Well-kept facility, full of greenery and beautiful flowers .. Friendly and reserved staff, it feels like being with family! Clean and spacious rooms and breathtaking views. Terrace overlooking the sea ideal for watching the sunset and above all waiting for the sun to rise even if you are down in tone, the view in front of your eyes pays you back for everything! Had a room with a balcony overlooked the beach and ocean which was very nice. Hotel is in a great location, about 15 minute walk with luggage from the ferry port and well marked with signage to make it easy to find. Also is located around a number of good restaurants and bars and shops and you get access to the beach. Staff was friendly and breakfast was solid.

Really nice place with kind staff, a great selection of fruit for breakfast along with cheeses, meats, breads, and eggs. Literally 3 steps from the beach. It is about 16 minutes walk from the ferry landing, minutes from a whole bunch of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and 20 min from the castle. Excellent hotel with helpful and charismatic staff. The hotel is really close to the beach and about 5 mins away from the main street. They serve a really varied breakfast with fresh fruit. We got moved here because their other hotel overbooked. The rooms were small and they were only partially air conditioned (turned on 7-9pm, 11-1am). If you opened the windows, many bugs would fly in. An absolute steal! The staff are fantastic and the rooms are always cleaned everyday to a brilliant standard. Breakfast has a brilliant range of food and the pool is so relaxing. Great people there, you feel welcome from the first moment! We stayed there for 2 nights only, because we had to change our last hotel. We (2 couples) got rooms super close to each other. The rooms were great and you have an incredible view! The best is the pool, wounderful view! Was perfect! I would love to come back!

The hotel is very beautiful. 15 min from the beach, but they have a free shuttle bus. The staff doesn't speak English that well so be prepared with some basic Italian. Also it's the most beautiful surroundings with a small vineyard.

Magnificent place to stay on Ischia. We had a great time on the island thanks to the kind, competent and motivated staff who took their time to point out the best places to visit (really felt like having a concierge). Tasty local dishes and a round up breakfast buffet combined with a private hotel sea area - we really enjoyed this place a lot.

The pool facilities are simply stunning, but the basic rooms leave a lot to be desired. See picture of door that must have been punched by a previous guest. The walls are paper thin, and the mattress was poor. But the water is hot, great pressure and the air con works really well.
