave excellent service and recommendations, I felt welcome and comfortable. The room very spacious and comfortable, great view. Folks were always eager to help and giving their best, I really appreciate that...
My stay here during my vacation to Italy was incredible. It is one of the most beautiful and extraordinary hotels I've been. It was on my bucket list because of the famous staircase and Art Nouveau decor. So, when we bought opera tickets, it was a definite to stay overnight here. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The room and breakfast were spectacular! I've traveled quite a bit in Europe...
I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at the Bristol Palace Hotel in the heart of Genoa, and it was an exceptional experience. This elegant 5-star hotel is ideally located near major landmarks such as the Palazzo Ducale, Piazza de Ferrari, the Carlo Felice Theater, and the city's most important museums and palaces, including the famous Rolli. Dining at Giotto's Restaurant was a highlight...
The Bristol is conveniently located in the heart of the city, near the central square with the theatre. The hotel offers valet parking at a decent rate. The interior is stylish old-fashioned, but everything works and looks fine. Service is friendly and attentive, although somewhat chaotic. I would not rate the hotel as fully five stars, there are just some extras missing, e.g. a restaurant open all...

Nice and clean rooms for a fair price, located in the center of Genova, near the Harbour (Porto Antico)
We had a nice stay at this hotel. Highlights were the friendly staff and the location. - WiFi was good enough. - The hotel was payed through booking and the city tax with cash at the property. - At the moment, due to COVID, breakfast is served at a different place, about 100 meters from the hotel. I did not like much that it’s not properly explained the items that you can get and some are not included...
We didn’t stay in this hotel but we could leave our luggage here for a few hours, that was super nice! It is easy to find, unlike other hotels and the receptionist was really nice!
For the price I was really satisfied the room was spacious and the bathroom also. It is in a great location close to the port (expo) the breakfast was average but for the price of only €2.50 I cannot complain atall! The beds were really comfortable. I didn't stay here, but the hotel staff helped us when my boyfriend's car battery was dead and we had no clue what to do. We were very desperate as we don't speak Italian and were not staying in Genoa so we needed to drive back to our accommodation. Very helpful staff and the lobby was beautiful :-)
Really love this hotel. It’s very classic with beautiful architecture. Great location, close to old town, shops, the aquarium. I was impressed that they clean the streets at 2am! 🕑 I just watched as a vacuum vehicle cleaned up the streets in front of the hotel. All the garbage got swept up. Wonderful! The terrace on 7th floor has amazing views. The bidet is a nice touch! I’d come back.
We had a very nice time in this hotel, which features Old World charm in every way. The reception area was nice, and the room was well appointed. The lobby and receptions are opulent in a traditional way. The hotel is almost timeless - you feel like you could be on a European tour a hundred years ago, but with fast internet access! The bed was extremely comfortable. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel...
Wonderful hotel, big clean rooms, convenient location to the train station for day trips to other cities The morning breakfast was fantastic and Sorina took good care of us. Giacomo at the front desk gave us great recommendations for dinner each night and was super helpful. The bar service was something we looked forward to each night . Highly recommend this hotel.

I went here at 2014 for one night and it was perfect. Old hotel but cozy!!!
Great rooms, great service. They have free parking and the beach is across the road. Not the first time we have stayed and won't be' the last.
Classic old hotel. Narrow twin beds, good breakfast, friendly staff. Clean and well kept.
Hotel is excellent location, view. Breakfast buffet is good, restaurant staff are very nice but dinner buffet is not recommended unless you will spend the night waiting your food due to shortage of dinner staff.
Hard to beat the views but this place could use some upkeep. Very old but feels old too.

Very friendly stuff, super clean room No defects at all. The location is great, it's close to all the coolest places in the center. Best place to stay in Genova
Stayed here last year. Lovely staff and rooms newly refurbished. Left the heating on for us which was great s it was October and very cold!
I think the place is absolutely fine for a weekend trip. My room was also clean, but of course no frills. I honestly don't know how people reviewed this place. If you invest 50 - 60 EUR, you get what you buy. If you expect a palace, then you need to invest more. Easy as that. Cannot judge the breakfast because I like the atmosphere of Italian bars and I had it there.

