We had the best time here. Rooms were amazing, the view is incredible and here you really feel like you’re in the middle of Tuscany. Also it’s super close to Firenze and we had several activity options nearby.

We enjoyed a wonderful 4 days here in this magnificent setting. Luigi and his staff made us feel very welcome. The apartments are spacious clean and reasonably furnished. Words can't describe how beautiful the villa is, the service is great. We, two adults two kids, stayed at the suit which has direct access to the pool. The kids love it. Breakfast is good too. Would be better if baby cot can be provided.

Be careful of Waze directions : it takes you on a diabolical agricultural path that Waze thinks is a proper road . There are well tarred roads to the property. Traveling with 4 friends, the room was cozy and mattresses are comfortable. Didn’t have time to do much around the beautiful farm, only visited the cellar and tasted wine and olive oil.

Really excellent little hotel, great view and great value! Our house had a washing machine inside which was not advertised. Proprietor was very friendly and nice to us.

We stayed there for few nights and it was very good, cozy and welcoming. Breakfast is awesome, the owner made a cake for the 3 of us, and let us borrow their bikes too. The location is very good as it is near Florence, but you get a real feeling about the Tuscany countryside. Really recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful Location for Weddings. I got to be a guest at this location a few steps from Florence on the occasion of a marriage in Bagno a Ripoli. Swimming pool and very refined setting. Ms. Wilma is delightful in welcoming and preparing the compositions. Perfect location for those seeking simplicity and authentic beauty.

We spent 3 days touring Tuscany and Florence while we stayed show here. Very good starting point for such excursions. The setting is simply spectacular and if you investigate you have wonderful views less than 10 minutes from Tuscany. The house with a lot of charming details. The correct breakfast.

We have stayed at Fattoria Rimezzano several times with our 4 kids. Very relaxed place. Very nice surroundings. The pool is excellent. The kitchens are sufficiently equipped. It seems like the place has ended its activities from october 2017 - very sad:-(

The rooms are big and spacious. With a kitchen. Nice and clean pool. The AC is great and have a unit in each room! Cleaning was okay. Staff was nice and friendly. The room smelled a bit of petrol or something when we arrived but after some ventilation and AC it was gone.

Reception: not very empathetic welcome. Few questions and information to provide us. Eg. did not mention swimming pool and wi fi password. Very simple clean room, small shower box. Excellent breakfast in a room with suggestive natural light. Excellent proposal of sweet, savory, special infusions. Hotel under renovation, there were workers in the corridor who did not delimit the work areas.

Perfect location for your stay in Florence if you are traveling by driving. Just a 10mins drive to central Florence. This place is comfortable and serve very good breakfast. The host is extremely friendly and invited us to his garden for a walk. He have some chicken that supply eggs for the B&B. They also harvest olives oil for their home use.

Our flight was delayed but this was no problem for Tomasso who waited for us and showed us to our room. The room had beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast next morning was delicious and the menu was so varied. We had some nice walks straight from the hotel. Tomasso is so kind, a real gentleman. Owners gave some great recommendations and directions. Easy to use nearby public transportation. Issue with maintenance in kitchen had no impact on breakfast as they provided us with coupons to bar across street. Late loud neighbors upstairs but you can't have everything. Otherwise phenomenal.

A really wonderful place. The apartments are beautiful kept and decorated. The furniture is old and antique, but very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was clean, big and had plenty of hot water. The owner was a lovely lady who gave us a bottle of their fine red wine to try. It's a good value for money for a business trip, but it feels a bit old

Overall, the hotel facilities were satisfactory. However, the location was far from the city center, and there were no convenience facilities such as a mart or restaurants nearby, so it was inconvenient to use. There is a bus to the city center, and the bus stop was close to the hotel. There is a free outdoor parking lot, and 10 euros is required to use the underground parking lot.

I personally feel that this price is very cost-effective, and it takes 20 minutes to get to the city center by bus. It feels great to have breakfast by the swimming pool every day.

Because we traveled there by car, this hotel has ample parking space, but it takes about 20 minutes to take a bus to the city center. In other aspects, the hotel is not bad.
