Magnificent place to stay on Ischia. We had a great time on the island thanks to the kind, competent and motivated staff who took their time to point out the best places to visit (really felt like having a concierge). Tasty local dishes and a round up breakfast buffet combined with a private hotel sea area - we really enjoyed this place a lot.

The pool facilities are simply stunning, but the basic rooms leave a lot to be desired. See picture of door that must have been punched by a previous guest. The walls are paper thin, and the mattress was poor. But the water is hot, great pressure and the air con works really well. We were on honeymoon, when we mentioned it, instead of offering us even a cocktail as a congratulations, they tried...

Nice hotel of middle category situated cca 20 min of walk from Forio centre. Friendly stuff, simple air conditioned rooms with balcony, indoor thermal pool. They are very flexible with food - with Half board we could everyday choose if we come for lunch or for dinner. Very close to sea, but majority of beach is with paid umbrellas/sunbeds (only cca 30m of beach is public).

Little things didn't work in the room - shower had low pressure, toilet didn't flush properly, a/c was not too cold but the staff was very nice and always helpful, treating guests like a family.

I've been 4 days. The structure is a bit dated. The two new managers are very nice, we have had more contact with the boy who is a very kind and helpful person. The cleaning staff is also attentive to the needs of those who stay. The morning waiter polite and kind. They should improve by offering more choice at breakfast.

I recommend this hotel very much. It's a very comfortable place and a good value. Beds very comfortable spa very nice and everything is in good working order. Possibly just renovated. Restaurant was good enough, nothing amazing, but i enjoyed the night i ate dinner. 30 euros for dinner and no drinks might be expensive in most of Italy but Ischia seems to have expensive food everywhere

We went 2 hours in the spa. Had it almost for ourselves. There is a smaller spa-area with several pools, sauna and a larger outdoor pool. The Turkish steam bath and waterfall bath did not work. But got a nice discount.

Basic hotel with nice thermal pools. We came to the hotel mainly because of the thermal pools (Which was the only one in Ischia in this season- November). The pools were great. However, the room was outdated, the bed and pillows were terrible, the shower is looking like 30 years old. Breakfast and dinner were basic. The coffee is from automatic machines and not tasty.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! We were here for ten days. The hotel caters to your every need and request. We had a completely stress-free holiday. We particularly really enjoyed the food in the hotel. The breakfast has absolutely everything you could want. We found the lunches and dinners absolutely divine and we really enjoyed the way the menu was laid out, as it encouraged us to be spontaneous...

The room is not very clean and the facilities are relatively backward, but the overall service of the hotel is okay. Except for paying great attention to its restaurant, I ordered two dishes for 70 euros. The price is not based on the dishes, but on a per-person basis, which is 35 euros per person.

We stayed for 5 nights and had such a wonderful time. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. Amazing hotel in Lacco Ameno, close to the main streets and main shops / services. Amazing pools inside and nice rooms. The staff at the reception was very kind and available for any requests. Highly recommend if you're on a budget but still looking for a nice place in Ischia

Beautiful hotel with nice apartments. We have got apartment on the top floor with big terrace and balcony (more than 14sq m) with absolutely amazing view on sea, Aragonese castle and Ischia Porto city center. Hosts of the residence are super nice friendly and helpful people. Hotel is 7min walk from port, beach, supermarket, a bit far away from noisy central street. We will remember stay here as one...
