We enjoyed a wonderful 4 days here in this magnificent setting. Luigi and his staff made us feel very welcome. The apartments are spacious clean and reasonably furnished. Close to Grassina 1km to walk and get bus to Florence if need be. We had a car so was easy access to surrounding towns cities etc. loved the the tranquility. The pool is wonderful. The rooms are big and spacious. With a kitchen. Nice and clean pool. The AC is great and have a unit in each room! Cleaning was okay. Staff was nice and friendly. The room smelled a bit of petrol or something when we arrived but after some ventilation and AC it was gone.

Hotel well decorated, clean, nice and friendly staff.

Owners gave some great recommendations and directions. Easy to use nearby public transportation. Issue with maintenance in kitchen had no impact on breakfast as they provided us with coupons to bar across street. Late loud neighbors upstairs but you can't have everything. Otherwise phenomenal.

Convenient location, walking distance to major attractions. Breakfast has a lot of food, but the quality is average. It is a tourist hotel with a large bus every day, mostly American and Japanese guests. The room is super small, just enough for sleeping. This place is fantastic. The deluxe room is HUGE. Two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and sitting area with ten foot ceilings and hardwood floors. Easily accessible by car, staff was ok, rooms fairly large and clean. Breakfast was ok-ish, but nothing exceptional I would say. Coffee quality way below what one could expect in Italy. We reserved, quoting, "room with patio access", but as it turned out, there is no patio access from the rooms and additionally, its closed because of winter.