Great hotel for a stay in Genoa. The room was sparkling clean, with high ceilings making it feel more spacious that it is and it smelled good. The pillows are a bit flat but the bed was comfortable. It felt like a higher grade hotel than only 3 stars so I would recommend it as it is a great balance between value and quality. The location is also good as it is in walking distance from everything.
We had a lovely 1 night stay. The service was with a smile and the people were so nice and helpful. The receptionist bumped us up to a bigger room. The hotel was clean and quiet despite being on a main road. We loved the continental breakfast they served too. The coffee was delicious. Located right in the center of the city with easy walk to many places. Great breakfast and very clean and modern rooms. Perfect place to stay if you want to explore Genoa. Stuff is very friendly and happy to help. There is parking available right on the street in the neighborhood.

The room is cozy and very clean, comfortable beds and functional shower. I absolutely recommend for family and couple's.

Very nice hotel. We arrived very late and the hotel allowed us to park our motorbikes outside the hotel.
Quiet hotel close to the city center. Well suited for business trips. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms (at least the one I had) were very quiet, contemporary and practically furnished. In the rather functionally furnished hotel bar you can have a drink in peace after a long day in Genoa or watch Champions League or Serie A together with the other hotel guests.
Very Small room for the amount you pay. Shower is so small and floor is so slippery and inclined that is just a disaster waiting to happen. You cannot control the room temperature. There are steps from lift to reception and if you are checking out good luck as you will have to lift your own baggage up the stairs. While checking in we had to bring our own baggage in. Coffee in the room is disappointing...
The room was comfy but there is definitely a more effective way of organising the furnitures… I had the tea table next to the bed! It can be quite dangerous if a young kid is staying there as it is very easy to bump one’s head against the table and knocking down all the glasswares. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Super comfy location for staying in the center of Genova, and outside of ZTL. The city parking at Royal Park Corvetto is 50 meters distance from hotel, and has pre-booked slots/always available for the NH Hotel guests. 10 minutes walking distance from the main square of Genova, Piazza De Ferrari.

Very nice hotel, extraordinarily friendly and supportive staff, location close to the station Principe as well as the old town amazing, room small but totally enough, clean, comfortable bed, closet, AC 🙌🏽, water boiler for coffee and tea and even a fridge, can highly recommend and would always come back :).
First of all the politeness of the owners is priceless and really amazing! The most welcoming people I’ve ever met! In addition the rooms are very comfortable and clean! I can only recommend this place for sure I’ll be back again!
The rooms were big. The walls were very thin, so you could hear the bus and the cleaners when you were asleep. There were a lot of stairs, might be a problem if you have trouble walking. The staff was really nice and helpful. I would recommend this place if you stay in Genoa. Save money by booking directly at the hotel website.
Nice location close to the historical center and main public transport. The room was spacious, but nothing too special. The bathroom could use some maintenance and the showering cabin was somewhat small for my nearly 2 meters. Everything was clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel with very nice people
Although a bit tough to get to in a car, this hotel fulfilled all of our expectations and provided a safe, comfortable, and even luxurious place to stay for the night. Don't bother with the restaurant they adjoin, however.
Awesome 5 night stay! Central to all the wow and yummy of Genoa! Facilities immaculate, staff friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and priced right. Easy access to great restaurants and attractions 2 to 5 min walk. Will re visit!
Great rooms. Everything is great but I will be absolutely sincere about: A) The lift is absolutely small and when I say ABSOLUTELY SMALL I totally mean it. B) The salmon in the breakfast was old. Even had black parts and tasted horrible C) The ubication is a tricky place to get into. It is hard to get into the hotel. About the rest everything was fine.
