Hotel Ferrucci in Florence

We stayed at the ground floor. The room had shutters which were locked so we couldn’t see daylight. The hotel is a fair walk to the town centre. The photos on website and the rooms&reception area don’t match at all. The receptionist was a friendly person this was the only positive about this hotel. You can get a better hotel for the price of this.

Do Not book here it's full of mold through pictures are deceiving the desk persone is rude 😒 not worth any money this place should be condemned they put us is an room with water stains and cracks in the ceiling no ac i had an asthma attack just bing in the room fir an hour 2 flights of stairs no help .. they changed our room but still disgusting place it should be condemned.
