Acceptable. Good location near airport, helpful staff at the entrance who helped us get to the nearest train station when leaving. Bed was hard but big. Nice bathroom with shower and everything. Weird windows, not a great view at all.

The breakfast buffet, which is supposed to be available until 10:30 AM, was already being cleared when my family and I arrived at 10:00 AM. Despite seeing us starting to serve ourselves, the staff continued to pack up the food and coffee, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. We were delighted with our selection of hotel. Located right next to the Principe train station and at walking distance to the city center. The room was very comfortable and very clean. We had a couple of great nights there with a lot of party on the streets. The restaurant on the roof top of the partner hotel is ridiculous though. We travelled as a couple with a dog. Check in went smoothly and they gave us some tips and recommendations in the area. The room is extremely spacious and our pup got a nice bed and water and food bowl prepared for her. Our entire stay was uncomplicated and everything ran smoothly. Very clean room, but no complimentary water in a five star hotel is below expectations. Also the sink in the bathroom was not working properly. On the plus side they use refillable soaps from Rituals to reduce plastic waste. Overall the hotel feels quite dark on the inside and outside.

We didn’t stay in this hotel but we could leave our luggage here for a few hours, that was super nice! It is easy to find, unlike other hotels and the receptionist was really nice!

For the price I was really satisfied the room was spacious and the bathroom also. It is in a great location close to the port (expo) the breakfast was average but for the price of only €2.50 I cannot complain atall! The beds were really comfortable. I didn't stay here, but the hotel staff helped us when my boyfriend's car battery was dead and we had no clue what to do. We were very desperate as we don't speak Italian and were not staying in Genoa so we needed to drive back to our accommodation. Very helpful staff and the lobby was beautiful :-)

Really love this hotel. It’s very classic with beautiful architecture. Great location, close to old town, shops, the aquarium. I think the place is absolutely fine for a weekend trip. My room was also clean, but of course no frills. I honestly don't know how people reviewed this place. If you invest 50 - 60 EUR, you get what you buy. If you expect a palace, then you need to invest more. Easy as that. Cannot judge the breakfast because I like the atmosphere of Italian bars and I had it there.

Great hotel for a stay in Genoa. The room was sparkling clean, with high ceilings making it feel more spacious that it is and it smelled good. The pillows are a bit flat but the bed was comfortable. It felt like a higher grade hotel than only 3 stars so I would recommend it as it is a great balance between value and quality. The location is also good as it is in walking distance from everything.

We had a lovely 1 night stay. The service was with a smile and the people were so nice and helpful. The receptionist bumped us up to a bigger room. The hotel was clean and quiet despite being on a main road. We loved the continental breakfast they served too. The coffee was delicious. Quiet hotel close to the city center. Well suited for business trips. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms (at least the one I had) were very quiet, contemporary and practically furnished. In the rather functionally furnished hotel bar you can have a drink in peace after a long day in Genoa or watch Champions League or Serie A together with the other hotel guests.

Very Small room for the amount you pay. Shower is so small and floor is so slippery and inclined that is just a disaster waiting to happen. You cannot control the room temperature. There are steps from lift to reception and if you are checking out good luck as you will have to lift your own baggage up the stairs. While checking in we had to bring our own baggage in. Super comfy location for staying in the center of Genova, and outside of ZTL. The city parking at Royal Park Corvetto is 50 meters distance from hotel, and has pre-booked slots/always available for the NH Hotel guests. 10 minutes walking distance from the main square of Genova, Piazza De Ferrari.

I travelled alone and for a business trip. The one bed room was adequate, clean and peaceful. The staff was nice, friendly and ready to help. The location is good and central. Not ideal, but good. Everything is in walking distance.

The rooms were big. The walls were very thin, so you could hear the bus and the cleaners when you were asleep. There were a lot of stairs, might be a problem if you have trouble walking. It's a great hotel, just across the ferry terminal. Staff is friendly, they helped us in getting to airport the next day. Food is good too, a lot of vegan options. Rooms were big in size from European standards and sparkly clean. It's highly recommended for a short stay, for a longer stay you might want to explore the city a little bit as it is a little too international, but all the more comfortable

It is exactly where you want to be, near the Ferrari square and 2 min wall to there. In comparison with the other hotel in genova the quality and cleanliness are good and the breakfast also. If you apply for the best western card, you can have additional discounts.

Beautiful hotel with very nice people

Although a bit tough to get to in a car, this hotel fulfilled all of our expectations and provided a safe, comfortable, and even luxurious place to stay for the night. Don't bother with the restaurant they adjoin, however.

Great rooms. Everything is great but I will be absolutely sincere about: A) The lift is absolutely small and when I say ABSOLUTELY SMALL I totally mean it. B) The salmon in the breakfast was old. Even had black parts and tasted horrible C) The ubication is a tricky place to get into. It is hard to get into the hotel. About the rest everything was fine. All the people who work here are BRILLIANT.
