Art Hotel Villa Agape

Staying in this hotel is an absolute treat. The staff, particularly Nicoletta, were extremely helpful and friendly. They actually provided us with a free upgrade to a junior suite just to ensure that my mother, who has mobility issues, wouldn't have to take stairs!! Just note that, while there is an elevator (and it's an adorable one that manages to match the vibe of the hotel), there are a handful of mandatory steps to enter the hotel. I'm sure the staff can find a way to accommodate you if you have issues as long as you give them a heads up!

The shuttle into Florence is pretty convenient! It runs from 9-1 and 4-8, so outside of those windows, you'd need to either drive or grab a taxi. For the most part, we were able to use the shuttle without any issues. The free breakfast is WONDERFUL. The staff can make veggie smoothies upon request. The grounds are stunning and certainly worth exploring!

We felt pampered during our entire visit. It's such a beautiful place to stay. The beds are slightly on the firmer side, but not too firm for a side sleeper like myself. I would highly recommend this location over staying within Florence itself, particularly if you have a car. It was a lovely break from the smothering crowds of the city.

We had a wonderful experience in villa Agape since we stepped into the reception. Exceptional service, stunning gardens and the ambience is extremely relaxing. Food was also great. Special thanks to Cassandra and Loris for the very responsive and professional service.

This hotel was incredible omg. We stayed an extra night in Florence after staying at a hotel with no reception this was a huge upgrade. We were greeted by Kassandra at reception and she was so friendly and welcoming. She showed us around and walked us to our room. Back to this hotel like wow, it has a beautiful garden, everything is kept so clean. They have a huge park which we took advantage of and walked to take pics. They make olive oil with the olive trees they have on site. The park I was told is 7 acres. All staff members are lovely from the bar staff, to the restaurant which was fantastic by the way. I can’t wait to go back for an extended stay and enjoy this beautiful please a bit more. We didn’t try their breakfast but they left us to go bags including a Gluten Free bag for my wife which was an amazing touch. Nicolette was also lovely, spoke with her about the area and how beautiful the property is. The gentleman working the AM shift on Saturday morning (8-30-25) was also very friendly. Thank you for an incredible one day stay. I can’t wait to come back.

This is such a beautiful hotel. The garden surrounding it is just beautiful. Breakfast was also so good, great selection and even fresh pressed juice to your liking. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle service was excellent into the city. I would highly recommend and hope to stay there again. It’s a 10 out of a 10

A magical place, immersing you in the Tuscan atmosphere! Clean rooms, delicious cuisine, good breakfasts, very attentive and caring staff, service at the highest level! The hotel has a convenient location, you avoid all the city traffic, the hotel has its own shuttle to the city center, in general it's 10 out of 10! although there is a small minus: small showers and noisy air conditioning, but this does not affect the overall impression at all!

Great environment, great service

I picked this hotel to get a Tuscany feel and experience. I hit the jackpot. The hotel is stunning with a garden and terrace view that cannot be beat. It makes it hard to leave and enjoy Florence! The hotel is not centrally located but does have a van that will provide transportation (10 min drive) close enough to Florence that the walk is short. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Has a restaurant and bar in case you want to get away from the crowds which I highly recommend at least one night. Fantastic hotel, highly recommend

Very satisfied with the Tuscan Renaissance manor hotel with a very artistic atmosphere. Relatively speaking, it is a certain distance from the city, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus and public transportation is also available. Anyway, I will go there next time

I had a very pleasant travel experience. The hotel villa has a long history and the service staff is friendly and kind.

The hotel is very quiet, the staff is very friendly and the location is good. But the dinner in the hotel is not delicious
