Place and territory around is clean and nice 👍🏼 stuff is helpful and easygoing, also they provide transportation to the nearest beach and port. Full of Germans who like wearing those condom swimming hats in the pool. Staff friendly enough, complex very clean and well looked after.

Rooms are sparsely furnished and not that great. They skimp and save on the basics, like only a single towel, an empty minibar, no soap etc. However the food there is up to Italian standards, the pool and spa area is good and the staff is friendly and helpful!

I gave FOUR stars for the animation and for the magic hands of Marianna❤️. The structure is discreet I would say, a bad kitchen with repetitive dishes and if you get a decent cooked pasta dish and to be considered lucky. The waiters too fast and careless as well as the staff at the reception. The rooms quite clean but the terrace outside a little less, even the maintenance leaves something to be desired...

Beautiful facility. Super helpful staff, especially Paolo (waiter) who followed us during our stay wonderful person, like all the staff. I came back yesterday from the village and I have to say that I found myself very well....the staff was very nice and patient,especially any of what you asked you responded with kindness and smile.... The food is very good,I ate really well,the cosy...and The animators are very friendly and make you feel at ease!!! Well I would say the peace of the senses...the only reason why I do not give 5 stars...

A nice family owned hotel close to the beach. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Pool and all facilities are clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. After our third stay we recommend this hotel for a Ischia holiday.

Beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the island. Good breakfast and rooms are comfortable. Somewhat dated, but great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Town centre and port for ferries are also short walks away.

Lovely staff, great views and a reasonable price. Every website seemed to show most hotels in this price range as much the same, tiled floors, small rooms and old decor. All of that is true of Ulisse. But some great views of the castle, and being a bit further away from the busiest part of this locality, it's a good choice.

Even with two active pool loving kids, the staff always made us feel at home and comfortable. Insane views, great food, friendly other guests(!), but what made this exceptional was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I was allocated a room where the front door opens up to a fantastic view of the sea. The hotel has a warm and normal pool. The warm water pool is actually natural volcanic water. Therapeutic. The service is excellent. The boss, Danielle greeted us on arrival. You can explore the island many interesting places. Stay a week there and you won't be bored. Enjoy the sea or the shopping.

Had a room with a balcony overlooked the beach and ocean which was very nice. Hotel is in a great location, about 15 minute walk with luggage from the ferry port and well marked with signage to make it easy to find. Also is located around a number of good restaurants and bars and shops and you get access to the beach. Staff was friendly and breakfast was solid.

We have had a lovely 2 weeks at the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble. Rooms are spotless and have everything you need on holiday including a fridge. Great selection for breakfast everyday out on the terrace overlooking the sea, wonderful. Very well placed to reach all areas of the island, close to bus stops, bars & supper restaurants. Really nice place with kind staff, a great selection of fruit for breakfast along with cheeses, meats, breads, and eggs. Literally 3 steps from the beach. It is about 16 minutes walk from the ferry landing, minutes from a whole bunch of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and 20 min from the castle. Very nice, clean place with wonderful tile work, bright, and fresh. We will visit again!

Excellent hotel with helpful and charismatic staff. The hotel is really close to the beach and about 5 mins away from the main street. They serve a really varied breakfast with fresh fruit. Everything is clean and organized. We are really pleased about everything here, can absolutely recommend it!!!

Nice Hotel with incredible view! Rooms are bigger than usual for a 3 star Hotel. Very clean and helpful staff.

The Residence has stunning views that will make you feel secluded at the top of a cliff, with rooms looking straight out into the sea. Downstairs is a spa with lots of baths and activities to do by yourself, and massage treatments are also available. There is a warm, tepid, and cool pool outside. We came to the hotel for the SPA and also had a lunch. This is a indoor SPA during the winter, pretty warm and comfortable. The food is nice and worthwhile. The guy in the hotel reception was very friendly and talkative. He can speak English as well as German. Happy New Year!

I recommend this hotel very much. It's a very comfortable place and a good value. Beds very comfortable spa very nice and everything is in good working order. Possibly just renovated. Restaurant was good enough, nothing amazing, but i enjoyed the night i ate dinner. 30 euros for dinner and no drinks might be expensive in most of Italy but Ischia seems to have expensive food everywhere

We went 2 hours in the spa. Had it almost for ourselves. There is a smaller spa-area with several pools, sauna and a larger outdoor pool. The Turkish steam bath and waterfall bath did not work. But got a nice discount.

Overall … incredibly friendly and helpful staff; a very clean and lovely hotel with a great pool area as well as spas and wellness centre. Will return! Recommended!!!

Really nice, quiet place. I was there in July for one week and it was fenomenal. I love the kitchen service, weiters and quisine. Amazing italian food. Nice ,little, term pool. I recomend for all peapol. Not good for really young children. For older teens it is amazing.

The hotel is a little older but well maintained. Rooms are clean. The staff is helpful and professional. The meals have several runs, but the offer might be more varied. I have been there with my wife for a brief two days vacation, everything was perfect... coming from the main road the hotel can be reached by climbing 140 steps passing through a suggestive path, but you may want to take advantage of a shuttle bus service. An absolute steal! The staff are fantastic and the rooms are always cleaned everyday to a brilliant standard. Breakfast has a brilliant range of food and the pool is so relaxing. Magnificent place to stay on Ischia. We had a great time on the island thanks to the kind, competent and motivated staff who took their time to point out the best places to visit (really felt like having a concierge). Tasty local dishes and a round up breakfast buffet combined with a private hotel sea area - we really enjoyed this place a lot.

Nice hotel in a great location on Ischia. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a balcony with spectacular view, less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest shops, restaurants and beach. Breakfast was ok served from 8-10 but recommend to come earlier then 9 am because the food disappear very quick and there is not much left at that time. Also coffee could be better, not a fan of coffee machines...

The hotel is located 100 meters from Citara beach and Terme Poseidon, has a thermal water pool on the terrace from which you can enjoy fantastic sunsets and another inside. We ate very well with a good choice of first and second courses and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel also for the very low prices. We will definitely be back
